We spent 7 days in this hotel. I liked it very much. The territory of the hotel is quite large, we enjoyed walking every evening. The staff is friendly and sincere. Our children were impressed by the large water park where they had a lot of fun and interest. Shows are held every evening. There is a lot of food, the sweets are simply unsurpassed. The entire staff tries very hard to make everyone enjoy their vacation. I recommend 👍

Nice park for families, staff works very hard and is friendly, food is okay, the only major negative point is that the beds were very bad (mattress), bathroom is outdated, time for renovation, money also about the building (overdue maintenance) Otherwise wonderful had.

THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE, IF YOU ARE NOT TOO OBSESSED, YOU WILL BE SATISFIED. ESPECIALLY IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD AND VARIOUS, LUNCH AND DINNER ARE DIVERSE AND DELICIOUS, HAMBURGER AND PIZZA WERE VERY DELICIOUS.. THE POOL AND AQUA PARK ARE ENOUGH AND VERY FUN.. THE EMPLOYEES ARE CARING, YOU SEE THE RESPONSIBLE MANAGERS ALL THE TIME..IT IS A HOTEL TO GO TO AGAIN. I RECOMMEND IT, YOU WILL BE SATISFIED. .

Greeting!Despite the initial 'difficulties' of the room, which were quickly sorted out, extremely kind management and staff await! The building is already a bit retro, it needs renovation, but the environment is beautiful, everything is clean, there are many different pools, bars in many places, cocktails in several varieties, the sea is very close, which is a positive thing, that you don't have to cross the highway. The food is the usual, as in all hotels. We really liked the staff so everything was fantastic! We would go back anytime!

1 star honest review this is a real shame as this hotel with better management and a little investment this hotel could be a lovely place. However it’s run so badly that it makes a large proportion of English guests ill from food poisoning certainly everyone one of the 10 families we spoke to on our holiday someone in their group had been violently sick which obviously spoils the holiday. I lost 10kg in weight on our all inclusive holiday and had to survive on bread and water and food from the back bar due to being made ill from the main dining area. When you allow cats to jump into the bowls of food ready to serve and then still serve it afterwards tells you the level of food safety training the staff in this hotel get. Which is why most families get sick. Too many broken parts to list. No funfair no bumper boats trampolines or gold was open during our stay and the high rope climbing frame is a death trap. Slides are dirty. The music is far too loud with swear words I noted this from previous reviews. Told the hotel and yet they still played the songs. The management don’t care about their customers unless they are Turkish then you will see them having coffee with customers, when I complained to the guest relations the manager didn’t even acknowledge me when her was told what I had just complained about. Save your money and stay somewhere else if you value your health. Like I said this is a real shame as this hotel could be lovely.

Avoid. My trip advisor review has been removed twice for being honest which means this hotel is asking to remove any negative reviews to inflate their standing. DO NOT BOOK HEREAvoid! We are in the middle of a complaint with. Myself and 5 other families from our flight.Everyone on our flight was not given the rooms they initially booked. For us travelling as a family of five and a separate family of two, we all got lumped together in a room with only 6 beds for all 7 of us. We are a married couple with a 6 year old and two year old twins having to share with our friend and her 6 year old daughter. Unacceptable.Hotel did not care. Kept telling us to come back tomorrow. Very rude reception staff. Had my friend in tears and couldn't care less. Two of them went off home while we were trying to sort out the sleeping situation. All while 2 other families from our flight were threatening to sleep in reception and another family given a room that was covered in mold. Finally got settled at 230am after arriving at 10pm. Only because they shoved a camp bed in our room. My autistic daughter was kicking off and her twin was asleep in his buggy by this point so had no choice.Food is vile. Incorrectly labelled. They had fish with scales and a tail in a tomato sauce labelled as grilled chicken. Prawns inside boiled rice, meat in soup labelled as vegetable soup, flies galore over all the cold and cereal selection and no blue insect zapper above anything other than the hot food selection.The cooking station in the outdoor area of the hotel restauraunt is dangerous. Undercooked items, stadf unhappy when you ask for a little more time for your omlette, and no insect lamps. Staff are using a gas tank with a small material barrier in place to keep the flames back from the very very long queues. The cooker they are using is caked in grease and charred food - days or more old. The snack bar has a beige menu available but gets very VERY repetitive when it feels like the only place you can eat safely. At least its quick service. The queues in the restauraunt are ridiculous. I stood for over 20 minutes one day to get spaghetti.2 of our party were vomiting and another 4 of us had diahoerrea for around a week after returning. Even though only eating items we felt safe with.Air-conditioning broke down and leaked all over my 2 year old sons bed on the same night two of our party were vomiting. Asked for maintenence and a maid for extra bedding and towels. Took two visits to reception as they don't answer the phone. 1st time told to wait 30 minutes for maintenance and the maid would follow. Second visit after 1 hour the reception staff decided they couldn't speak English and started talking to each other and laughing in turkish. Took for me to reach out to easyjet on X before anything was done.Cat poo found in the children's water play area that the lifeguard did nothing about when we reported it (at least we hope it was a cat) someone had a poo in the pool while we were there and the lifeguard just fished it out and let everyone carry on.Cola tastes like salt water so I stuck to water (I don't drink, so can't comment on alcohol) staff are not friendly. Not specifically rude, just uninterested. Reception staff are horrific and the guy with the terrible hair plugs bugging everyone 3 times a day to use the spa on site for "special discounts" is a royal pain and frankly very rude and borderline aggressive when you say no. Asking me how much I spent on my holiday etc. Just wouldn't take no for an answer. The guy selling photo shoots walked away when you said no, but i heard horror stories from other families about him being pushy, aswell as the people trying to sell hair braiding.

