We were in this hotel from 10/17/24. Last year we were in another good hotel nearby, but we couldn’t get there, it was on the stop, we had to choose another one, but we were not mistaken, this hotel is not only better, it’s different. The attitude towards clients is really something. Any problems are not problems for them. We had problems with our room, and a very beautiful employee at the reception solved them in a second. Unfortunately I don’t know her name, but thank you very much for this. Now about the hotel. They write that it is outdated, I didn’t notice it. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is clean, all hygiene products, including shaving products, are present. The territory may not be very large, but we never encountered anyone. Everyone is very polite and calm. Maybe this is due to the fact that the contingent is not young, although there were some young ones. And the hotel is more for adults. It's not far to the beach, it's a leisurely two minutes. There were no problems with places on the beach; there were places at any time. The sea and sand are simply magnificent! There are no stones in the sea at all! The restaurant on the beach has everything you need without going to the hotel. Of course, you may have been to better hotels, but this hotel is the best for me!

Turkish:Adalya Resort & Spa is a true paradise for everyone looking for peace and first-class service. I was particularly impressed by the location of the hotel: Its proximity to the beach makes it possible to start the day comfortably with a short walk to the sea and abandon yourself to the waves whenever you wish.What surprised me most in a positive way was the meticulousness and interest of the staff. Even at the beach bar, care is taken to keep the area quiet – the waiters do their best to prevent children from passing through the bar, further supporting the relaxing atmosphere.I would especially like to thank the cook Mehmet Tekin and the waiter Levent. Mehmet's excellent service and hospitality made my stay an unforgettable experience. The food was not only varied and delicious, but also prepared with great care. Levent always made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted.A minor criticism was that refreshments such as fruit were not offered by the pool.Overall, Adalya Resort & Spa offers the perfect combination of relaxation, first-class service and a great beach location. Very clean rooms, good views of the promenade and the sea. Food and drinks very varied and more than sufficient. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

We were happy with the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel around 9:30 a.m., we were able to move into a room straight away. (Check in otherwise at 2 p.m.)The staff was always very helpful and friendly.There were various activities during the day (volleyball, boccia and water gymnastics)In the evening there were performances.We always found a lounger on the beach. It was very relaxed thereUnfortunately we have to deduct one star.Our room had a ventilation. This was very loud. There was always the smell of food at meal times.Unfortunately, the mattress was so sagging that every single spring could be felt and even hurt.Unfortunately, our air conditioning broke down every day and a technician always had to come by.

Was there a month ago.Nice hotel, everything was fine, only WiFi did not work in the room.The food is very tasty and there is a large selection.The hotel is suitable for the rest of older people who want to rest peacefully and not for partying until the morning.The staff is friendly, the room is nice with air conditioning.The sea is a 5-minute walk from the room.

We had actually booked the Adalya Ocean Deluxe next door (we assume there was overcrowding) and were persuaded that we were going to the Adalya Resort and Spa, we would get the suite, everything was new, blah blah... well .. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but the nights hurt. For me, the rooms are not up to date. The food wasn't that big of a choice and was almost the same over the 5 days. Unfortunately, we were always disappointed at lunchtime. I think some of the waiters didn't feel like working or weren't very friendly. It's a shame, for the money (yes we had to save for a long time) it was unfortunately very disappointing.The only person I would like to thank is the room cleaner. Very kind and accommodating.I have been to other hotels in Turkey several times and have always been very satisfied. But this hotel definitely not anymore.P.S. The spa boss is also very unfriendly when he can't sell you something for expensive money.

The hotel is simply great, the staff is unique, especially Rabia, a beautiful girl who does her job very well, she has contact with every guest and is able to get along with everyone. The food was just great, everyone Day different topic.. you always find something for yourself..Very highly recommended!!!!!

I can say that it was the best among the hotels I have visited in terms of food and drinks, cleanliness, entertainment and service. In the Alanya region, local tourists are not paid much attention to, and I even witnessed that they were treated like second class. In this hotel it was the opposite. I had a very good and fun time. It should definitely be preferred.

Beautiful Hotel with attentive and lovely staff. The food is really good and diverse. It's close to the beach and everything at the hotel and the surroundings is very clean and tidy. Had a great and very relaxing time. PS: absolute recommendation for cat lovers!

Very good location, close to the beach, super clean, nice swimming pools and very tasty and varied food. Very friendly and helpful staff, special mention should be made to the waiter Taner, who took care of everything before we even had time to say it, and the mixologist Cemal, his cocktails are marvels.The downside is the lack of air conditioning in the corridors. The second issue is the lack of any translations for Poles, although they are quite a large group in the hotel, at least the menus in restaurants could also be translated into Polish.

Our stay was overall nice! All people except the blonde receptionist have been very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean. Not perfect but so that did never feelt uncomfortable in any way. The hotel complex has a good layout and provides outside enough places with shadow and sun so that everybody will find a place to stay and relax.The following points lead to a reduction of points.- free wifi only in lobby and below- paid wifi (euro/days - 15/7, 8/3, 3/1) not always working and only for a single device at a time- instant coffee (cafe below lobby has real coffee but you need to know)- really bad inclusive cocktails and wine. tired both just once.

Lovely hotel clean good variety of food only problem would be most of the staff do not speak English mainly Russian and German. Pointless calling down to reception better off going down to speak to them direct. The entertainment is good but again Russian or German which was fine mostly.
