I want to single out this hotel for its perfect approach, great food, beautiful and clean rooms and wonderful, kind people. The biggest thank you goes to the animation team (Junus, Ahmed and the manager. You were great and we thank you 🩷🩷 We love you.

We stayed between 3-7 August. First of all, I would like to start with the hotel room. We stayed in the Selectium large family room. It was generally nice. There are some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness. When we first checked in, the minibar was empty, we told it 3 times and it was finally full. If I have to talk about food, I would rather say chicken and fish because there is chicken everywhere. We saw nothing but chicken and fish on the grill for 4 dinners. As someone who loves grilled chicken, I don't plan on eating chicken and its products for a long time. You go to the snack bar, chicken doner, nughet, chicken everywhere. The water slides in the pools are nice and fun for families with children. Slides open between 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00. In general, in this bad tourism season, would it be worth 51,000 TL for 4 nights, 5 days, 2 adults and 1 child? In my opinion, no, it is not a hotel worth it, I don't think I would go there again.

We arrived on the first day, we didn't wait long, our room was ready around 12 o'clock. It was like any other all-inclusive hotel. It was nice that it wasn't too crowded. We came by looking at the comments, but I think the fact that it was newly opened last year caused the reviews to be good. As time passed, deficiencies emerged. First of all, the sea is very bad, very wavy and very stony. Secondly, it is difficult to find food all the time like other hotels. The snack bar closes at 3pm and it's always the same thing. You can't buy it to your liking, you order it and they bring it to you. Nothing after 3pm until dinner. Don't be fooled when I say baked potatoes for an hour, there are only potato waffles, so-called if you can eat that too. The best ice creams might be ice fingers. The pools are small but sufficient for children. Consider the day over after dinner. Every evening, under the name of a show, a game is played with only a few people, about 10 people watch it, and then it's over. There are a lot of things missing. In fact, their hands are shaking to fill the minibar. It's as if they have coke one day, and then they pour coke on the fourth day. I said, 'Oh my God, they didn't put soap in our room for 2 days. Where is the soap?' On the 3rd day, I called the reception and asked for it. That's what it came to. Meanwhile, I got shampoo and did my job outside.... In my opinion, the room cleaning was not good at all, only the bed arrangement, my pillow fell between the wall and the bed. It's still there on the 4th day :) There were red stains in the courtyard of the room... It seems they wanted to choose the difficult option when making everything beautiful was so simple. Maybe everything will get better, but the sea is really bad, it can't be fixed...

We had a 6 night and 7 day stay as a family, we enjoyed it very much in every sense, the rooms, the interior of the hotel, the restaurant and the pool were all very clean and tidy. They are always at your service for any request or assistance. Their animation was very nice.It was a full time. We would also like to thank Ms. Beyza very much. It is a family hotel, a boutique hotel style concept, but everything is included. What else can you ask for? Big love to all the staff, you can choose it without hesitation, see you again.

I was at the hotel between 22 and 28 July. There was nothing positive except for Elif lady at the reception. It is never the comfort of a 5 star hotel. The complaints are common anyway. I looked at the comments. Melted ice creams, food types, dirty American servers used in the restaurant... cleanliness is beyond average... I could have photographed all of these, but I feel sorry for my disgraceful holiday, there is no need to prove it, people wrote the same things. There is no alternative outside your room to cool off. I came from Elazığ for hours to swim in the pool. If the sea is this wavy, there may be a breakwater. We only used the pool for a week. Moreover, when I walked buried in the stones on the way to the hotel's sea, which we filtered as a sandy beach, I realized that there was no need to look for adventure to explore other than the places recommended during the hotel holiday. The holiday that we had dreamed of for a year and paid for, should end as soon as possible and It ended with the sentence "let's go out". I actually looked at the comments, but people liked the quality of last year, I thought it was the right place, but it was a big mistake and disappointment. Don't look at the situation as expectations, cooling down is a human need and I think this is a standard expectation for everyone. Let me also point out that the female staff at Bucks treat local tourists as unwanted guests. I couldn't use that section to avoid seeing that sullen face. If other conditions had been good, he might still have been tolerable. Finally, the restaurant has a concept of being in touch with nature and cats wander around. There is no problem if they eat from my plate, but think about those who have allergic diseases and those who have phobias enough to pick up their feet and climb on chairs. Even if everything is perfect, I won't come, but at least take precautions for the people who will come from now on. Otherwise, no one would pass by it even a second time.

Great smaller hotel (cca 10 buildings with 3 floors) in nice garden area, quite and clean.Beach with sunshade tents (enough), sea entrance steep and stony, mornings calm, afternoon good waves if windy.Good entertainment for kids, but bigger water slides are for kids under 10y strictly forbidden (lifeguard is uncompromising, also in case of adult accompaniment)Food and beverages above standard in all places (restaurant, pool bar, snack/beach bar).Beach volleyball 🏐 , darts 🎯, water sports, aqua aerobic, zumba, air shooting etc. Entertainment team, mini disco, night show.. Very satisfied, visited june 2024 with temperatures on high level (33-43°C)

Hande, Doğuş, Ahmet, Melek, Hilal from animation; We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to the attention, care, respect and tolerance of all hotel staff, especially the waiters Recep, the old bartender Mehmet, the old bartender and the new waiter Mehmet, the bartender Selahaddin, and the new bartender Mustafa. This is an awful hotel.It’s definitely not 5 star at all. Room in 3 floor is gloomy. For 2 visitors stuff left just 1 bath robe. There is bad smell in the bathroom.Probably there is some lack of shampoo and soap, because stuff doesn’t refill it properly.Quality of cleaning is bad.Food is ok, but nothing special. Desserts are not tasty. Small choice of fruits, just apples and pears, sometimes some watermelon.It doesn’t worth money at all.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Firstly, when we got there to check-in our room was not ready. They didn’t even have the decency to pay the price difference for the smaller room they offered us on the first night. The electricity cut off twice on our first night. I had elderly passengers travelling with me and we had booked their biggest suite for 5 adults. It was dirty and there were ants in the bed. The food quality is awful especially the a la carte as they have no professional knowledge or chefs to cook proper Italian food or tiramisu for example, which looked and tasted like rubber. Their staff speak no English and are unhelpful anyway. At checkout we waited for the taxi which came 45 minutes late and when I tried to follow up at the lobby a hotel staff member tried to assault me as a female, I did not feel safe and security had to stay there to keep him away otherwise he would have assaulted me with his fist pump. Overall, horrible experience and they were not even apologetic, all they did is listen to our complaints and did nothing. They know nothing about hospitality and client management. Extremely unprofessional and rude!

Benata hotel is a very nice place to stay for holidays 🙂I do not understand all those negative comments, because everything was perfect or very close to perfect. Staff works hard to meet everyone's needs, the food was great, big choise of different dishes and everything tasty. All inclusive non alcoholic beverages super and alcoholic also good. Rooms are spacious and tidy, cleaners did great job every day, mini bar refilled every day! Pools are nice for kids with some slides, beach is equipped with enough sunbeds for hotel guests. I definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids!
