Unfortunately, I am still staying at this hotel as of the date I am writing this. I don't know where to begin, but I must say from the outset that this hotel has nothing to do with being a 5-star or ultra all-inclusive hotel. Everything was terrible from check-in to the fourth day. There's no car key card, no parking space. The rooms are constantly understocked. We even have to ask for slippers and water. The minibar contains nothing except fruit juice, cola, and water. We have to call to have it cleaned. The cleaning that was done is shown in the picture. Whatever we ask for from the bar area is unavailable. Supposedly, there's ice cream service every day, but we only saw it one day. The pool isn't really a pool, and the sea isn't even inside the hotel; you have to go outside. Don't be fooled by the description of it as sand and pebbles; from where you leave your slippers, it's pebbles, and only the area where you walk in your slippers is sand, and even that isn't that important. As for the food, this is the fourth day, and the food is the same, and it runs out and isn't replenished, and it has no flavor. Even if you manage everything else, there aren't enough tables to put your plates on. The staff are extremely indifferent; they don't even want to make eye contact if you ask for something, and if they do see you, they ignore you. The rooms are extremely small; you can't even unpack two suitcases at the same time. There isn't even a single armchair to sit on. I booked through ETS, and the hotel is a disaster, and ETS is a disaster too. Anyone who wants to pay for a holiday shouldn't even think about going near Alanya, let alone staying at this hotel.

Hello, First of all, I can say that this is the best hotel in Alanya. The service quality, the customer service, and the staff are all excellent. The food is delicious, and the staff are very attentive. I would like to thank Ms. Eylem and her team. You should definitely try this hotel; they provide a wonderful vacation. Customer satisfaction is at the highest level.

We arrived at this hotel with our 3-month-old baby and were so glad we chose it. We checked in early and checked out late, which was great flexibility. We also appreciated that they gave us a family room despite booking a standard room because we had a baby. We were able to relax comfortably on the pier with the stroller without any problems. The food was amazing and clean. The rooms were clean, but there were a few hairs in a couple of places. There were stains on the towels. Even though I'm a meticulous person, it didn't bother me too much. There's no entertainment at the hotel, which wasn't a problem for us. There's a DJ performance in the evenings, but no other animation or anything like that. We really liked the workshops during the day; our regards to the instructor… The staff are friendly and very good, and you don't have to wait in lines anywhere. There are enough sunbeds, both in the sea, by the pool, and on the pier. We had lunch on the pier; they have very good pasta and hamburgers. The only downside is that the sea is only nice when you enter from the pier. The stones on the shore hurt, the waves were uncomfortable, and the sea was sometimes dirty on the pier, but overall it was great. Kudos to your team, management, and the chef; we are leaving very satisfied.

Hello, The hotel is fantastic in every aspect. The food and drinks are high quality and delicious. The pier on the seaside is wonderful; you can spend the whole day there. The staff are very attentive. Many thanks to Ms. Eylem and her team. You can easily choose this as the best hotel in Alanya.

Even though it was the second day of our holiday, it was incredibly enjoyable, all the staff were very polite and caring. They do everything you want and the food is delicious. I hope you have a spare room for us next year☺️

A highlight - the jetty into the Mediterranean. Under the palm roof of the cabanas you can endure temperatures of 38-39°. With “All you can eat & drink”, there is also a delivery service in the cabana, a 1A chillout. Matching music included. Only seconds from the jetty to the obligatory Mediterranean attractions: banana boat, sofa boat, jet ski, or, if that's not enough, parasailing behind the boat... However, these are not provided by the hotel, they are independent providers with their own prices and equipment , life jackets etc. Rooms: Fully air-conditioned, always clean and top room service. TV per room (parents' bedroom separate), minibar incl. Food: Buffet - All you can eat, all flavors from spicy to Turkish-sweet (dentist's sweet). Very tasty and always clean, fresh. You can also get hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizza, gozeleme (kind of crepes) etc. at the snack bar between meals. Marlo Beach: The cabanas mentioned above are not included, but are highly recommended (just book with the staff). Otherwise there is a completely sufficient number of loungers/umbrellas on the jetty. In the evening there is always a program on the stage at Marlo and guests only. Staff: A lot of staff, nice and always ready to fulfill your wishes. Can't say anything! Cleanliness: There is always someone running around cleaning, sweeping up, refilling towels, checking the buffet, etc. What else can I say: * The walk to the beach is very short 1-2 minutes (no direct access) * No advertised children's hotel. Children welcome. But if you want to have the short ones taken care of, you've come to the wrong place * is slightly decentralized from Alanya. 10-15 minutes transfer to the sights, e.g. Alanya Castle, Red Tower etc. We feel very comfortable and as if guests were welcome!

A wonderful hotel. The food is very tasty, you will find all kinds of seafood, beef entrecote, eriena, salads. We ate delicious soups for the first time in a Turkish hotel. On the menu of alcoholic cocktails you will find everything you can think of, the alcohol is all imported, there is also local alcohol. The staff is very polite, everyone is hardworking, with a smile, they always ask if everything is okay, you will be provided from a to z. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern, they keep the rooms very well. Fun programs in the evenings, music playing all day, very good atmosphere. We will definitely come back more than once, we were very pleasantly surprised!

