New hotel with very well-appointed rooms. Air conditioning in every room. Soundproofed windows and doors. Unfortunately, they are necessary because there is a car wash on the side, so the sounds of the washer and vacuum cleaner make it impossible to spend time on the very nice terrace. Breakfasts were very good. Rooms clean and tidy.

Great hotel! A good breakfast is served every morning. A quiet place, with 12 rooms, perfect for relaxing, with a swimming pool and sunbathing terrace, convenient location. The hosts and the staff are friendly and helpful, the size of the bed is enough for two people to meet each other :), the conversation goes as well as possible. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are also changed daily, and the washrooms are constantly refilled. I liked everything very much! We recommend.

Nice small hotel, only 12 rooms, swimming pool on the roof, as in the description, 15 to 20 minutes to the sea.

Fantastic stay! Very friendly staff, and delicious private rooftop pool. The breakfast is OK, and is made up for by the nicest staff. They helped with luggage and airport transfer. 10/10 experience - highly recommended

Family business with love for our guests. If you are looking for a small hotel with everything you need, this is the right place for you. Everything is very modern and tidy. Cleaning lady is nice and thorough every day. There were even fresh towels every day. The cook is there every few minutes during breakfast to refill or clear away things. If something is wrong, you will be helped immediately or the problem will be recorded and an attempt will be made to rectify it. The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot, which is a good thing because you're more likely to be on your own. You're happy to take a short walk there. Otherwise you can also jump into the pool on the roof. I will gladly come again.

A small privately run hotel with 12 rooms. Very pleasant and quiet. A bit remote, but it's only about 1.5 km on foot to the promenade.There are 5 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. We were welcomed very nicely! We even got breakfast on the first day because we were there so early (9:00 a.m.)Rooms very clean with balcony, pool and sun terrace are on the roof…. Everything accessible by stairs or elevator.Staff was always very friendly!Breakfast room is rather small, but cozy. For breakfast there is a lot to choose from, from fresh fruit to sausage and cheese. Also eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Not luxury, but a reasonable selection.We are definitely happy to recommend this hotel!Unfortunately we only took this one photo

Very nice, small and cozy hotel, close to everything. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was nice. The rooms are great and comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel. Cosy and modern place to stay in Budva. Rooms are spacious and clean, all with balcony. Extra thing was pool and place to relax on the roof. Breakfasts were delicious with a lot variety of food. Personel kindly and helpfull. Location in quiet distict of Budva, about 15 min walking to old town/beach. Near hotel there are many shops and restaurstions/pubs.

Beautiful hotel a little away from the city center, in a very quiet street. Spacious and clean room. The rooftop pool is nice. Good buffet breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, accommodating staff and comfy beds.The pool was quiet and relaxing and practically had it to ourselves.It's a little walk from the main part, but it's not too far. There are shops and restaurants near by.

Clean. They change towels and clean rooms very day. The owner speaks English, is very helpful. Breakfast is big and full. Lasts until early afternoon 😉. There is a lift to the pool on the roof. All rooms have conditioners, a TV set, a little fridge and a balcony for two. Highly recommended. 4 star hotel.

Nice, clean and tidy little hotel. Private parking in front of the hotel. 10 min walking to the centar of Budva. Hotel has a small pool on the roof with a sunbeds. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff was friendly. For every recommendation.
