The hotel was generally nice, the staff was friendly, I had read negative comments before, although I have a cat phobia because there are so many cats, I was not disturbed at all. I came across them once or twice, and they went away without disturbing me, and the food was also good.

It is the best hotel I have ever been to, the attention, service and accessible facilities are amazing. I am looking forward to coming again. My wife and I were very pleased 😍

We chose Akra Kemer Hotel as a reward for ourselves and our children over the weekend with our friends and children. They hosted us very well for a group of 23 people. Our first welcome at the reception was very positive, thanks to Ms. Merve. Our rooms were ready and clean (even our friends who are obsessed with cleanliness were able to stay comfortably). The food and drinks were very good and delicious. I would definitely recommend it to families and groups. My little daughter enjoyed it very much. Her happiness made us happy too. The animation We would like to thank Harry, Okan and Manager Emrah from the team, Ms. Fatmanur from Guset Relations, and Mr. Bayram, the Security Manager, for their services.

We wanted to have a semester holiday with our children, but the hotel was full during the semester, so we stayed in Akra Kemer for 2 nights and 3 days with our children between 7-9 February. We were greeted very friendly and polite by Ms. Merve at the reception. Even though we went before noon, our room was ready and we went to our rooms without waiting. The hotel is very clean, the decoration of the rooms is very nice. The food is especially popular with children. I especially recommend the pizza. You should definitely eat it. The indoor pool is not very big. But it's good for the kids, they were happy. The aquapark pool was also heated, but we did not use it because it was very cold when we were there (the aquapark is in the open area).Customer relations Ms. Fatmanur is very friendly, very sincere, and I would like to thank her for her attention. The animation team Mr. Okan and Harry (Hüseyin) were very friendly and made us have a fun time. I thank them too. See you again. We were very pleased. We are planning to go again next year during the semester break.

We used this hotel for our honeymoon between 8.07.2024 and 14.07.2024. The hotel's food was very good, the service was unlimited, the alcohol brands were many, there was a lot of variety, the employees were excellent quality and friendly people, the pizza cafe, the lobby bar, everything was very clean and of high quality, the employees were very polite, the restaurant chef Mevlüt Bey. I appreciate him. He was waiting at the door every day at dinner to greet everyone. He took care of us every day. I thank him very much for his attention and explained all the dishes to us without getting bored.

Even though we experienced many setbacks on the first day we entered the hotel, Hotel General Manager Emre Bora Baran made the necessary explanations to us and made the necessary intervention. First of all, we would like to thank him very much for his sincere approach. Afterwards, he made us feel the warm family atmosphere in our own home at the hotel, especially the one who made delicious meals. Master "Mevlüt", "Denizhan deniz", "Kemal Ayan", who welcomed us with a smiling face at the restaurant, "Cumali", who works at the Iskele bar and was warm and cheerful while buying our drinks, cannot be forgotten. Animation team chief, who organizes parties full of great music and fun in the evenings. I would also like to thank Apoli, even though Ankara does not have the opportunity to enjoy the game atmosphere :) And finally, I would like to thank the Barut management. The care and attention of the people who make the facility more beautiful makes everything perfect and thank you again for bringing such hardworking personnel together with us 🙏🏽.

It was literally a perfect holiday. Even though the hotel is at full capacity, it is planned in a way that does not feel crowded. We generally preferred a la carte for dinner. (We especially recommend olive and saffron.) We found a taste that is not available in such large places. All employees were caring, relevant and warm-hearted. The solution they found was very nice, especially for those who threw their towels on the sun loungers and did not come all day long. We never had any problems finding sunbeds. I hope they don't ruin this quality. I agree with all the other positive comments. I don't think of going to any other hotel in that area anymore. Thank you to the whole team for helping us have a great time.

During this holiday, which was my first time, I noticed that there was a professional management and discipline from the entrance of the hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff, the breakfast team, all the staff who served us in all units, and especially the head chef Mevlüt Gedikoğlu and his valuable team, because I really do not know how to describe the service and the hotel. everything is beyond perfectI'm looking forward to the next holidayBest regards

Right I spent 2 weeks here and I am going try and document my own thoughts and opinions on the place, with that in mind I am going to be biased.Upon arriving you are greeted by employees who gladly take your bags up to your room without you needing to ask. Checking in is incredibly easy and you won't have an issue with language barriers considering they all know multiple.The building itself is beautiful architecturally speaking and extremely clean and maintained. It offers a library, bar, around the clock dining, cinema, gym, sauna, indoor pool, ball rooms amongst many other things. You feel relaxed practically the moment you walk in.That isn't mentioning the outdoor section which is again also maintained well and very clean. During the day there are activities ran by the entertainment team including air gun shooting, aqua gym, tournaments and my personal favourite being volleyball.Beach is beautiful, you get to feed the fish with leftovers from the restaurants and there are a lot of kittens around to play with. There's slides for kids and adults to enjoy. (PSA here, the white one is a bit dangerous when multiple people use it. almost broke my ankle.) There's even a pool bar where you are encouraged to drink while swimming. Only real complaint is you'll run into a wasp every now and then.It's a fantastic place for the price but not everything is that great unfortunately. This is where the place falls short and for me that's the food. From the restaurants you book to the buffet, it honestly is not that good. The snack bars however are divine, i encourage everyone to dine there mainly.The same goes for the cocktails, they weren't the greatest and a lot of them for me were downright disgusting. Often a bad mix of flavours or far too much alcohol. I also noticed that despite drinking maybe upwards of 14 vodka/rum and cokes amongst other alcoholic beverages, i wasn't actually anywhere near being drunk? I will confess that I am a lightweight and I get tipsy over one pint at the local pub so this stands out as odd to me.If you can overlook that then yeah get here! It's well worth it and I would happily come back.

Great experience @ Akra Kemer. Resort has nice beach and plenty of amenities. All staff is too kind and extremely helpful. Our little one had great time at hotel’s Mini Club. Definitely value for money. Highly recommended.

We spent a week at the Akra Hotel and were completely satisfied with everything! Sparkling cleanliness everywhere, exceptional service, fantastic cuisine... Everything you can imagine on vacation is here! My husband also had the opportunity to be shown around the kitchen, which was a great experience for him! :) Here, too, he sends special thanks to the sauce chef and the omelet chef for the wonderful kitchen tour. Amazing cleanliness, organization. All credit to the kitchen staff for keeping things so beautifully under control. Serving so many people is not an easy task! We had a wonderful week, thanks to everyone working there! :)

Exceptional! The pool, beach, food, variety of restaurants, staff, sauna, bars, and cocktails were all exceptional. Before my trip, I had heard great things about the hotel management from locals in Antalya, but it exceeded my expectations. The property is well-maintained and super clean. We dined at the Ocean and Olive restaurants, which require advance booking, but the meals were included with our booking. The food at these restaurants exceeded our expectations, and if you want special wines, they are priced similarly to a liquor store. Everything seemed well-planned and of high quality. We felt that the price we paid was well worth it. Many thanks to the staff who took care of our needs. From the beach, you can witness an incredible sunrise emerging from the sea. The location is also excellent, very close to markets and pharmacies.We had couples massage. Kerem, the manager's recommendation, was just on target. It was, again a beautiful experience.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is nice, and the staff are very polite and professional. The activities were enjoyable and added to the overall experience.However, we had an issue during this stay. At 11:30 AM, we tried to go back to our room to get our luggage, but our key card had been deactivated. According to the checkout policy, we should have been able to access the room at that time, so this was frustrating.
