Perfect family vacation at the Arnor De LuxeWe stayed at the Hotel Arnor De Luxe as a family and absolutely loved it!Reception: We were warmly welcomed at reception, which immediately gave us a good feeling.Design: The inside of the hotel is very modern and chic - simply impressive.Cleanliness: Every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean and sparkling.Culinary: The food was a dream! There was a new selection every day and the taste was first class. No wish remained unfulfilled.Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly, especially to the children. The little ones were well looked after during meal times, which was a big highlight for us as a family. Our children were really looking forward to meeting the waiters!Location: The location of the hotel is perfect - just 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the ancient old town.Wellness: The spa area was great – clean and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and Turkish hammam.Guest service: A big thank you to Sevda Abla, who looked after us very well in the guest office. She gave us valuable tips and speaks perfect German – just great!Evening program: Every evening there were great shows, a children's disco and a normal disco. We were really looking forward to our stay, but overall we were disappointed.Positive:1. The food was beautifully presented and there was a large selection. Unfortunately, I couldn't tolerate the food and then had to take medication.2. There was also a nice little birthday surprise in the room, which we really appreciated.Negatives:Unfortunately, there were numerous points that severely affected the stay.Although the hotel is only four years old, it appears very run down and is by no means up to a 5 star standard. The rooms were okay, but very noisy - you can hear all the noises, including the toilets flushing, from the neighboring rooms. In addition, the shower was calcified and the toilet bowl in the room was demolished.It was cold and uncomfortable throughout the hotel. It was raining at times and it was drafty in the public areas, such as the auditorium. Relaxation was out of the question here. I was constantly cold.Communication with the staff was difficult as most of the receptionists spoke neither English nor German, which made communication almost impossible. A transfer to the beach, as stated in the description, was not offered.A particularly big problem was the organization. The lady responsible for bookings was friendly, but we were referred to the next day every day, which took a lot of time. An appointment for the à la carte restaurant was not possible as promised - despite repeated requests, I ended up queuing five times for free.The New Year's Eve gala was another disappointment. We were seated at a table with strangers and the food was served without any consideration for anyone's wishes (as a vegetarian, I was offered meat twice, even though I had clearly mentioned this). After that incident we left. Other guests also reported that the event was poorly organized. The fireworks were minimal (about two minutes), and after that the celebration ended abruptly. No drinks served after midnight - a disastrous New Year's Eve for us, even though we were expecting a nice celebration especially because of a birthday.The wellness area was also disappointing. The indoor pool was cold. The sauna was far too cold at around 40 degrees, the steam bath was full of mold - relaxation was simply not possible here.In summary, we cannot recommend this hotel. It disappointed our expectations in almost every area and we wasted a lot of valuable vacation time.

Nice hotel, we arrived at 10 am, we were immediately sent to breakfast and after that we were checked in 15 minutes later. There was no extra charge for early check-in.Family room 2 rooms, interesting design, small pool visible. There are rooms with a view of the road and on the 0th floor there will be no view from the window.Cleaning every day but there is a lot to complain about.The food is varied but without frills.You can go to dinner at the Ala' kart restaurant once.There is a fitness room. Spa. Shop. Hairdresser.FROM THE MINUSESRooms need partial renovationRoom cleaning is not always goodNo dental kitsNo ironNo dressing gownsRestaurant service is 50/50. Half of the waiters don’t notice you.PROS: within walking distance of Side old town. very beautiful city.Car rentalBoat tripsSpaRussian speaking staff.P.S. Special thanks to Rashid the waiter from the restaurant and Savage from the spa - well done guys. Always friendly and do their job well.

Just a great hotel. The staff is super friendly, including the children. Problems or requests are addressed immediately. The rooms are great and the food is varied and delicious. The hammam is recommended, as is the sauna and wellness area. The drinks could be better, but the beer tastes perfect. If we book a vacation as a family again, we would come back here at any time.The boutique within the hotel deserves special mention. The owner is very, very friendly, the offer is right and the prices are really more than good.Thank you for everything :-)

Such a beautiful hotel! Literally can’t complain about anything, would definitely recommend..all the facilities they have are amazing and they have so much on for kids. Rooms are kept super clean, staff are amazing (reception staff come across a little blunt) but overall 10/10!

excellent hotel, strong 5 stars. the food is beyond praise. With a large number of guests on the beach and by the pool, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff is friendly, the only thing is that it’s hard to fight off the barkers at the spa, but it’s possible. The only thing is that on the sunbeds there is no division into smokers and non-smokers, so lying sometimes is unpleasant. in the restaurant the situation is better, it even seems like one zone is allocated for non-smokers, but because it is located on a hill, the smoke from the cigarettes of the people sitting below rises straight to the top.

We spent our holiday with 2 adults and 2 children in this valuable hotel on 09/13 September. Even though we were hesitant when going, all our worries disappeared from the reception. We did not see any bad aspects of the facility. The only downside is that the pool may be a little inadequate as it is small and may be a wrong choice for Aquapark lovers, but all the remaining services were great and we were very pleased.

Great hotel, but I don't recommend rooms on the ground floor next to the generator. They can turn on in the middle of the night and make so much noise that it is impossible to sleep. Apart from that, the hotel was great. Very good food, normal service, clean rooms

I called this hotel to get a price for my guests coming from Ethiopia. They are businessmen. They were people who came to Turkey for investment. They wanted to have both a holiday and a meeting in Antalya. But this hotel was ridiculously underpriced. He told these people to get quotes from agencies in Ethiopia. However, I got good prices from other hotels in Antalya. I think this is a racist hotel. They treat people individually. Such hotels should not make money.

