I stayed at the hotel with my family for 5 nights. All staff are friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. Desserts need some improvement. Alcohol was good in terms of price performance. It's a bit annoying that internet is available for a fee in the rooms. I think something can be done about this. Other than that, we had a great holiday. Also, I always say 'hello' to the girl with glasses working at the bar who thinks I'm a tourist. We thank you for everything.

Hello, we would not want to experience such an incident in your hotel, but as you said, we could not find any records, there are records regarding the incident. The tiles had already been tried to be covered with plaster when we returned from the emergency room. A nurse gentleman helped me provide first aid without going to the emergency room. I am also a nurse. We were able to cancel our remaining days at the hotel through Ets and checked out of the hotel.

Music regularly too loud at the pool and at the pool bar. You cannot hear each other at the pool bar. The beach is okay. The rooms is okay. The reception is okay. The waiters is okay. Please use waste bins when eating. The lifegards/lifeguards very good. 1 tip better enforcement on the towels. Sometimes they are there for 4 to 6 hours. The toilets downstairs are very clean. The markets are fine. The entertainment until half past eight okay. When the children have been away. Then significantly less from 9 p.m

Had a short stay with my family at Grand Uysal. It was much better than I expected. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and loads of different facilities to be used around the hotel. With a private pathway to the beach where you can capture amazing shots of the sunsets, as well as spectacular balcony views 😻.P.s I lost my side bag in the lobby which had alot of personal important items. Massive thank you to whichever staff who found my bag and left it at the reception lost & found.10/10 experience will definitely be back!

- beds were hard- back pain throughout stay- the manager is not customer friendly- you don't get a hello from employees- the food was bad and boring-there are no non-alcoholic drinks like they do in the bar.-my favorite dress was stolen!- There is no entertainment in the evening- Significant Noise Disturbance: It's crucial to note that this hotel is surrounded by heavy traffic noise on both sides. Additionally, one side of the hotel is adjacent to the noisy amphitheater of another hotel, especially loud during events like Turkish nights!

The massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, and the serene atmosphere of the spa made it a perfect place to unwind.The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. Breakfast was a particular treat, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items. The dining area was elegant and provided a lovely setting for enjoying meals.The outdoor pool area was another great feature, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. First time in Turkey, we was surprised to found a such a nice hotel Grand Uysal with SPA. The room was with sea views, a comfy bed and every two days the sheets have been changed. The food was so good and so varied. Nice place with nice staff. 🔆🔆🔆

Myself and my family 9 of us in total have just come back from a week at this hotel and we loved it. The food was good the staff can't do enough for you so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean the hotel itself is beautiful with lots of amenities and good location as for the food lots of choices always fresh and hot the snack bar is good for in between meals we loved it and will definitely be back next year thank for a great holiday.
