Clean and nice, but the swimming pool is too small for the number of people, and there are definitely too few sun loungers and tables in the restaurant.

I was really looking forward to this vacation.Unfortunately, a big disappointment. Mass of people, noise.From five in the morning all the sunbeds are occupied.Dirty sea.Albania once and that's enough for me

Cookie cutter euroresort. Great value by global standards, with spa facilities and pretty unlimited (of average quality) mealtime food included. But soulless and isolated from anything but the beach and a mile of similar venues. If you travel to Albania you'll have much better reasons to enjoy Albania than you would experience by staying here.

Although their entrance looked a bit dodgy, once we were inside we got a warm welcome from the staff. We got a free upgrade for our room which we appreciated a lot.The room itself was big, with great views of the beach. We did however find that some parts of the room require some attention with light-connector-housings being loose, wifi not working sometimes, the water not turning warm and some towels smelling of rancid cigaret smoke.The room was hower clean and the bed was amazing.The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Where they had a great variety of food, we found that the bakery was a bit dry, and all the pre-cooked food had been there for some time. Eggs were great, but that about did it. The coffee was unfortunately not very tastful for what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.The spa made up for the experience.Although we found that the swimming pool(s) had an eyesoaring amount of chemicals in it where you couldn't stay inside longer than 20 minutes, and everything looked a bit dated with wear and tear throughout all the buildings, inside the spa, the restaurants and the rooms.They had multiple warm rooms (sauna and turkish spa), with dry or wet options.We did however missed the free drinking water dispenser. The lovely lady at the desk gave us some water for free, along with extra slippers and towel, but I feel like this could be improved.The 24/7 service was great. Called them about an inquiry at 0:45 am. with really noise tenants which they handled quickly and adequately.Overall we found that it was a decent experience, we did however expect more from a 5-star hotel considering the price and the proposed ammendities they have.Will unfortunately not visit again any time soon because of this.

We were here outside the season and there were many surprises. The main pool was under construction - we didn’t get any information about it. On the day of our arrival there was a very loud birthday party taking place late into the night. Sleeping was impossible.The rooms, Spa and location are fantastic though. Good food in the restaurant and also decent breakfast- however morning reminded of an assembly line situation.The parking lot behind the hotel is messy and there is pile of rubbish that hasn’t been picked up for weeks.

I can give some good points but was sadly more than disappointed. A lot of people were sick during my stay, including me, and it's unacceptable. Errors happens but this was a huge one and it didn't seem to bother the hotel that much, as for other issues with my room (odors, noise, cleaning, Wifi), unfortunately. Staff seems unexperimented and unorganized, though some individuals were good. Big plus for the location, little plus for cocktails and my room was big enough but it's hard to give more than one star considering that you could have important issues in this resort and that they will probably don't even try to find a way to fix it.

It's very good hotel but too much people.It's fairly cheap and offers a lot for money you pay. Rooms are clean good and have nice space. Service is usually good but when it's rush hour when people go out to eat and drink it's understaffed, and that's understandable. Pools are nice and beach is good. They should put more effort on hotel parking and try to finish it so you don't park car in dirt and have to walk from dirt to hotel.Everything else is excellent.Food is tasty and have a lot of choice. Drinks are good. Internet service is good.
