Our departure was at 5:40 in the morning, we were evicted at 3:00 p.m. (I paid $30 for 3 hours to stay longer with a small child in the room), it was possible to stay until the evening and I was ready to pay, but this man refused to give us a room , despite the fact that he and other employees were talking about the price (I note that the rooms were free), when it came to the payment, he began to give up, I don’t understand the reason... we sat in the hall with small children from 3:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m. This is just a gesture and not attitude to your guests!Of course, we were not the only ones, there were families with children who grumbled just as much as we did...Despite the fact that people were moving out at 00:00 (a young couple, and later an elderly couple, we conclude that this is probably a privilege for Russia)...The information about our transfer also disappeared, when the same bald man was contacted, he was rude and said that everything was there (we had to contact the guide and the tour operator)!I ask the management of the hotel to pay attention100% do not recommend and will not return to this hotel…
Rested a week ago in this hotel. It actually wasn't too bad. The hotel staff is not intrusive, the rooms are cleaned every day!!!! Food could be better, but you won't go hungry. Tasty fish (but rarely), tasty chicken and liver. There is no sea of products☹️ there is fruit, there are many sweets, there are also pastries. Dining room cleaning could be better. At the reception desk, the person changes every time, it's a little strange. Wi-Fi is available only in one place at the reception. At the bar, the very pleasant Said does his job and treats everyone to whatever they ask for. Very tasty ice cream is served every day at 15:00. The pool is clean, but the sunbeds are not designed for a large number of people. The animation is weak and monotonous. Animators do not organize people well. The sea and the location are very good, a 3-minute walk to the sea. The water is cool, the beach is not bad, but it can be cleaned better. In general, everything is good. You can go on vacation for that kind of money.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it is very old inside, the food is not tasty and very limited.I got towels with holes 🙈Drinks included are of very low quality.I got a room next to the pool, where there is very loud music but they changed me a room when I asked.Never again....
The hotel is very outdated, especially the bathrooms, you can find mold and rust in there. The cleaning service is also poor.Also very laudly until 11:00 pm, because of the disco music from the hotel. Do not recomend for small children, that are sensitive on loud noises.The food is very salty or extremely sweet. Also they don't throw any food, if some cooked food are left, you can find it the next 2 days on the cold salad table, or even more, covered in gelatin.Maybe this hotel at the begining of it's time ganed 5 stars, but in June 2022, it feels like nearly 3 or 4 stars.The location is very good, not far from the beach, max 5 min walking distance. It has it's own beach with chairs and a bar.
Neat, quiet place with friendly service and pleasant traces to walk nearby. Many flowers in june. Gorgeous mountains around and clear sea with small pebbles.Nice pool and Comfortable beach bar with snacks, beers and gentle animation.
These 5 star hotels are not quite 5 on European level but nice anyway, good food, unlimited drinks and helpful staff. Though for wifi in your room you need to pay, there is free wifi on the lowest level.
