Unfortunately, I can't say very good.The room is ok, the beach is nice, the water was very good, but the service...All inclusive is not the usual. Bottled water costs money, the food is always the same, there is not much choice and it is tasteless. Everyone should take a glass with them, as it is only washed with plain water at the bar. Yes, everyone is young and moody, the local alcohol is terrible. The beer was drinkable. Drinks are out all day in the sun, everything is hot. The music was blaring.One would expect better from a 4* hotel.

A pleasant hotel right by the beach.The hotel pleasantly surprised with the quality of services. The rooms are cleaned every day, the pool area is clean. Only the lack of sunbeds, if you don't take them in the morning after midnight, you don't have a chance.The beaches are clean, the staff cleaned the part of the beach reserved for the hotel every morning.The staff is very kind and helpful.I would complete the missing food labels. You don't know what you're eating, I would appreciate a supplement due to an allergy. A small selection of soft drinks, only 3 other lemonades and you drink it from a plastic cup.The hotel does not offer animation programs, so I would not recommend it to families with children.

Very nice hotel, I had the opportunity to stay in the new part, minus the unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the sewerage. The hotel service was nice and polite. The hotel beach is amazing, clean, sunbeds always available. All inclusive drinks available from 10am to 10pm. When it comes to food, no one went hungry, but it was a minus for the monotony. For breakfast, alternately fried or scrambled eggs, and every day sausages, ham, cheese, etc....When it comes to lunch and dinner, it is also monotonous, the pastas are not very varied, the meat and salads are the same. Unfortunately, the food is too greasy for me. Unfortunately, after 4 days we started going out to eat something, because you can't eat the same thing all the time. I also suggest wiping the tables after meals because they were often dirty and sticky.

We have just returned from a stay with Itaka "All inclusive". We lived in the new part, we got an apartment on the 7th floor with a huge corner terrace. The room is spacious, clean, well air-conditioned, cleaned every day. As for the restaurant, the food was ok for me. It wasn't great, but it wasn't a disaster either, as some people say. Pasta served in various ways, meat, rice, vegetable casseroles, a very large selection of fresh vegetables, fruit, juices. Fantastic (!) coffee served by baristas from a large espresso machine. In general, coffee in Albania is tasty everywhere (they attach great importance to this drink). The hotel's location is great, the beach is cleaned every day, a few steps to the sea. Alcohol in the all-inclusive framework is a short list (two wines, vodka, rakija, gin, possibly mixed with their medium substitutes: coca-cola, Fanta, Sprite). Light, cold beer - perfect for the beach in the heat. Other drinks, if any, are relatively cheap (Apperol 5 euros). As for the service, the people at the reception are friendly, the waiters are rather neutral, and the cleaning ladies are very nice. Finally, I will sum it up like this - if someone has been to four or five stars in Poland and expects this standard at Adria Palace, they will not get it. A hotel in Poland would be three stars max. However, Poland is a top league when it comes to hotels. However, I recommend the Adria Palace hotel despite everything, you can relax gently by closing your eyes sometimes and not looking for loopholes.

My stay at this seaside hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the beach.The room itself was comfortable and impeccably clean, with a modern design and all the amenities one could need. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy beds and high-quality linens to the efficient air conditioning that kept the room pleasantly cool during the hot days.The hotel staff deserves special mention. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their genuine care for guests really made a difference. Especially Sidrit he makes very good coffee and is a very nice guy:))The hotel offers a range of facilities for relaxation, including a well-maintained pool. However, we spent most of our time at the beach. The beach was clean, with fine sand and comfortable loungers, making it the perfect spot to unwind.Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It’s an ideal place for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat where you can truly relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Adria Palace Hotel in Durrës is a fantastic place to stay. With wonderful sea views and excellent service, you will have a wonderful experience there. Also, its location near the beach is a big advantage. I suggest you try it! 🏖️It seems that the staff of Adria Palace Hotel in Durrës is very friendly, which makes staying there even more pleasant. It is always good to get wellness service during your trip.

Horrendous!! The rooms were disgustingly dirty. There was a faeces stain on one of the blankets that had clearly never been cleaned. When staff were informed they couldn’t have cared less.The bathroom floor and shower head were covered in black hairs. When requesting towels for the room we received 1x regular and 1x ripped hand-towel that would have functioned better as a rag and would have been lucky to cover an infant.Exposed wires everywhere. Parking is nonexistent and appears mostly for staff or tradesmen so do not count on this.The pool plays loud obnoxious music for hours in the evening despite no guests being down there.How this hotel claims to be four stars is baffling but it is the worst I’ve ever been to on cleanliness alone. There are so many hotels and resorts along the beach strip so would recommend looking at others that actually deliver what they claim to (and what they charge for)
