The hotel staff is generally attentive, hygiene and comfort are satisfactory, and the chefs are successful. I especially recommend it for families with children.

A complete disappointment. The whole holiday was filled with problems and stench. From the damp smell of the rooms to the disgusting smell in the dining room. I'm not talking about the food anyway. There was nothing to eat. How poorly managed a business with such a beautiful location is.

Excellent place made by the excellent people. It was really nice time in Acapulco. Ms. Esra is a really professional manager supported by her team, Mr. Sina, and Ms.Serife.Also Ms. Keriman, Mr Kurtay and Ms Seher from lobby bar made our stay very comfortable. I am looking forward staying in Acapulco at the nearest opportunity.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!THE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU ARE TURKISH!! THE MANAGEMENT ARE EVEN WORSE, AS SOON AS THEU SEEN OUR BRITISH PASSPORTS THE BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDE CHANGED TOWARDS ME AND MY WIFE, WE FELT VERY UNSAFE.WE BOOKED FOR 6TH-16TH APRIL AND CHECKED OUT THE NEXT MORNING!! I PAID £1500!!THE WHOLE HOTEL IS FULL OF CAT URINE AND FAECES! EVERYONE IS FEEDING THE CATS WHICH IS MAKING IT ALOT WORSE!! PEOPLE NEED TO STOP FEEDING THEM!! THE RESTAURANT STINK OF CAT URINE, THE CATS ARE ALL OVER THE BUFFET AREA!!FOR THOSE WHO ARE SAYING THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE, DO YOU NOT VALUE HYGIENE. IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO TASTE CAT URINE IN YOUR FOOD THEN BOOK THIS PLACE.SHOCKING HOTEL!! IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!

Another one beautiful holiday in Acapulco resort hotel in Kerinia. Everything was perfect 👌 food, room, service.The rooms was very clean and comfortable. We want to say THANK YOU FOR MISS ESRA SERIFE .She is so kind ,she is the best manager ever I see , she make us to feel like home. We come again next week, because of you beautiful Miss Esra ❤️.

The place has great services and views ,went there for family vacation and we really enjoyedThe guest relations manager Esra and her team Serife they are amazing.One of the receptionist Serap was the best as she is very friends and social although at first they were strict at first and they never smiled

I have zero clue how they have good reviews.the only 5 star I’m giving is for Vera in the spa, if you need a good massage book with her, I promise you will love it.Don’t book in the winter with kids, nothing they say is open on the website is open. Only game room and park, it’s pretty boring for kids.Rooms: the carpet is pretty disgusting, and the bathroom tubs have mold.Service: no one looks happy to work there, they also chase you to pay. Which is very annoying, when you would never not pay.The girls in the second lobby (billiard lobby), have zero customer service skills. Most of them look like deers caught in headlights. It’s laughable now that I think about it, since they never seemed to understand my tea order which I ordered everyday, multiple times a day in a 5 day span.The ladies that were also in the gift shop are very rude, I would never spend my money in there. They kept on calling me “yabanci” which is outsider, but not knowing that I also understand Turkish.The service in the main lobby was also not great, only some of the workers were good, the head service coordinator which was a woman also has zero people skills. Makes me wonder how she even got that job.The Buffet: is clean, most of the food was good. the desserts could taste better, but that’s just my own food taste. All the workers in there were nice.Casino: small. The smoking is unbearable, I guess I’m used to the non smoking areas in America. I couldn’t stay more than 2 hours cause of all the smoking.I doubt I will ever come to this place again.(And yes we still had fun, cause I would never not give my kids a good time)
