1.10/4.10 I had a holiday in this wonderful hotel in 2024, we went as a family of 4, we all had a common opinion, we left very happy, at the beach bar, Fatma, Nurseli, the chefs, Mr. Cihan, and all the other employees were friendly and respectful, the food, the cleanliness, we did not experience anything negative. ,.and we have already made reservations for 2025. We made a last minute decision to spend our honeymoon, its former name was Aqua Marin, its current name is Gypsophila Marin. We came back 25 years later for 2-6 October 2024. Room number 6112 is our last night today. First of all, the price for such a hotel is very good. I wonder how the name has changed? While thinking, everything continues as beautiful as before, food and beverage manager Mr. Cihan is at the top of everything, all the meals are delicious. I mean, if you pay this money, you can have such ultra luxurious meals. Of course, it would be ridiculous to call, but everything is very good at breakfast every morning, chicken, fish, turkey and meat. It was always there. Some days they served doner kebab, grilled meatballs, grilled chicken, and even rotisserie chicken. There was a Snack Bar there too. The master was very friendly. The team was very good. They were serving people even after the service was over. Even though it was late, there was a Fatma sister there. Thank you. She was very friendly and her energy was spreading around. All the friends and teammates were all very good. All the young friends in the bars were also very good. It was very good and friendly. Our brothers at the bar, Osman, Bahadır, Aliye, Zehra, Merve, were very nice and caring. The sea is also very beautiful. We entered the piers. For Aikeler with children, at the entrance to the sea, sand was spilled and sand was mixed. The sea was very enjoyable. The cleaning of the rooms was very good, the rooms were large and spacious. Cleaning was done and our requests were fulfilled immediately, sometimes pillows, sometimes other things. There was entertainment at the Amphitheater at night and then by the pool. One evening there was live music. Generally good performances from the DJ. People are having fun. İbrahim, the head of the animators. thank you sir,Most of all, we liked the separate resting places in the facility, I mean, there are many beautiful places to relax in different places within the club. Under the trees and everywhere is very well organized, it is already a lush green place among the mountains, a lush green place that is nature-friendly, animal-friendly, it is very enjoyable. We can't finish telling you about it. Does it have flaws? It definitely does, but who is perfect in this life and who can do everything perfectly? Ultimately, I look at the good will and the other party's efforts to provide service. What I have seen, as a restaurant manager for 30 years, is that if there is a good-intentioned effort, it is a good place. , Looking at the comments, people are not merciful. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. The hotel is mainly designed for Russian guests and that shows.Overall, the facility is quite nice, but as a guest from Germany you feel a little lost. Some of the Russian guests have a rowdy behavior, which often surprised us.On the whole, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, even if sometimes you didn't get anywhere despite knowing English. In some cases, the staff were also too overzealous (plates of food were simply cleared from the table even though you hadn't finished eating yet ).The tables were not re-set quickly enough (organization was very bad 🙈).We often had to look for cutlery.The entertainment is also geared towards the Russian guests, often very loud and endless partying, it reminds you of the party miles on Mallorca.The animation program is very monotonous and there is a lack of variety (actually not available for older people). It's a shame!!!What leaves a lot to be desired is actually a huge disaster (disgusting) is the cleanliness of the public toilets, especially at the main restaurant and the pool bar. In our opinion, this urgently needs to be improved.We will no longer consider this resort on our next Türkiye vacation.

Lots of impressions! You can write a lot. But, in short, a wonderful hotel, great location, food is a separate issue! I mean, it’s very beautiful! The assortment, quality - everything is at the level. What was very impressive was the presence of excellent and fast Internet throughout the hotel, which not every hotel can boast of. There were minor flaws, but they are not the kind that need to be written about. You can always find fault with everything. Every day there is a lot of entertainment for both children and adults. In the evenings there are discos. The overall impression of the hotel and the work of the staff is a solid five.

The best holidays from June 5, 2024 with a 9-month-old baby. Nice, clean rooms, very good food, a wonderful garden throughout, clean, rocky sea, warm water in the pool, lots of various animations, bazaars just a stone's throw away, views of the mountains. I have no complaints. It was my husband's birthday and he got a surprise gift (a bed decorated with flowers, fruit, wine and nuts) :) I don't like going back to the same place, but I'll go back there next year for sure :)

First of all, I'm sorry for writing late. We stayed last year, in June 2023. For the first time, we stayed in small houses as a holiday village. But we were very pleased. We stayed in a different hotel this year, there is really a big difference. We came with two children and our son was 10 months old at that time. They reserved our room closest to the dining hall. It was very clean, right down to the baby cot. The food was also good. But I can say that I ate the best hamburger of my life at the snack bar. Our children were very picky about food. Fatma, who works at the snack bar, was so helpful in this regard that I am very grateful to her. The night shows were truly magnificent. I would like to thank all the chefs and staff.
First of all, if you only like Traditional Turkish cuisine and do not speak English, do not come. Even though this hotel is located in Turkey, you feel like you are in a foreign country. Because, apart from the staff, there are very few Turks in this hotel. This hotel is not a Turkish hotel. When we first arrived at the hotel, our room was completed in almost 10 minutes and our room was beautiful. I do not recommend swimming in the sea because it is very stony and there is a high probability that your feet will bleed. The food did not meet our expectations. Because the food cools down very quickly and they spend the effort they put into the food by treating people badly. If you go to the cafeteria wearing underpants, you can easily enter the cafeteria, but if you enter with your undershirt on, the incident may lead to a fight. Finally, if you want to go abroad without your passport, you can come here. But you have to go by agreeing with what I wrote.

