Very bad and boring resort. The food hall is so small and it offers limited choices of Food and the staff attitude is so unprofessional. The sun beds weren't available unless you came very early or otherwise you wouldn't find place on the beach and at many days the floating bridge was closed so you can't swim.The only good thing was the rooms which was large and well equipped. I would advise you not to come here for this price you can find better resort .

The location of the hotel is right in front of the reefs. Please do not step on the reefs when visiting here. No need to dive. Snorkeling is enough for all the beauties. No raki. But the food is nice. Price/Performance is very good.

During our stay in the resort, there were many staff members who were extremely welcoming and kind. A special thanks to:Mr Nasr, the duty manager at the resort. He is a very kind hearted person who was so caring towards us. We really appreciated his hospitality and have a lot of respect for him. I truly recommend speaking to him if you have any queries.Eid, the manager at the market restaurant was really fantastic. He never failed to make us smile and was very welcoming every day. He efficiently assisted us with all of our requests and was very understanding.Karim Assad in the market restaurant was truly amazing. Every meal we had at the resort, he provided 5-star service. He is lovely and continuously checked up on us to make sure we were happy. With the help of both Eid and Kareem, we also managed to plan a birthday surprise for our Dad which made us all so happy.Esraa, who welcomed us every day with a huge smile for breakfast, lunch and dinner was so sweet! She showed great hospitality towards all guests and we all got along with her a lot.They are very genuine people and we have definitely made some new friends here in Cleopatra Luxury Resort.Ahmed Hamed, chief concierge, who was always smiling and greeting us very nicely. We really appreciated his friendly personality. Also, Muhammed Al-Azeem, concierge, is a very friendly person. We got along with him straight away and we really appreciated all of his kindness.Abdel Karim Gaber, who was a part of the room services team was really nice. He provided us with anything we needed and had excellent service.Overall the staff were accommodating, especially those mentioned above. The employees are generally very rude. When we wanted to check out late, they did not help us with the price they first told us, the flight time is late and we do not know what to do. The internet is very bad and they sell better internet for an additional fee. The rooms were clean and the location was good. They should focus more on customer satisfaction

Firstly big applause for a staff,very professional,friendly,helpful.Rooms nice,comfy,big space. Food was delicious big choice. Only two things to book a restaurant very difficult you have to book 4 days ago at least. Entertainment evenings was a pit poor. Thank you for amazing holidays Recommend!!!!!

An amazing experience and very good value for money, staying in this place makes the time fly with feeling that you need anything.The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful.Variety of food was good.The place has a lot of green places that made me feel good.Very cleanThe lighting at night were soothing and gave me calm feeling and a feeling that I want to stay outside the room.The beach is clean, staff on the beach are helpful

Stayed in October with my partner, we extended by 3 extra nights as we enjoyed it so much. The rooms are beautiful, so clean, they offered us to stay in the adults only as they thought it was our honeymoon!! Adults only was 100x better, pools were lit up at night, the interior and exterior of the hotel was beautifully designed. Food was excellent, and wanted to give a shout out to Mina for his excellent customer service and sense of humour. We felt like kings and queens here, the beach was a short buggy ride away which they operate every 15 minutes and the snorkelling views from off the pier were incredible! Thanks so much for your hospitality and welcoming us. Love Alice & Sam xx

The Cleopatra is a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind. The gardens are kept immaculate and the communal areas very clean. It was our second visit and hope to come again. The reception team are very helpful. Waiters, bar staff, room cleaners all amazing. No problems.Would recommend to anyone especially for a calm Drop and Flop holiday.

We had a short stay at the luxury Cleopatra Resort (5 nights). The hotel is really lovely, very clean and in a great location with a private beach there are 4 pools with the pool bar being heated - massive plus!!The staff here are amazing so helpful and attentive. The reception team are very welcoming and helpful. Cocktails are brilliant and we really enjoyed some of the evening entertainment.We came here because we love to snorkel and although we never made it down to the house reef as the sea was too rough we enjoyed snorkelling around the rocks in the shallow area where we saw puffer fish, moray eels, parrot fish, lion fish, beautiful clams, trigger fish, butterfly fish to name a few. We took a trip with VIP diving to snorkel and we really enjoyed it.The food here is very good, we mainly ate in the market restaurant which has a good selection and there never was a time I couldn’t find something to have.Big thanks to Hassan our cleaner who was always going that extra mile and the waiters at the beach always working so hard especially Mina who works in the lobby bar, he was great bringing us cocktails and snacks. We never went to the spa as it’s not really our thing but we met Oscar on the beach who works there and he was always so friendly and happy we very much enjoyed chatting with him.Thank you Cleopatra we will be back!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is always kind and helpful, they are always smiling and polite. The view is amazing. The room was big and nice, maybe a bit dated. The shower room is spacious with excellent water pressure, but a bit to cold for myself even on the highest temperature level. Fresh towels every day, and beach towels included. The drinks were nice, and we really liked the local beer. The food was ok, not wow and not too much variety, but there is something for anyone. The pools are clean, the beach is very nice. You feel safe and well looked after. We'll definitely come back.