Upon arriving to the hotel we were given villa 7. I tried so hard to be positive for my husband & kids when we walked in but I burst into tears after 10 minutes, I was gutted .The room was dirty, full of mould & doors hanging off cupboards, sockets hanging off the wall. Inside the wardrobes were damp from the wall behind. The patio doors didn't lock & when you shut them they felt like they would shatter.The road & entrance to the hotel was to the side of the villa & I was worried someone could get in. We complained that day & was told it was too late in the day to change as manager wasn't there so they SCREWED the door shut so we couldn't get out & no one could get in...this didn't feel safe either but they wouldn't move us. The only positive of the villa was the WiFi and aircon was good. The next morning we went straight to reception & the lady said she would show me some rooms. Bare in mind we are a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 children girl 17, boy 13 & girl 6.We were showed a tiny room with one double bed. Then we were shown a room with a double bed and 1 single. Again too small for a family of 5. The poor lad showing us around couldn't speak a word of English so had to talk through interpreter on his phone.We went back to reception & said they were too small. She spoke to her manager and showed him the photos of the villa & he put us in a superior family suite at no extra charge after I told him my youngest has asthma & cannot sleep in there with mould. Once we moved we were happier. WiFi wasn't great in 625 but wasn't a big issue. Yes it was noisy when the show was on but that ended by 10pm latest & then it was silent. It's rated as a 4 star but I'd say its more like a 3 star comparing to what we've been to before. They do not cater for English or kids....apart from chips in the main restaurant. It was very repetitive and some nights we struggled to make a meal we liked. Puddings are nice. My 2 youngest lived on chips, bread and butter and puddings.Snack bar is better with chips, burgers, kebabs, pizza etc. 2 of my children are autistic so only managed the slide side for shorter periods or the odd day as it was so loud. They need to turn the music down a few decibels. We loved the quiet pool but the downside to this side is they have shut the snack bar so if you want something for the kids you've got to walk to the other side of the hotel.The waiter that Come around with the broken arm was a godsend. We tipped him £20 and he came all day with drinks .Pools were clean. Slides are fun. Normal pool on slide side gets too busy with it being small...not great for SEN kids. Gardens are well kept . Only 1 jacuzzi worked but they were all dirty .Beds are comfier on quiet side than slide side. Massage selling people are rude apart from one new guy he was really nice & the Tunisian lady she was lovely . There is no fun fair as advertised. The bucking bronko is broken. The bumper boats are broken. The trampolines are on but they need binning & you have to pay. All activites are extra££. Some staff were lovely & some were rude...I suppose that's the same anywhere. Not many English people there so not much conversation with anyoneKids club my little one went once & didn't want to go again as she couldn't understand anyone. Drinks...husband said beer & whiskey was ok but all other alcohol & cocktails tasted like cleaning solution.Non alcohol ones are lovely especially blue life. Beach we don't really bother with but if you do take water shoes as stones hurt your feet. Overall once we got moved rooms we have enjoyed ourselves but we wouldn't return to this hotel as its just not up to our standard from what we've been to before.I had gut feelings before we came & I wish I'd of changed it. If you are anything like us & just make good of a bad situation then you will be fine. We didn't have a completely bad time but we are disappointed. there's manky cats in the lobby and restaurant & one sprayed my bag/hat.

Just got back this morning from 5 nights with Easyjet and loved it, was even given an upgrade without asking from a family room to a family superior room (614) actually had 5 beds in double and single in main bedroom, 2 single the other room, water park great, staff friendly, drinks nice, food as mentioned previously a bit repetitive but for 5 nights wasn't too bad, only managed to get service round the pools on the last day but that wasn't a big deal. Beach was nice went for an evening stroll at sunset, nice little heart bench for pictures, foam party great but that stuff stings your eyes !! transfer was not as bad as expected hour and half at the most with a 10 minute stop (both ways). Now for the bazaar (shopping) we found the one on the right to be expensive and they wouldn't really budge on price, carry on down the road through the under pass to the other side to the roundabout it's on the left, best one and you can really haggle we got some fantastic deals !!

The trip was amazing but the first room wasn't the best. When I got to the place I was given a room Villa 10 this room had a very dirty moldy bathroom with the shower having green chunks coming from it. But after asking for a different room I got an actual good hotel room! But besides that the place is good fun!👌
