Ehitatud 2006. aastal. Hotell koosneb ühest 2-korruselisest peahoonest ja kolmest 3-korruselisest hoonest. Viimane osaline renoveerimine toimus 2019. aastal.

I have been visiting jazz mirabel for 5 years all the employees are super friendly and polite on top of them Mr. Wael in the reception and Mr. Ahmad Saad they are super helpful and friendly, But This year I was visiting for honeymoon, there is someone called Mr. Rida Awaad who works in the main restaurant, he was super rude and disrespectful who treat people in an arrogant way because he is the manager and no one can talk with him.I will never visit this hotel again after this way of treatment.

The hotel and service in general ok, but the behavior of the staff and manager at the reception is just unacceptable. Very big problem with service, in the rooms they bring checks to fill the bar and make you sign. The first time we signed a check and the bar was filled after 1,5 days. Later on 19.04 we signed the check because the staff insisted on it, but we said we didn't want to fill the bar anymore because we were leaving tomorrow. The bar was not filled, but the amount was calculated. Started arguing that we did not want to pay for the bar, which we did not get, and then the staff abruptly changed the amount from 98€ to 161€. This is simply unacceptable. Such managers should not manage the staff! We will never come back here again and will advise to avoid this hotel!

The service at AL ZAYTOUN restaurant is pleasant, the staff is friendly and helpful. We would like to single out the waiter Islam, whose service is at a high level. He stands out for his intelligence, integrity, helpfulness and special attention to all customers. As an employee, he deserves a higher rating.

The food in main restaurant, is amazing, grilled shrimps in marinate were incredible!Service and barmans next to pools are really great and helpful, the rooms are good enough, it’s clean and shining.The weather is amazing, so much better than in Poland 🤪🫶🏼 really enjoyed our vacation and will come back here in next year 🫶🏼 really appreciate your work!

Nice hotel, good staff. If you like staying in your resort then it’s perfect. If you do want to get out abit more then I used the same person I did excursions with. Liberty Tours.

Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel. Sharm El Sheikh. Absolutely first class. If you have ever thought about it but not taken the plunge, just do it! We are here end of February 2024 so a bit out of season which is even better. No queues, hot sunny, more staff than guests and every one we have met so far are genuinely happy to help, engaging, polite all the attributes you would expect from a 7 star cruise except its much much bigger, LOL.We have not even bothered to try out one of the 'speciality' restaurants yet simply because the food is so good just in the normal restaurant with bags, and bags of choice. Go up time and again trying something different.In summary this is one of the best hotels for quality and service that we've stayed at for many a year.Book it! (er, not while we're here mind)Cheers. Second visit at Jaz Mirabel and it’s a place to return to - very friendly staff, good location, tasty food (and even specially for us prepared Um Ali dish), nice rooms by the pool, a lot of activities, including SPA (Eunice has magic hands!🙏).Thank you for such a good experience!

It is a very nice hotel, I will visit again. The cleaner Walid Mukhaned is a reliable and pleasant person. Ibrahim Saleh, Adb Allah, Nashat and others who are working in the restaurant are all friendly and responsive guys. Ten out of ten.

My first visit to SharmBeen here for 4 days out of 7,I can not fault this hotel in any way,The staff are delightful and always happy to helpThe hotel is immaculate, the grounds are well kept, the pools are clean….The food is is amazing, so much variety throughout the day.The staff in the dining hall all work really hardOverall an amazing experience, so much so we’re looking to rebook for next year…..

The hotel is a really nice place to stay and the service is really good. The entertainment is so much fun to watch and the crowd is great. The people that work here are very friendly and have very good manners. We very much got along with Sasha she is really kind and makes you feel welcomed. However the wifi in the hotel room isn’t great but overall it’s a very nice place to stay at and definitely recommend it.

Very relaxing and enjoyable visit staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was good quality and no need to ask for drinks as staff would keep us topped up. Room was good size & very clean with lovely pool view also rooms had a bit of ware & tear. Chilled vibes all around the resort we will definitely be returning.

This was our first time in Egypt and I think we choose well with this resort, the staff went above and beyond, from the staff around the pool to the lovely friendly restaurant staff, nothing was too much trouble.Food quality was a really high standard, even at the snack bars around the poolWe will definitely be returning.Please try the spa too for a massage it was the best I had had.Last but not least massive thank you to Mo for looking after us every meal time xx

The hotel itself didn't meet my expectations, I mean the rooms. Used equipment in the bathroom, old style. Not enough plugs in, WiFi in the public area only, which is a bit out of the demands nowadays. However the rooms are VERY CLEAN. AND extremely helpful, witty, open and friendly STAFF which is absolutely the biggest advantage. They repaired all we asked for within half an hour. The food - reasonably good. If you are a vegetarian, not much to choose from hot dishes, BUT the chef is so professional that he offers you a dish that you will definitely love. The attitude of the people here makes up everything. During meals you have great assistance. I'm feeling very well here. Everyone takes care of me which is excellent. Worth visiting!!!