Dirty, outdated, smelly and broken rooms.We changed 3 of them during the stay. Discussed with each one of them. You have to get to the beach by 6AM max if you want to have sunbeds.Highly likely you will not have a good vacation if you are not from Russia (or Turkey).Nature is beautiful.

I have one summary word - filthy.1. Hotel is actual 2 star, maybe 3 star, but no where near to 4 star, and galaxy away from 5 star rating.2. Food is the same all the time. Verry little options in general.3. Housekeeping practically does not exist. Rooms are super dirty.4. Personell speaks only Russian (yes, in Turkey the dont speak any other language, but Russian)5. Internet was awfull6. Gym was mostly broken equipmentLet me elaborate:1. All furniture is very outdated, dirty and very old.TV in the room was probably from WW2, so was the Airconditioner.All tablecloth in main resturant was ragged and stained.All sofas in main lobby were stained.Cats were everywhere - in lobby on the sofas in resturant too.Guess how a person with cat allergie feels when cats hair is on all furniture.2. Food in the resturant was the same with slight variations for the whole 10 days we were guests.There was seuted veal, sauted turkey and one sort of fried fish.All the rest was fried food - like a low grade fast food chain.My wife got food poisoned to the extend she was in such pain she could barely breath.Going to the alacart local cousine resturant meant that you get the same food as from the main resturant, but in smaller quantity, served by a server - slow sever.3. Rooms were dirty as hell.The first thing was that the airconditioner's filters were not cleaned ever. So the aircon would blow peices of dirt all over the 3 beds.Yes - 3 separated beds, 2 of them put to eachother - thats what they call kingsized bed.One of the beds sheet had stains on it, that were frankly repulsive.The floor seems that was not cleaned EVER, because as soon as you get out of the shower, for the 5 steps you make from bathroom to your bed, you feet get dirty like you were walking on the street.The soap dispenser had mold on it. The bathroom vent had spiderwebs on it.The walls had stains on them.Bathroom was very used, and poorly designed. As soon as you start showering, you start making a lake in the bathroom. That means you end up in a muddy bathroom and room, because floors were so dirty.For 10 days we never got our sheets changed, and only one time did they change towels - after i called reception and asked.I had to get toilet paper from the housekeeping cart myself, as they did not restock in our bathroom.I drink coffe innthe morning, but housekeeping never changed/cleaned our cups, so i could not drink coffee after the first day.Airconditioner was installed right next to the beds. That means either you have it off during night or you get pneumonia, as it would blow cold right at you while sleeping.4. I had very hard time communicating in English, because 99% of personel were russians who could barely speak any other language than russian ... in Turkey.I once asked front desk to help me make a reservation for a resturant in Antalya and rent a car. I asked them to call on my behalf as international calls from my cell cost 7€ per min. They have denied and told me to call myself!5. Internet via wi-fi was poor. Especially at the pools and resturants. Network would drop most of the time, or bandwidth was so narrow that it would not be enough to listen to YouTube music, not to mention watch videos.It was not possible to make a call via whatsapp or facetime.6. In the gym there were 2 treadmils. Only one worked.There were two stationary bikes in total - neither one worked, so did not work the elliptical either.Dumbels were 2.5 killos, 7.5 killos, 10kg 15, 20, etc.How would a male workout not having lower weights or in between weigts?Hyperextensions equipment had no padding - thus impossible to be used.All in all - for 100€ per night you get something that costs 20€.
I thought a lot before leaving this review, but I will do it because I hope it will help everyone.For cleanliness: 1. I received the room with a dirty floor, full of sand, spiders, there was dust under the bed from last season. The child made the mirror dirty, they didn't clean it. In the bathroom, the tile grout had mold, a cable cut from the floor fixed next to the shower cabin. Sheets unchanged throughout the stay, although I left a tip and I also left them a written note, including calling the reception. By cleaning, I mean changing towels, taking out the trash and leaving toilet paper, not even thinking about maturing. Too bad how the complex looks from the outside (wonderful, literally).For food: 3. Diversified food and not very, not all tasty: so it is not for the pretentious. The grill they have also saves the situation and prepares food in the evening. Sufficient fruits. Decent snack bar. There are no other bottled drinks except still water, there are no other drinks but local. The baby corner can be considered a baby corner only for the blender, chopper, sterilizer and the small tables where you have access to the TV. But in 7 days you will have the same lentil soup and mashed meatballs as soup for children... sad. The a la carte restaurant, at least the Italian one, is worth checking out. The dishes are just a better version of those in the all inclusive restaurant, nothing special other than the atmosphere.The staff: grade 3. No one greeted us when we arrived. The porter ok, he helped us with tips. The restaurant staff doesn't pay attention to you if you don't tip them at every meal, you might end up arguing with your colleagues. The staff at "guest relations" where you make reservations for the a la carte restaurant should be retrained, the ladies have a cheeky and insensitive way of treating customers. good hotel. great location. lots of old pine forest, shade, beautiful flowers. the pool for children is large, for adults small. beach with enough space for all guests. it is necessary to increase the number of staff at the bar near the pool throughout the day (minimum 2). the animation program during the day is varied and the night programs are well organized.
