We did not like the food, the staff are friendly, the animation team is very sweet, Nazlı Mert, thank you all, the plates and glasses are very dirty, the live music may last longer, it ends very early, the bar is not bad, we had a problem with the hama, other than that it was good

I came for honeymoon. Even though we took a land view room, they gave us a pool and sea view room. Thanks a lot.We had a great time with the hotel activities and guest portfolio. Thanks to the animation team, you can easily make friends at the hotel.There is no possibility of you going hungry, you can find something to eat and drink every minute.

I loved it, it's a great hotel, it's spotlessly clean. The staff are all nice and friendly, the lady at the lobby bar is also very nice, thank you to everyone 🙏

We are at the hotel now and it is our 2nd day, everything is amazing here, all the employees are working hard for customer satisfaction.The rooms are nice, spacious and clean, as are the pools.My only advice is to bring sea shoes for the sea.With activities all day longA beautiful hotel with food to suit every tasteThanks to everyone who contributedWe'll be here next year if we can.

So unfortunately we chose this hotel this year. READ THE REVIEWS! We were 4 families. Let's start with the advantages:-Wifi very good;- The food in the restaurant is very diverse;- the patisserie is amazing🤩-Our room was good;-Very responsive and hardworking waiters.-Cleaning was ok.These were the only pluses. And now the disadvantages:- those at the reception (at least the boy who was with us is very arrogant!). They take bribes and do not give the rooms that were reserved! VERY IMPORTANT, IT RUINS THE MOOD FROM DAY ONE!- The bartenders have the feeling that they are the patrons of the hotel and they make cocktails for nothing!-The hotel is small, but with many tourists and there are not enough sunbeds at the pool.-The staff where you change the towels is also arrogant.- The snack bar has a stupid chart and apart from potatoes you have nothing to eat.-The entrance to the sea is steep and has no Pirs, but that is not terrible.-The people from animation still don't know how to make it interesting for tourists.So if the staff were kinder, the other minuses would not even be noticed! The hotel is 5* but the staff is 1*

I'm still staying here until next Tues. The most concerned for me is the music was very loud, they played music started in the morning at 10am until midnight (more loudly). If you are a early sleeper and you may avoid to stay in this hotel. Because u will be hardly to sleep even with ear plugs. The food was ok, almost the same food everyday... The pool and the slides are good for the kids and my daughter loves to play there. The beach is very closed to the hotel but please wear water shoes when walking on the beach. The receptionist doesn't really speak English and over 90% guests are from local or Russian. It wasn't easy to communicate if something happens. This hotel are a bit far from the airport, it took us one hour and half to arrived. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was big and nice, good view. Cleaning service very good, staff friendly. The food was delicious, diverse. The beach is stony and you need special shoes to go into the sea. The only low point was the entertainment part, could be improved. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

If the loud music was controlled it would be enough. Tuesday 11 July 00:30 screeching music still going on. At volume levels that are completely unhealthy. If you are a family or with children avoid at all costs as this is nor kid friendly. The Raymar is next door and their guests also complain about the noise from this hotel. Food is basically the same as other hotels in a much cheaper price range. Again because of the noise and lack of sleep possible stay clear.Update: After receiving a response that if I would come to reception or guest services that they would try to help. The only issue is noise and this is one thing they could easily fix. The following night 11th July its 23:30 and the noise is still the same. To make it worse 2 holiday makers died on the road outside the hotel tonight and no empathy from the hotel.

First of all, amazing hotel. We were very content of our room. It was clean, had enough closetspace, the bathroom was very chique and bed was really comfortable. The cleaning crew did an amazing job! Everytime they cleaned you could see and smell it👍🏻 The hotels interior design is very chique, I recommend taking pics in the hotel lobby! The food was delicious, a lot of variation, all freshly made, my plate was very colorful every time we went to eat. The pool of the hotel is very big, even when crowded you have enough swimming space. The aquapark is very fun only I recommend not sitting close to it while tanning because you will get wet everytime. The animation team was excellent, very kind and outgoing people with a lot of fun activities to do (also very intens sport wise). Love the ultra all inclusive concept because you can eat and drink as much you like at the pool and beach, you get freshly made dishes. The hotel doctor came in half an hour when I needed to see him. The hotel terrace cafe is very nice at night, you have a view over the hotel swimming pool, I recommend drinking turkish coffee there! The beach was amazing, enough room for everybody to tan only sad part was that there were stones in the beach and the sea, so if you have sensitive feet like me, take some swimming shoes with you. But in general a very nice hotel I would recommend to friends, couples or families. Would definitely come back.
