We spent 6 days on holiday in the Club Nena Hotel with 2 children. We had booked all-inclusive but had to find out when we checked in that it wasn't the case. We had to pay €2 per day for the safe in the room and there was freshly squeezed food at breakfast Orange juice €2, there are few activities for children, kindergarten 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the evening 8:45 p.m. for 15 minutes. Children's show that's it. From midnight onwards, all drinks are chargeable. Rooms are clean. Employees are friendly and nice. We will no longer book a holiday at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right at the entrance of Manavgat. There is a parking lot, the attendant greets you at the entrance and takes your number. You can tow the vehicle anywhere. Once you enter, the staff at the entrance is friendly and helpful. We entered the hotel early and left late, they welcomed us with pleasure and provided us with the opportunity. The rooms start immediately at the entrance of the hotel, there are approximately 200 to 300 meters of rooms. In 3-storey houses. The rooms at the entrance are a little far from the main pool and the beach, within walking distance. But there is also an aqua park and pools at the entrance. The hotel has 2 children's, 1 aqua and 2 adult pools, a perfectly spacious environment. It's a holiday village. The sun loungers are wonderfully comfortable. The place can be found easily. You do not have any problems on the beach, by the pool or in the pool, but the pool water is very hot. The pancake, snack, bars and restaurant sections of the hotel also have sufficient space. The only thing is that the restaurant gets very crowded at dinner during busy periods, go 1 hour late :) There is no problem with other meals. Our only problem was that the food taste was very poor. There are many kinds of food, but the desserts are not sweet, the chickens are rotten, the meat is not pleasing, the liver turned out to be grilled, for example, it was like meat, people put it on plates and it all went to waste. Likewise, the products normally purchased are thrown away because the taste is poor. The pancakes from the pancake maker sister are better than eating. We did not use the food in the evening. Also, the staff are amateur kids working in professional jobs. They need to cook a little more, they need to stop providing 3 star hotel service in 5 star hotels. Reluctant, low-energy and very young children are working. As I said, it's a great place with an excellent, spacious environment. If they could improve the service even more, it would be great. The most active of the active animator friends is a little brother who is the animation chief. He didn't come for 1 day, the animation slept. It's darts and volleyball, the animation team is very slow, it's a children's activity, so t-shirt painting etc. costs 15 euros. Some services are exaggerated and these situations are not pleasant. We stayed for 6 days. 80 percent satisfaction, I wrote the 20 percent here. It was a price performance hotel this year. I will try other hotels in the following seasons. Thank you everyone.

Stay at the end of April. The +: upgrade: 2 family rooms for 6 kingsize beds. Children's corner. Varied meal. The grill is TOP! Really nice swimming pool and aquapark open since April 13. The market in the hotel. The staff are smiling and available. The shower jet and temperature are excellent! The large bathroom. Water jet toilets. The green bar with its quality snacks. We are privileged because Few customers 35/585 rooms. Customers can still benefit from services on the day of departure.Cons: the pure local get27 is undrinkable, no rum, no whiskey in All in. Beach volleyball is not cleaned and dangerous with metal stakes at every corner. The pontoon is not built. Lots of pebbles on this beach. No alcohol at the relax pool. Lobby bar not open. Beach bar: fridge turned off every evening, drinks were not cold, beer in a can. The entertainment has few resources and materials: 1 ping-pong table, 1 volleyball and 1 water polo ball. Not easily made available to customers. The jet ski associated with the hotel is 80€ for 15 minutes?! Complicated card system for towels, especially on the day of departure you have to put down a deposit. No ice cream.

Great location, numerous facilities and tasty meals, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Almost all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Especially, I would like prise bartender Ahmet who worked in the poolbar. His service exceeded far beyond the standard and it was top-shelf. He prepared drinks with the creativeness, grace and fantasy, as well.

If you are looking to have a good all round, relaxing holiday DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. I honestly don’t know who gave the hotel five stars. This hotel is maximum two stars. The hotel look/decor/forniture is very outdated. Cleanliness is very poor. Their all-inclusive food is not nice, you will want to eat outside most of the time. The drinks at the bar, including the cocktails, are very poor; I asked for a piña colada Mocktail and the guy literally mixed pineapple juice with oat milk in front of me.The staff at the reception were not friendly nor welcoming at all. I was sharing a room with two other girls and they only gave us one key for the room; if you wanted an extra key, you would have to pay €50 extra. The only thing that was nice about this hotel was the outside; it was very green, and they have lots of fruit trees. The beach and the pools are nice but nothing exceptional . If you get the rooms in the bungalows then you might have a better experience, but if you get the rooms in the main building where the reception is you WILL not. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is definitely not for 5 stars.  In any case, if you want a pleasant atmosphere, a lot of greenery, with a lot of shade, and various ways of entertainment, this is the place for you.  the pool is too narrow for deckchairs, but it has a pretty good layout.  good beach with large umbrellas against the sun.  the deckchairs are of poor quality and could be cleaner.  An additional top offer are the loggias on the pier.  They are paid extra, but you have full comfort, a shower, your own descent into the sea, a fridge, additional sunbeds...The staff is pleasant, but there are not enough of them.  You can feel the incompetence and disorganization of the middle management, such as the head of the restaurant, because he does not give instructions to the staff, who are working hard.  The hotel has guests many different nations from all over Europe, which is very good.  The animation team is disastrously bad, and it is not clear how the hotel management does not see this.  In any case, due to the good concept, lots of greenery, plus paid loggias on the pier, this was one of the most relaxing and best vacations for us.  If the remarks are taken as something normal, we definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

That hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel.I have no idea who give them 5 stars, but it deserves for MAXIMUM 3 stars.The room was ok, on the beginning we been given room for disabled people, it was dirty and ugly - the next day we went to reception to change it - they did , but they had a big moan that we even asked for that. Reception staff was useless, unhelpful and miserable.Food wasn’t the best either - my partner get a food poisoning.Drinks were awful.The hotel needs good renovation to deserve 5 stars and definitely need change reception staff and improve drinks and food.Positive things: Bar staff was always smiling, and cleaners clean our room every day. Big pole, and nice Aquapark.

We stayed here for a friends' 40th birthday and we loved the hotel. The staff worked really hard, and the table service with drinks was such a great touch. Our rooms were clean and tidy, and bottles of water were placed in the fridge daily. Clean beach towels are supplied each day. The entertainment team was great, with loads of different activities. The guy on reception who works the night shift was excellent. He couldn't do enough for us. The only downfall is DO NOT buy excursions in the hotel. An agency comes in and sells them to you. They tell you they will give you a good price when they are charging you double. We went on the Jeep safari for the day, it was fantastic from start to finish. We spoke to others on the day, and they paid only 25 euros. We paid 50 apart from that we had a great holiday.