Stayed here for 5 nights, and the hotel rooms were very nice. The staff were also very friendly and always accommodating. We all felt very welcomed when we came in. Before coming we did see the reviews about their food. We also weren’t a fan of it. Breakfast was not for me, I couldn’t finish most of my plate when I tried it (pancakes are a safe option tho). The scrambled eggs were too runny for me and the feta cheese tasted off. Lunch was basically the same as breakfast, couldn’t really finish my food. Dinner, was slightly a different story though. The main kitchen, I had some spaghetti and some of the pasta was uncooked and felt like i was eating it raw. The beef rolls, weren’t for my taste however friends did like them. Some of the chips were good but if they were left too long then you could tell. Their mash potato was also good. Late evening snacks are definitely their worst serving time. The cake had been left out since breakfast and flies tend to swarm around there. The food smelt off because it had been sitting out for too long. It made me want to throw up from the smell sometimes. Which was kind of disappointing because a lot of the times we didn’t have food in the day due to being out so we wanted a late night snack. But the food put us off and there wasn’t really any options for anyone to eat anything from there. The food being extremely mediocre or even inedible at times made us tend to eat outside a lot more. However, if you do come here and you are put off about the food, there is a lovely snack bar by the pool and the grill next to the main kitchen makes nice food (all of which is also free if you are getting an all inclusive).Also the workers tend to flirt with you a lot which can be a bit creepy at times as they’re meant to be maintaining a professional standard. A couple of the guy staff there would not take no for an answer and would constantly come back asking for your number, Snapchat or Instagram. The creepy guy would only make up 35% of their staff tho. It’s just annoying when you’re trying to relax and a towel boy won’t leave you alone.Activities were shown to us if we wanted to them. We only decided to go on 2 excursions which were the jeep safari and the Antalya tour. The jeep safari was fun but Antalya was such a waste of money. The Antalya trip costed around 50 euros and not a single thing was worth the money. Obviously this might not be the hotels direct fault as it was with the MTS group. We were dragged to unfun, poorly planned trips. The tour guide did not allow you to do anything . The restaurant we went to (on the excursion)was not nice at all. The meal was horrible. Chicken was served cold, along with the rice and the peppers tasted weird. They also only gave around maximum 10 fries. There’s no desert and you also have to pay for your own drinks. We were sat inside a bad interior even tho the outside had very nice lit up skyline (could’ve helped stomach the terrible food more). Lastly the sand land (whatever it’s called) was not interesting at all. From the get go I did not feel impressed nor did I want to be there. In my opinion like I said before complete waste of money, there are so many better things you could do in Antalya and I would not recommend the trip organised by the MTS group.I would just like to add the despite my comments about arnors food I did enjoy my stay here and if I come back to Turkey, I would probably go to another hotel but I wouldn’t also mind coming back to Arnor. Although a lot of negatives were said it was a comfortable stay with the hotel. I would just recommend staying to eating food at the snack bar or grill, and also maybe missing out on breakfast unless you can stomach it. Also DEFINITELY don’t go on the Antalya tour.

We had a lovely few days here at this 5 star hotel.We couldn't believe how nice and well looked after hotel it was.Staff was so helpful and polite.Food is amazing especially the puddings.Room was fantastic mini fridge topped up everyday soft drinks only. Bed made everyday with a duck or love heart made on our bed with towns ect.The spa was also amazing loved my Turkish bath and massage.Location is abit far from shops but we did hire car. They have a nice free bus that goes to there own beech with free drinks and food as it belongs to the hotel.Definitely go back here for sure never had such a lovely time in a hotel than this place here.Big shout out to the cleaner on floor 5 who cleans 5114. 😀

Returned back from our holiday on Thursday.Overall the hotel is average, the reception staff are very helpful and friendly but the negative side is the waiters are disgustingly rude!!! Always ignore us at the food table , we asked several times for items and we was ignored .Second of all our room wasn’t getting cleaned at all since until we rang the reception and requested this.The cleaners would go around to other rooms but never approach our room or even ask whether we want the room cleaned.Location- not many shops around the hotel and very unsafe to go out in the night! We had some men following us whilst walking up to McDonald’s which is about a 10 min walk.

Really good hotel. Staff was so nice in restaurant , pool bar and beach bar and probably had the best service in my life. I was really surprised how much time they were working every day and still were able to be polite and nice.Food was very good. everyone got something to eat.Animation was good but kids animation not so much. The girl from the kids animation didnt look like she enjoyed working there.Also one bad thing about the hotel- the staff in spa was not so nice. They were looking at you with disgust and i didnt understand why they were always in bad mood. Not once i didnt get a smile from there. If the hotel could get there same kind of people like the rest areas have- it would be perfect :)I still recomend and would come again! If we leave behing spa section it was really good experience

The staff were the most dedicated, hard working and kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. The rooms were great with the shower being the best one I’ve ever used, hands down. The indoor buffet was a little mediocre with most of the food being kind of cold and the deserts being bland. I preferred eating at the poolside mess instead. If you stay here I’d recommend eating out, there’s tonnes of places around with great food plus you can get the bus to Manavgat where even more options lie, the bus costs about 60p.
