We had a great vacation at JAZ Mirabel Park & Club (Room 5326). We really liked the hotel. The territory is huge, the landscape is diverse and very well‑maintained, everything is carefully looked after — nothing is dried out or broken. There are lots of places to take photos. The animation is amazing. There’s a lot of it, at different times and in different places, for children and adults — fitness classes, sports equipment, discos, performances by artists, live music, etc. You won’t get bored. The rooms are serviced differently; we had to talk to the reception, and after that everything was fine. Although, according to other reviews, in some places they even make figures out of towels. The service in the restaurant deserves special attention. We went to the main restaurant, La Fattoria, three times a day. From the first day, an employee named Yehia came up to us, introduced himself, got to know us, remembered our names, and for the rest of the days, he always found us, greeted us, set the table, brought drinks, and cleaned up everything dirty instantly! In the end, he always wished us a pleasant stay and energized us with his smile. He was attentive, neat, and polite — that’s Yehia. Thanks to people like him, you want to come back to this same hotel for your vacation. Thanks! Andrei and Natalia.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The service is impeccable. The restaurant, bars, lobby, reception and room laundry doing their job really fast and clean. They always smile and greet people with attention.

Amazing hotel! We are very glad that animation has finally appeared here! The food is delicious and there are lots of activities throughout the day. Special respect for the children's club. Now we will definitely come again)

The bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing! The animation team is brilliant! the food is so tasty, the pools are so big and the rooms are lush. Everything you could want for a perfect holiday!

Has the potential to be great, however, rooms are a little dated and tired. Restaurant and bar staff FANTASTIC. Good food but a little repetitive. Special thanks to Mohamed and Osama in the restaurant who consistently went above and beyond to ensure excellent service. Also the staff in the pool bar were excellent and always remembered what you were drinking.

This has been an amazing trip. The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat with my family. One caveat, I would not recommend this as a solo travel destination only because it’s almost exclusively European families and they aren’t keen on talking to strangers. But if you’re coming with a significant other or family, it can’t be beat.

A fantastic spot for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is well-kept and beautifully maintained. The staff pays close attention to cleanliness throughout the entire property, including the rooms. The food at the hotel restaurant is both delicious and varied, with everything being freshly prepared. The waitstaff during meals were exceptionally kind and attentive. I had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this place to others.

A very pleasant place to spend a wonderful vacation. The hotel is nice and well-maintained. The staff takes great care to keep the entire property, including the rooms, clean. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty and diverse food (everything is fresh). During meals, we were served by very friendly and helpful waiters like Osama - the best. I will have great memories of this stay and highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel near the sea. Beautiful scenery, many pools, water slides and bars. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes for every taste. Friendly and caring staff. The territory is clean. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed and water is delivered. Pleasant impressions from the stay remained. Thank you ;)
