I was at the Kolibri hotel from October 8-19, I think it was a very successful stay, the staff is very nice and helpful, I greet the waiter by the pool, Ömera, a man in his place. I highly recommend the hotel SPA, therapeutic massages, very professional and nice staff, especially greetings to the masseur Hasan
I don't usually write reviews, but I really want to share.I spent a long time choosing between hotels and chose this one. I was looking for a good location, clean rooms and good food. And according to the reviews, everything here coincided. I was expecting some kind of trick, but no. Everything turned out great.Great food (varied food, different dishes on different days, good alcohol), very close to the beach (with plenty of sunbeds at no extra charge), good animation and cleanliness in the rooms. Special thanks to Ruslana for morning exercises and water aerobics. 🫶🏻 managed to keep the body in good shape 😍I recommend the hotel 💯

Fantastic hotel with delicious food. Large, spacious rooms. Very clean both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Extremely nice service.
We vacationed at Grand Kolibri for the third time, we were there from October 12 to October 26. The overall impression has become worse compared to 2023.1). Registration upon arrival. We stopped by on October 12, the reception desk was done by Mehmet (perhaps I got the name wrong), a small Turkish man. This was the first time in 3 years that I had such a terrible reception. He is just a banal boor who secretly extorts money. They asked us to move into the 3rd building (by the way, it is the farthest and not popular with guests), but he refused. We are three adult guests, and he gives one key. We ask for two more, the answer is no. I tell him: “there are no children among us, we don’t have to walk by the hand, everyone has their own interests, but we paid the full price for three of us.” He answers: “You didn’t pay me, I didn’t see your money, just go and go!” at the same time he turns to you, points his finger and is simply rude! And such treatment upon arrival! Naturally, the impression was initially spoiled. I read other reviews where guests wrote that the reception managers took money for fulfilling their accommodation requests and everything became clear. Just a petty boor who should not work with guests.2). Starting this year, we made different bracelets: red and black for those who came for the first time, and yellow and black with the inscription “vip” for those who came more than once. We asked the employee at the reception what the difference in service was, the answer was no difference. That is, regular guests are not welcomed or encouraged in any way. The key card stops working after 7 days, you need to contact the reception to have it reconfigured.3). Beach. A large stationary canopy has been installed, consisting of 7 stripes, under which there are, respectively, 7 rows with sun loungers. This year, 3 strips of the canopy were removed, which reduced the area under the canopy by almost 45%. Of course, there are fewer places under the shade, but on the contrary there are more guests. As a result, sun loungers under the awning are few and far between. In 2023 and 2022, you could come to the beach by 10 am and there were free sun loungers under the awning. There are no places for 10 in this one. We had to take sunbeds at 7 am, and some of them were already occupied. Entering the water over large rocks is very uncomfortable.4). Food in the main restaurant. In general, there is a lot of food, a large choice, but somehow it has become less tasty. Some days the meat is very tasty, Wednesday is fish day, they give shrimp, crayfish, and crabs.Fish every day, but dry or small. The hummus is generally dry, as if the chickpeas were simply chopped and they forgot to add at least oil and lemon. The coffee from the coffee machine is somehow not very tasty even with double espresso. There are more fruits, but the grapes run out very quickly, and replenishment is not done immediately. Some glasses and coffee cups were replaced with plastic ones, previously they were glass and porcelain.5) There are no hooks for bags throughout the hotel in the women's restrooms.6). For beach towels you need to get a card at the reception for a deposit of $10. Towels are issued at the SPA, where the employee somewhat intrusively offers paid services, and about the towels she somehow categorically and tactlessly states: “Towels are issued only once a day, after lunch you cannot take clean ones.” Usually in 5* hotels there are no such restrictions. The hammam (the “washing” room itself with warm stoves) is only open from 11.00 to 13.00, that is, only 2 hours. The attitude is emphatically attentive to guests who have purchased some services, and emphatically disdainful towards other visitors to the hammam. This is actually some kind of wildness! All hotel residents also paid for the hammam services when booking, since they chose a hotel with a hammam. So why are people deprived of the right to use a paid service?! The sauna (steam room) is open until 18.00. Based on all this, we can say that there is no hammam in the hotel.7). The hotel is mainly used by family people, many guests aged 50+ and with children. At the same time, the main entrance to the hotel to the reception desk is through a very steep staircase, where it is difficult to climb. There is a ramp on the side, which is also inconvenient to climb, you are afraid of slipping.Overall, in my opinion, the hotel is good, but has lost one star and is now a four star hotel.There are a lot of Russians in the hotel.The rating for service is 2 only because of the boor at the reception.
This is not the first time at an all-inclusive hotel, I was satisfied with everything, breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything is very tasty and plus the themed evenings will not leave you indifferent, the animation and the guys will not make you bored with darts, water polo, volleyball, etc. , the hotel is new, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, they clean on time and leave all sorts of buns in the form of swans, there are many bars, if you overslept breakfast, there is a snack bar that will not leave you hungry, the beach is beautiful, there are pebbles but the entrance is pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Alanya. The animation guys took us to a nightclub, a wonderful night surrounded by wonderful people, the party was worth it. The impression about the hotel is only positive.

