Booked this hotel for a family holiday which we had planned for months. Private transfer was smooth which was arranged before hand. We jumped out of the van and first thing that rushed to our senses was the smell of sewage in the air. Maybe there was treatment plant nearby or the fact that there were so many other hotels in the locality.Arrived late at the hotel due to the late arrival of our flight. We walked into a dark and depressing reception area with two expressionless staff. The guy at the reception could not find our booking even though there were 13 of us !After some confusion the receptionist managed to find our booking. Two of our families rooms were allocated next to each other where as the third was given on the ground floor. We were taken to our room by the concierge. We walked down the corridor to our room to find a dead cockroach on the floor not a good first impression !The first impressions of the room were that it was very basic with limited amenities such as a TV ,fridge, locker and hairdryer in the bathroom. No kettle/iron/wifi and lighting was inadequate. Not what you would expect for a hotel with a 4 star rating. Again the dreaded smell of sewage from outside was evident in the room probably coming in from the air conditioning unit. The A/C itsef was working inadequately and we had to keep messing with the settings to make it optimial for the room. Our first night at the hotel did not go well as the bed was uncomfortable aswell as the pillows and sheets.The next morning we went down for breakfast which commences between the times of 8am to 10am. Selection was very limited due 8 dishes in the mains because of this the area was always crowded. They served cut sausages, tomotoe egg, boiled eggs, fried bread, chips, pancakes, cereal and some strange looking bakery items that were like pastries. Their was a self serving hot drinks machine that offered coffee milk, latte, hot chocolate, black coffee, cappuccino aswell as a cold drinks machine with fruit juices.Waiters at the restaurant looked bored apart from a female waitress who smiled and greeted you whenever she saw guests. We felt like we were constantly being watched and plates were taken away without being asked first. This was annoying and becoming a regular occurence especially if you got up to grab a drink.There was a bar outside the restaurant near the main pool area and the staff their were always rude whenever I would go. The main guy at the bar would slam the glass at you and my daughter felt that she could not go ask for a drink whenever he was their thinking he was taking it personally this was the vibes he was giving off, there were occasions when I had to go for her.Overall I would say this hotel is dissapointing. This place needs a refurb and a good clean. Hotel staff need to learn to smile more and be more freindly. As this was a family holiday I felt it did not cater to families. Only a few staff were freindly, smiled and greeted you however the majority of the hotel staff did not seem bothered even management. Definately not a 4 star as they advertise to be. I'd give it a 2.5/3 star rating.The plus points is its location across the road is the sandy beach and a quick taxi ride to Alanya centre. A few blocks down there is Migros which is small supermarket with all the essentials and a pharmacy on the opposite side. I would recommend you eat out in the evenings as there are plently of restaurants on the main road that offer fresh delicious food.If your thinking of coming here don't have high expectations i'm sure there are better hotels in the area like I said only plus point is its location.

Maximum 2 star roomsAs for the food, terrible!! 90% is semi-prepared food, the same food every 2 days, cookies are just dustEven if you have included in the package services such as wi-fi, know that you will have to pay extra, if it suits you to stay with the 100 downstairs in the reception hall. For the safe in the room extra fee of 2 euros per day 😂... The swimming pools closed at 5:00 PM, great what can I sayI do not recommend at all

Nice service, just a little disrespectful treatment.A lot of food, but monotonous meals.Internet paid in rooms 13 euros per week. I stayed for 8 days and on the last day the internet was turned off without notice.The lunch box for the trip to the country is tragic and you have to complain.Great location.Spacious roomsThe bathroom is large, only old appliances

Hotel itself was ok.But staff didn't say good morning or hello.. they wasn't interested at customers at all.Food in all inclusive was really bad. Didn't taste anything and every day same.. breakfast was worst...We changed hotel to another one during our vacation.

We had actually booked another hotel, but because it was closed we were placed in this hotel.. Not bad in itself and the staff was also friendly, but the hotel is 4 stars and in my opinion it was worth 3 stars.. Food was less and not really varied (may also be because we were not in high season), no entertainment on 1 evening, a dancer but that was for half an hour.. Wifi is not free (except in the lobby).. Fortunately we had good weather and it it was clean and tidy.

I was there with my parents in August 2023. I was kinda scared, because till we got there, i read reviews here.We arrived there at 5:00 am i think and they didn’t have prepared room for us, so they put us in other room, but after breakfast our room was free and we moved there.Rooms were casual, i really liked bathroom and the fact that we had balcony. Hotel also had 3 swimming pools and one of them had even 2 slides.We had all inclusive, there was a lot of types of food at the start, but when our vacation was ending, i was really excited to fly home, because i really missed our traditional food. We had almost same food everyday.At the bar you could get classic sodas like sprite/cola/fanta or beer. There was also coffeemaker and i loved it.What i really really enjoyed the most was sea. The beach was really pretty and there was a sand, so my little sister could built castles and more.I was surprised because on the website they say “wifi included”, but it only in lobby. You have to pay for a wifi if you want to have it in your room.I liked this vacation, but for me it was second time I was in Türkei so i didn’t enjoy it that much.

I am not complaining much because I got this hotel for a cheap price (two people all inclusive 4 nights for 200 euros).The hotel is close to the sea but you have to cross the road. Sun beds are for an additional fee.Food: food is really not fresh, even salads. One day I even saw rotten tomatoes, I don't know how the kitchen staff can allow this...Service: the cleaning lady was very nice and with a smile, poor lady is overworked it seems. Reception workers were also nice, no complaints about this.But I made an impression that room cleaners and dinning area staff are overworked, Imagine you are eating in a restaurant and they come with a trolley full of dirty plates, cups and food... just cleaning after tables. They could at least carry it away to the designated station with a tray or smth... You feel like in canteen and not in 4 star hotel...Rooms: room pictures are really deceiving. They are outdated and not nice, the tile on the floor next to my bed was loose.Also, I didn't understand, I came to my room and found a letter from a person who offers me shuttle service, how does hotel share my information (my full name and room where I am...), this was unpleasant personally...Would I recommend spending your vacation here? If you are on a budget - maybe, but I am sure you can find a better hotel...

Front Desk and Houskeeping are awesome! Location is unbeatable.On the bright side, we got a nice upgrade after asking for a sea view room. Thanks again for that!On the darker side. Food is ok at tops. In 10 days, we ate 4 times out.All inclusive - no cocktails, no safe, no extras at the beach, not even towels.

One of the most disappointing experiences in my life. The food was terrible, re-cooked from yesterday. No pizzas, no good grilled meat. Fries only few days in a week :D! Literraly we were two weeks eating only chicken nuggets. Chemical drinks from tap. Water from cooler - with signs "forbidden to fill your own bottle". Ruined vacations.. The only good thing - tap beer in the pool bar.

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel and the staff couldn’t have been nicer with checking us in at reception and speaking to us. They took our luggage up to the room whilst also showing us everything in the room. The food and drinks were amazing and plenty sun beds around the pool.
