Expectations about the hotel were higher than what actually turned out to be. Food must be chosen carefully; mainly soups have a specific taste.The waiters in the dining room may mix up the drink, forget to bring it, or may not come for a long time to take your order.We were very pleased with the various activities and entertainment programs. Excellent animators and presenters.The rooms are bright, spacious, they can clean your room (if you ask) every day. In the evenings there are quite interesting performances, shows and programs. The only inconvenience about this was the after party, which usually lasted until 12. Normal people are already asleep at this time , it was mostly drunks and visitors who had fun on the first day. In general, everything else is good, but I still don’t recommend coming here. You can find a much better hotel, but a little more expensive, the price difference is not much different.

Great service, love all their bartenders! Have been served with their passion! Stayed 3 nights in a room with a queen-sized bed & single bed but not really luxurious for a 5-star rated hotel. However, given the price, is still a bargain! Food & alcohol choice are ample! Love their accessibility to the beach!

I am very satisfied with the environment here. The accommodation is very close to the beach. It is very convenient to eat and drink. The food is also delicious and fresh. The sushi is just average. The taste is very hard. Overall, it is a satisfying trip.

We paid extra for a 5 star hotel. AFTER HOLIDAY I GIVE 2.5 STARS FOR A NICE GARDEN.After 6 hours of waiting, we were given a broken room with only one window to a noisy construction site. After a complaint, they gave us a room elsewhere, which also did not correspond to 3 stars.Cleaning was only symbolic (not only in the room). The hotel lacked staff, a lot of broken and non-functional things and poorly cleaned. Sometimes I felt like we were bothering the staff. When one of the broken room cards that were replaced for the third time stopped working again, we gave up.Food average - beautiful and large selection but usually tasteless. Dishes often dirty. I didn't have a single good drink at the bar.Most of the staff knew only a few words in English and many did not even understand Russian, so it was often difficult to agree on something.The hotel has a beautifully maintained garden and many nice pools. The sea is a few meters away, but the beach is not much - pebbles and large stones in the water. I do not rate the water park (due to concerns about the quality of maintenance), we skipped it.We were not in the gym, the wellness center was old, not maintained and not very clean either.Some activities were fine, but overall weak including the evening music.According to interviews, we were not the only ones who had such feelings about the hotel.After years we wanted to enjoy a vacation, instead we have some nice photos and terrible memories.

The location and settlement of the hotel is really good. The sea is really close and pools are easily accessible.Food quality is good and drinks variety is acceptable. In general, the facility was clean enough except the hundreds of lizards around the buildings. In any case, rooms were really clean.The experienced staff was really perfect but the trainees was a disaster. Great location with superb pebble beach and crystal clean water. Rooms are nice and the price is right. Hoped for slight better food, but still 5* review :)

Wonderful hotel, campus style layout with lots of options for pools. The Water Park was great and the staff were amazing. Food was delicious and varied.

Lovely hotel, slightly outdated rooms, but that's not the point. Most importantly, many small pools, excellent service and service. Cool entertainment for kids and adults. Green territory, the smell of pine needles!Minuses: there is a problem with sun loungers, they are occupied with towels and there are not enough of them, despite the fact that they are 50% empty, it’s just that someone booked it for themselves but didn’t come. The staff with this does not help with the search for a sun lounger. The lock on the balcony was broken in the room, there was a risk that they could just come in and pick up our things. A terrible Turkish man in the lobby who demanded to fill out unnecessary papers with confidential information, after refusing to start squeezing the papers and yelling to another employee that if I did not fill them out, they would kick me out of the hotel along with two small children. It spoiled the experience a lot. Such people should not work in the service sector, especially in management of Guest Relations.

Me and my family (4 in total) came for 10 days in the summer of 2022.Pros:*The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, very clean, well looked after and great views.*The room we stayed in (family suite)was great! really clean, great air con to cool off (it can get extremely hot outside).*Food was nice, lovely selection that changes most days.*Great drink selection.*Very friendly, helpful staff*Lots of pools to choice from, my kids was keen on the water park, which is awesome but you need go early to get chance to get a chair.* The private decking area over the sea, you can rent for 160 euros a day, was fantastic, they wait on you all day and you can dive into the sea and relax all day, they bring you food and drinks. I would recommend booking this as soon as you arrive to make sure you get one, as they book out quite quickly.Cons**The male staff was very inappropriate with my young daughter (14) kept trying to bring her things and give her drinks etc but if you confront them they do walk away, but i found this creepy( not something i would expect at 5* resort)* The shops was really overpriced, which is common, however they didn't have prices on anything and the prices would change everyday, say if you brought something the day before, also to add they don't like you using turkish lira and kept asking for US dollars or Euros, which i found very strange considering we are in turkey.* Night entertainment was very poor for 5* hotel and not big enough for the resort, very overcrowded.