I 100% recommend this hotel. Modern, large and clean rooms, the fridge was refilled with water every day. The staff was very nice and helpful, the animators were great. It was impossible to be bored. The food may be a bit monotonous, but there was enough of it that you could eat something different every day. For a night snack there was bread, cheese, jams. There was also good food in the snack bar. The beach is really bad, water shoes are a must. In building A, where we were, there was some noise at night, but it wasn't very bothersome. I was more bothered by the noise of tourists having fun at night than of cars, but everyone has the right to have fun during the holidays. We will definitely recommend.
The hotel is really wonderful, it smells just incredible in the front) wonderful friendly staff, close to the sea, the food is delicious. There are boulders in the sea, so don't even go without corals.

A hotel that left me with a bitter taste, it's a really clean hotel but our pool towels were stolen and we couldn't get along with no one in English to show us the records to see who took them, down to the unwashed cutlery and glasses, staff who don't speak English but Russian, very cheap drinks, the same food every day, the unkempt beach, and many other minuses . I wouldn't come back here even if they called me for free.

The hotel is not bad but it's definitely not 5 stars. Positives are it's really clean everywhere. The entertainment team is amazing. The hotel is good for family with kids, the mini club is very good, every day have mini disco for the children. Hristina who does the kids animation is amazing. The children love her. Disappointing point is that free WiFi is just on the reception and wasn't good. If you want good WiFi you need to pay 2 euro per day per device in the reception and you have to pay just in cash. The towels are with deposit 10 euro per person in cash again. They have one main restaurant which is good with fresh food every day, two snack bars. The staff is not very friendly, on the reception just two gays were smiley and friendly. The hotel is worthy for that price.

We stayed at Kolibri between 29.04 and 04.05. We went on vacation with low expectations and came back pleasantly impressed.Positive aspects: everything is new; they insist on cleanliness; very good, varied food; quality local drinks; friendly staff;Negative aspects: the beach with stones and difficult entry into the water without special shoes; some russian tourists in combination with quality alcohol give birth to a grotesque show that the staff does not know how to manage. They must establish a protocol for such situations and understand that the other guests did not pay for a stay to see the suburban manifestations of some characters lacking common sense and elementary education.Despite these negative aspects, I would love to come back anytime and would recommend the resort to everyone.

The staff from sauna and spa were very rude. If you don’t leave the sauna by 6pm they will pull your arm and knock you to the floor. That’s what they did to my grandpa. Also food is not really good. They mix the food from yesterday and give it to you. Also don’t try their freshly squeezed pomegranate-it’s very very sour (2$ per cup). I’ll never come back to this place again.

Highly recommend for great location and for families. Separate pool area for adults and children. The end of September to beginning of October sea was warmer, then pools, absolutely amazing experience.Clean with great service. Food and drink are suitable even for the pickiest English man ( my husband). Look for great price for parasailing! Make sure you visit Dolphin Park day tickets and where you can swim with marin fish.
