We really liked our stay at the hotel, I especially want to note the gesture of the assistant Ilon - thank you for speaking with us in Ukrainian. The hotel also has a very good children's club and heated swimming pools.Of the minuses - in some places there was a noticeable saving on food

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially for our children.Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a family. The extra touches, such as child-friendly amenities, a comfortable pull-out bed, and thoughtful housekeeping service, made our stay incredibly convenient. The balcony offered stunning views, adding to the luxury of our experience.Cullinan Belek is truly a paradise for families. The kids’ club was outstanding, with engaging activities that kept our little ones entertained while giving us a chance to relax. The pool area was fantastic, featuring a dedicated children’s pool and plenty of shaded lounging spots. The water park was a huge hit with our kids, providing endless fun in a safe environment.Dining was another highlight. The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of dishes, catering to both adults and children. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, and the staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, ensuring even our picky eaters found something they loved.The location of the hotel is perfect—close to local attractions, yet with so much to do on-site that we hardly needed to leave. Whether it was enjoying the private beach, indulging in the luxurious spa, or simply taking in the breathtaking views, every moment felt special.What truly set Cullinan Belek apart was the exceptional service. We came here for the New Years Eve. It was really great for our family, we really liked it. The hotel was very clean, the baverages were of great quality, the food in the main restaurant was extremely tasty. Unfortunately we did not get to go to the special restaurants, but they were looking really good. We did enjoy a lot the New Years Eve event. It was perfect down to every single detail. Also I would like to mention Ilona which was of great help for us and did not hesitate to help us whenever we needed her help.I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

One of the best hotels I have every been in! Service personnel is outstanding and you never hear a "no, not possible"! Very clean, very huge, good food & beverage, great event organization.Perfect stay!

From arrival to our departure, the hotel staff made this a very enjoyable experience with options in all areas from food to entertainement. We made a decision to spend this trip relaxing and the fact we didn’t need to leave the hotel was evidence of the excellent provisions. Our personal assistants Natalia and Yulia were excellent and always on hand with any queries or questions we had - even giving us an extra tour as we got confused! The two of them made our days easy to navigate and to get around and made the experience even more special. We really appreciate all of their help during our stay and spending our honeymoon there was the best decision we made! The hotel was beautiful and clean with staff constantly wheeling you were alright and ready to serve at all times. We had a swim up room and the pool was heated perfectly each day to use.

Hotel ReviewWe stayed at this hotel from September 4 to September 13, and initially, everything was perfect. The hotel was wonderful, the breakfasts were excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. However, our positive experience was completely overshadowed by a serious issue—money was stolen from our room.We reported the incident to the police, but they couldn’t identify the culprit or resolve the matter. The hotel administration claimed that we might have been scammed elsewhere, which was absolutely untrue. A pack of $100 bills in our safe had been replaced with $1 bills. When we asked for security footage, we were told that there were no cameras in the area where we stayed. The administration also argued that their “smart home” system made it impossible for theft to occur. Despite these explanations, we were left as the victims with no resolution or compensation.While the hotel itself is beautiful and offers great amenities, the lack of security and the way this issue was handled made us feel unsafe and disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel because of the lack of security and the way the situation was handled. It’s disappointing that such a great place failed in such a critical aspect.
