A great hotel. Very friendly and competent staff. The food is great and the cleanliness is perfect. We are very satisfied.

Bartender Ali Bey, animator Ali Bey, animator Mr. Oğuzhan, animator Ms. Helin, waiter Hüseyin Bey, they were very attentive, the food was amazing, as well as today, our 3rd year, there was a mini disco in the evening, there were shows after that, but the ice cream was on time, apart from that, the bar was open until 12 at night, it was full at all hours, apart from that, the spa There were places where you could buy bath towels, but our room was given later than in previous years.

Hotel is situated close to the beach, there is underground passage. The rooms are clean and functional. The employees of hotel are helpful and nice.The food could be better but don't get me wrong the food is good and lot of choices. The drinks in the bar were original in all inclusive offer. The location is weak, the nearest city is about 15 minutes by car. The animations in the night were fantastic, we saw the gymnastics, strong man, laser show, synchronical swimming and many more. That was the most advantage of the hotel.Guests from Turkey (the most), Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Russia (a little).

A hotel from the category of the smaller five stars among five stars 😉Average animation, but the animators were unobtrusive and very nice.Rooms clean and nice.The cleanliness around the pool or the facility itself and its grounds leaves something to be desired, but there is no drama.The food in the canteen is very varied, several types of meat, pasta, fries, rice.Meals in snack bars are also quite nice.Generally very good value for money.If you are not a detail person and your goal is to relax, I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Firstly, the fact that this hotel has a manager, makes me question who is running hell.The staff were beyond rude, however if you do happen to enjoy being ignored, or like your drinks being slammed down on the bar in front of you, then perhaps this is the place to be 🤷🏻‍♀️The food was diabolical, repetitive and the chicken could have passed as rubber (if it was it probably would have tasted better) There was limited vegetarian or vegan options, and maggots were found in the fruit.The cocktails came out of a pre mixed bottle, the beer was watered down and the fruit juice machines rarely worked.The air conditioning machines were temperamental and the mini bar in the room wasn’t stocked up once in a week.Whatever you do, don’t lose your key card because they will try to charge you 25 euros and refuse you access to your room unless you pay 👀They also charge for Wi-Fi (in a 5 star hotel!!) and even that rarely worked- probably because if it were free everyone would be leaving reviews like this 🤣Overall, I’d rather bathe in lemon juice and razor blades and then go snorkelling with pirañas than stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and big they're cleaned every day, there's air-conditioning, there's balconys with great views. The service in the restaurant is very good, the bartenders are very polite and sweet, the spa staff are also very polite. The food is absolutely delicious I know some people said that there's nothing to eat but that is not true at all there's a big variety of things they take recommendations from guests its brilliant. The pool area is amazing, the pool is so big, they sometimes even do shows in the pool its just perfect. The beach is absolutely amazing there's a volleyball Court, there's a good amount of sunbeds and the waters is so nice and warm, there can be some big waves but its not everyday. The animation team/entertainers are the nicest, their funny, theirs personality are amazing and the entertainment is also very good every morning there's yoga, darts, water gymnastics that are all run by the animation team. I can't begin to tell you how amazing these people are honestly if I had the choice to go there or another hotel id pick this one. A HUGE and I mean HUGE shout out to Muhammad, Ali and Tufan they're the best company and in the short amount of time we were there it felt like we all became best friends. If you ask them for anything they will tell you and explain everything. The alcohol is Turkish but there wasn't any problem with it the drunks were perfect. Just to sum it all up I definitely and definitely recommend this hotel its everything and more you could ask for and again a huge shout out to Muhammad, Ali and Tufan three amazing people.

The only worst resort in this area.Very poor customer service.Food quality terrible. Chef needs some more training.Restaurant and front desk staff not friendly at all.Location not good at allSwimming pool not well maintainedBeach not sandy, full of stones.Beach access not private.Only HOUSE KEEPING staff worked well.Place is not tiddy and clean.Only 1 single Elevator to access floors from main area.WASTE OF MONEY

Not great experience, laungage barriers could be throughout the Country, some bar and bar staff are not polite and not friendly.The worst part for us was that the food are not filled in on time and sometimes, they run out of food, afternoon meals by the pool have always long queue. The location is a village, far from the city/shopping, rooms are avarage, wifi not great, AC are okay. Some vegiterian food was with good options. At the bar, they are always running out of ice🧊. Hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mocha are awful).

4 Star at best.Food is not good. Very bland and repetitive. Usually Turkey 5 star hotels have great food and variety across the day and week, here same stuff in different colours for dessert and bland watery dishes with very little variety.Rooms are nice, clean and big with good cleaning service and water bottles.. both Still and Carbonated along with juice cartons refilled regularly, but decor is 3 to 4 star quality and look. Small balcony entered to by a glass door that has not sound proofing at all..Beware of very loud music from the pool and entertainment area outside.Beds, pillows and AC is fine. No kettle or iron in room.WiFi is only free in the lobby and paid for in rooms and other areas.Indoor pool closed when we visited in Late July.Beach area across the main road but very nice sandy and pebble beach with Café and toilets as well as showers.In short, Cost cutting measures in Catering and some of the fixtures and fittings show badly. Shame,as bases were covered and could have been a much nicer place.Cheap compared to surrounding 5 star hotels but not worth the difference in price and I would gladly spend a bit more next time.
