The area is nice, beaches just downstairs from the hotel- loads of markets and shops outside of hotel, clean room, nice service from workers here.Entertainment is amazing! Always comes on everyday and entertains everyone and the kids too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amwaj Oyoun, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional reception staff, who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities that ensure comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with high-quality toiletries.One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning [pool/spa/gym]. The [pool/spa/gym] area was beautifully maintained, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city. The [spa services/fitness equipment] were impressive, with a variety of options to suit every guest's needs.Dining at the hotel was delightful. served a delicious and diverse menu, The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items to start the day off right.Overall, Amwaj Oyoun exceeded my expectations in every way. this hotel is nothing like the pictures of the hotel was very dirty. The stuff wasn’t welcome. The only person from the staff who was good. Was Charlotte the room cleaner. He helped us choose another room for me and my brother with separated bed. He cleaned our room every day and he did. He did a good job otherwise the food was the same food every day it was very disgusting food not clean. They used recycled water for the plants and outside in the morning and in the evening it smelled so bad that you couldn’t stay there. It was the only hotel who used your cycled water it could be good for plans, but it’s not good for people . The photos of the hotel are nothing like the reality. It was very very dirty in the lobby in the area of the pool hasn’t a water cleaner The pool was very dirty. Also the guy who who states as security at the beach if the sea is very crowded, he screamed sharks sharks for no reason for the people to go out. The stuff was very racist they gave, for example, Egyptians and Arabic a lot of food and for us Europeans they get just for example one or two fish that’s all guys at the pool bar and at the beach bar were very nice. Charlotte was very nice too and the animated team was very nice. They were trying everything to change the hotel to make it better, but but it won’t be better because the manager of the hotel was very rude we wanted to reserve our dinner at the Italian restaurant and she said it was it was like 10 and she said to us the reservation is closed and the restaurant was empty. In the evening. We went to 2 trips and we couldn’t spend our days at the hotel and we got lunchboxes lunchboxes of our hotel were very very empty. Just two pieces of bread, two pieces of ham and two pieces of cheese and one expired juice. resemble other hotels, give their clients lunchboxes with a lot of foods and also a lot of water. They had water for the whole trip and we didn’t have any bottle of water. It isn’t worth of money and we had the worst vacation there not recommended

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the sea and a great pool. Theres a pretty big main pool with 3 sections. One for small kids that's very shallow, one part for bigger kids or anyone who just wants to relax in the water and a deeper part where you can swim. Food is pretty good. Not everything is amazing but a lot of it is very good. Some kf the best croissants I've ever had. The people and the animation team are probably the highlight. They bring a lot of life energy and good vibes to your day and evenings. The days are filled with fun activities such as dancing and parties on the beach and pool. Every evening there's a show that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Usually there's a part where someone performs and then a part where the audience is included.We did have some issues with the rooms, leaking air conditioning, rooms not being cleaned and resupplied and it took a few days to get everything resolved but after getting a new room most things were being done as it should have been from the beginning. Overall a good hotel with easy access to the beach, some great food, fun activities and a good pool.

The entertainment in the hotel is perfect - animation team is lovely, friendly and you have fun all day long. The food is good and hotel over all is super clean. Room is also modern and cleaning man always cleaned the room it on top. Location is near to a interesting places and super cool parties.I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation or if you wanna go with friends. 😇
