Initially, the reception was very comfortable. We arrived two hours early, and everyone was extremely helpful until we checked into our rooms. The rooms are excellent and close to all amenities, even those far away. The cars make everything seem close, and the drivers were incredibly polite and welcoming. Even in the dining area, the staff were exceptionally polite and well-mannered. The food selection was also fantastic. Personally, I was impressed by the attention given to sports and hobbies, such as tennis, table tennis, and billiards. The staff, including Nancy, Tamara, and Abdo, were very encouraging and encouraged us to return whenever we wanted. Another important point is that the drivers were incredibly polite and helpful around the clock. I remember some of them: Walid Mohamed, Mohamed Mostafa, Ahmed Zaki, Mohamed Ibrahim, and Ahmed Saqr.

Very disappointing experience! I’ve stayed at other Rixos resorts before, and their high standards were the reason I booked Radamis. Unfortunately, this property was nowhere near those standards. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The attached photos show the condition of the coffee corner inside our room, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The food was mostly cold and extremely poor. I couldn’t find a single dish I enjoyed. The pools were dirty and freezing cold despite being told they were heated. The reception staff was unfriendly. The Indian restaurant had good food, but the waiter was overly intrusive, repeatedly forgot our orders, and brought items we never requested. For the price and the Rixos name, I expected so much better. Definitely not the luxury family experience I paid for.

Take care if u are going this period. All our group and many others had problem with a bacteria throwing up diareea etc. when asked the management pretended they are not aware. For me it was the worst hotel experience ever and it s called rixos.

Amazing from 1st step till last moment, Wonderful reception with Mohamed and Ahmed and concierge desk Mahmoud Farahat and Mohamed Atef, Ali. the food pretty good beyond the expectation of quality, quantity and special thanks to Chef Nobee. I would like to thank every single person of the staff including the club cars drivers, bar men. And I would like to thank Mr.Naser abdellatif the owner of his great investment and making such brilliant hotels in Sharm al Shaikh and Egypt. Wish you all the best and looking forward to come back to you soon. It is not only all inclusive but it is ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE as the staff working to make your dreams of the stay become true. It was my first time to Radamis. From the first moment you step into the hotel, they welcome you in a very special way. From the smooth check in with a smile to the clean and colorful rooms. We tried most of the a la carte restaurants as well as the open buffet main restaurant. Food was extremely tasty and the service was top high. A huge Rixy kids where it meets all the children needs for a wonderful vacation. Extremely recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Italian restaurant in Rixos and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming, authentic Italian decor that set the perfect mood for a delightful meal. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Italian dishes, all crafted with the freshest ingredients. I started with the bruschetta, which was bursting with flavor, followed by the house-made pasta. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich and delicious. The highlight of the meal was the tiramisu, which was the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed for a perfect dining experience. Overall, Italian restaurant in Rixos Radamis Mister Mahmood exceeded all my expectations. Whether you’re a fan of Italian cuisine or just looking for a great dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

We all enjoyed this hotel very much ! Service, food, location and entertainment- everything is just TOP ! Especially we’ve enjoyed Asian and Mexican restaurants. Food and service is amazing. Manager Hamza is doing a great job there to keep the service on a high standard. Most definitely recommend!!!
