We have just returned from vacation. All in all it was a nice vacation. But you have to make compromises here too. If you like a pool holiday, you also have to be an early riser. This didn't bother us as we prefer to lie on the beach. At the pool it was too loud, too crowded, just exhausting. On the beach you have peace and quiet and enough space. You can also eat there (it's always the same) but you'll get full. The facility is huge and well maintained. At least they try. Because there are so many people, it's not easy to keep every corner clean. Hats off to the employees who manage this every day. The food was great and varied but the masses of people are really crazy. We couldn't go out to eat until 9 p.m. because then we could find a place. The restaurant is clearly too small for the amount of people. This is extremely stressful. Unfortunately, we also had a problem with overbooking the rooms. In the end I stuck to my guns and insisted on the room category I had booked. And it worked, although the other side wasn't quite as friendly, but we got the room we booked. And the cleanliness of the rooms can definitely be improved. They aren't the most modern rooms, which isn't a bad thing. But cleaning properly should be included. Cleanliness is always in the eye of the beholder. It was definitely enough to sleep. We wouldn't choose this facility again, but that's mainly due to the mass of people.

We were in the Kamelya Aishen Club in July 24th, unfortunately the rooms and the cleanliness were a disaster, the furniture needed renovation, the bathroom was a disaster, disgusting, the double rooms deluxe are unfortunately not equipped for 4 people, especially when the children are older than 14.15 years, An extra bed was brought, unbelievable, the part kept collapsing and the staff at the reception were very unfriendly, not in the mood, the employee Zeynep was asked about the room, we were ignored at all, in Turkish she said to other colleagues, "leave them." babble, said, generally the staff was strange, in the restaurant when the tables were to be restocked no one came, you had to run after them yourself,We have been on holiday in Turkey several times but we have never experienced such dirty rooms. I would not recommend the hotel againThe food and entertainment were good

Large well-groomed area, variety of entertainment, close to the sea, large selection of food.BUT the reception is the face of the hotel, who is rude, does not want to tell what is included in the Allinclusive price, and cannot provide a room for check-in at 14.00. And the deception in the categories of rooms, a month has passed, but they can’t fix it, it’s unforgivable.The management is not interested in the hotel's image.

We stayed here for 1 week and were satisfied with all the hotel's area, food and evening shows. The spa complex is good as well. Our family room was quite big, and it was cleaned properly, a small con was that the shower pipe was leaking.There are many bars, coffee shops, places with local gozleme, ice cream corner. The beach is big, clean and has enough sunbeds, and 2 bars which is super convenient.I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible service! Ordered bday cake for my son, they forgot about it and we waited in the hot for 1.5h, we didn't even tried it as we had lunch and dessert, and then bar staff helped themselves to it and ate it all! Disgraceful! Child was crying, and this ruined his experience, couldn't stop talking about for the rest of the holiday. Customer relations didn't even think there was anything wrong with this experience, just money back is fine!! BAD, BAD, BAD!!

We are staying here now from 15th July to 27th July and we have mixed feelings about it.What’s positive is obviously the sea. Broad beach line where you can find sun-beds anytime of the day (which is strange). Rather clean beach, perfect entrance to the sea for kids.All other experience is quite average, but definitely not for 5* at all.To begin with, air conditioning in our room doesn’t work properly, so with the 40+ degrees outside, in our room is 30. It’s impossible to sleep. Our complains and talks with both receptionist and manager for 3 days in a row didn’t result in anything except for changing the filter. They offered three rooms to switch, but all the same - air conditioner blows the air around without any hint on cooling. Mr. Manager is confident that’s fine. In my opinion, as long as they have centralized system of conditioning, they simply saving money on cooling. Doesn’t matter if you set 16 degrees or 24, the temperature is the same day and night. And we are not lonely with our problem.Cleaning in rooms is very random. In morning they have a priority on cleaning for upcoming guests, that’s why your room can be make up after noon when people use to rest from the unreal sun outside. If it’s not comfortable for you, you don’t have cleaning.Pool areas are very dirty, it seems like no one take cares of them during the day. If you come at 8 am to any pool, there is no sun beds available as they all are booked with towels or other stuff. It’s weird for a 5* hotel, normally personnel takes everything away in the morning for guests for not to pre-occupying them.6 restaurants a la cart, 5 of them are for extra charges. Italian is very good (but never order pizza there), to have some rest from the crowds in buffet. Others are average. In the main restaurants sometimes air conditioning doesn’t work as well and your meal turns into a hell, not because of crowds but because you’re sweating.‘Family concept’ in naming is very fun. Mini club for kids is horrible, nothing to do at all. Staff there is unfriendly as well. Cinema works only once a day and the smell in this room is disgusting. Playstation room doesn’t work because it’s broken. They had special program for teens, but as long as animator quit it’s not available.What’s nice is evening activities on the football field. They have something for kids for free and for adults as well. Thumbs up for this.Finally, I’m waiting for our stay here to finish and never return because I’ve never met so anti-guest related behavior from the staff which is very awkward for Turkey.

Hello, I will share my family's stay at the hotel (two adults and a five year old child), for the period 26.05. until 02.06 2023. We were guests of the cottages. In no way did it live up to our expectations, given that it was recommended to us by the travel agency. Very poor service, in rooms, in restaurants, in animation, in the adjacent sanitary units, in the service in general. The hotel and staff do not correspond to five stars. We regret that we fed you, and that we wasted the time of our vacation, to gain bitter experience. My advice is, "Please don't visit, you will regret it".