The only thing missing from the business is that it has a parking problem. External staff are professional. You see the care and attention in every part of the hotel. The food is delicious and has many varieties. Room cleaning is very nice. They did the pier part very well. You can choose the meal you want from the menu between 12.00 and 17.00. On your birthday, they send cake and wine to your room. I think it's a very nice idea. A professional facility. I think the problem lies with those who are dissatisfied. Thank you. This review was for my first stay. I came to the facility again on May 3. We had our first stay in April. After this establishment, we went to a famous hotel in Kemer. We could only stay at the hotel for an hour. We paid for one night's accommodation, made a reservation at another hotel in Kemer and left. Even though the other hotel was a high-end facility, we can say that we enjoyed our first stay at Blue Marlin. For the next holiday, my wife said there was no need for any action, let's go directly to Blue Marlin, so we came here again in May. A business that takes what it does seriously. You get what you pay for during your stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is nice. Chefs stand at the buffet for dinner. So they stand behind the food they make. The food is good, the staff are friendly. Everyone is serious about their job. ÇİGDEM lady working at the lounge bar is a good staff. It is a facility that values its guests. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean. If you want to have a peaceful holiday and rest without any trouble, you can choose the resort. I would also like to thank the reservation manager and the lady at the reception. Kind and helpful people. I got what I paid for in both of my holidays. That's the real issue. You will approve my comment at the end of the holiday. Thank you Blue Marlin

First of all, the excellent, delicious food, especially the specific Turkish dishes. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their desire to make everything perfect. We had an unforgettable vacation in October, despite a rocky start with our room. The real highlight was the exceptional service from Yana, a guest relations employee who, upon learning it was our 5th anniversary, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. Her thoughtful actions made our anniversary truly special, and we're immensely grateful for the personalized attention she provided. Yana turned a potential hiccup into a cherished memory, and her commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

The highlight is certainly the beautiful wooden pier where you can sunbathe or enjoy one of the numerous cocktails at the bar. my favorite are the frozen margaritas. In the evenings there is usually a great band that plays on the bridge for 2 hours and also other music. The atmosphere is very chilled and pleasant. the staff friendly and very hard working. What's unusual for Turkey is that nobody speaks German, but I enjoyed it to finally speak a little English again. The guests were also very pleasant and mainly Russian. The food is very good, only the meat in the last hotel i was, in Side had a better selection and quality. Food and drink are provided almost around the clock. I would have liked the room and the spa to be larger, but the mattress is great and the shower is very modern. There is always sb. cleaning somewhere and it is very clean. Unfortunately, the hotel borders on the busy highway and it is also busy at night. After 3 days I got used to it. The sea is barely visible from the hotel, but the beach is only about 300 m around the corner. There was also a Lady, where you could make some handcrafts. I enjoyed it very much. Yoga and Zumba was also offered. I love IT, thank you for the great holidays! OCTOBER 2023

Wow, what an experience. Firstly, I would like to start with walking in the hotel to check-in the staff was amazing friendly, always smiling and helpful. The hotel it self was beautiful and clean. Food was delicious and so many options. Rooms are also beautiful and very clean it will be my first ever hotel that i can not find a fault with. Well done blue marlin and the staff. Also i really appreciate how kind and caring the staff was to my small request i had for my girlfriend at my room before we checked in. I would 100% recommend this lovely hotel.

I have been to Turkey for the first time and all I can say is that I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! A beautiful hotel, just as in the pictures, clean, not crowded at all, warm and friendly staff, where I had the opportunity to enjoy local and international delicacies, and the attention to detail in the presentation added to the sophistication. The hotel has several types of sauna, a gym with towels and water, and towels on the beach and by the pool. Pizza from the oven and a good beach burger. Ice cream on a stick, nicely wrapped and served in a big bowl with ice. Delicious coffee and iced coffee with caramel. The evening parties were really exciting! There was a movie night on the beach where we had popcorn, evenings with different live bands and DJs on the beach. The hotel managed to create a unique atmosphere that made us feel wonderful. The music is relaxing and I really enjoyed the interactive activities such as painting on textiles. As for the drinks, I must mention that the juices, wine and beer are available by the bottle, as well as water and the cocktails made by Murat are really good, which perfectly complemented the experience offered by the hotel. You must try the drinks made by Murat! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. The delicious food, fun parties and unique drinks made by Murat will make your stay truly special.

This was our first trip to Turkey and we had the most fabulous time at Blue Marlin even when it rained! The hotel is very luxurious and doesn’t feel massive like some resorts do. The pier on the beach is so lovely and the fact it is a little way from the hotel means music does not keep you awake. The whole place was spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The spa was amazing with lots of different treatments. I would definitely recommend this for a couples or friends trip. We are already booking for next year having had such a wonderful time. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so special.
