I asked a question to your K.K employee by chance. He was not friendly anyway, I couldn't get a proper answer, he talked to me with his nose in the air, his name was Eda, I think his surname was Eda Omak. She was a very weak girl, I request you to talk to your staff immediately. As long as you have such sullen, snooty-talking staff, you will always lose a customer.

Everything was nice from the moment we entered the hotel. The employees are very polite. Room cleaning is done meticulously. There is little variety in the dishes, but they are all very delicious. The aqua park is designed for adults and children and is very entertaining. snacksufficient. The drinks are high quality and branded. It is very easy to find sun loungers. All rooms have sea view. Activities and animations should be improved. Apart from that, we had lost items and could not find them. That was a little sad. Thank you to everyone who contributed.Update: We went in July 2024. We left with the same pleasure. Bartender Bunyamin Toptimur prepares very enjoyable cocktails. We would like to thank house keeping chief Sema Açıkalın for her interest. The staff is calmer and more professional than last year. Appetizers and baklavas were legendary. Really. Pancakes are not good should be fixed. The meat was slightly less flavorful than last year.The only negative thing about the hotel is that the number of flies has increased. We would love to come again💜

A lower class 5 star hotel.Animations made at your own discretion, if you are an active person, this is not the hotel for you, the layout of the hotel is poor, the main one has fast food bars, and the rest is hidden somewhere in the back, completely neglected. No themed dinners or any changes in dishes, it's the same every day. Monotony. Unfortunately, Russians come first in the hotel, every other guest is a plebian. The rooms are large, but poorly arranged, there are no adequate number of towel hangers or a shelf in the bathroom, and the rooms are neglected, the door frame is falling off, the mirror on the wall is missing, and the electric wires are next to the socket on the top floor.To sum up: There are many better hotels at this price or even lower. I recommend going somewhere else.

Melisa Yildirim is best guest relations manager! Helped us a lot to get our lost sunglasses 10 minutes before our departure at 10:00pm. Did her best! Also high quality service and staff here. Rich interior and tasty dishes

I had an incredible 7-day stay at Mylome Luxury Resort! Everything, from the rooms to the food, the stunning sea, and the fantastic swimming pool, was absolutely amazing.The staff were exceptional too respects to Mr Yalçın from art and live performance team , cleaning staff ms.türkan and cook ms,SAğlam .You guys make mylome even betterHighly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed between august 11-18 2023.I LOVED IT!!!I can only recommend this hotel. The service is amazing, the employees are always smiling and polite. The rooms are huge ( we had room 1310 ). The hotel it self is new, and has a very modern luxury style. The pools are big and nice, the beach may look small but a lot of people forget about the huge piers. Everyone has place. The sea water is clear and clean. The food is amazing and the desserts are just 😍.I came with my family here, and I didn’t want to go back home. It’s so nice there, I really want to go back there once again, and this time maybe get a room with a pool.There is also shops nearby and a bazar. If you take maybe a taxi, you can find even more shops further away.I really want to thank every employee working there, our stay fun and nice.

Amazing hotel! Everything was exceptional. I give a 5 stars to everything. The only things to improve are the WIFI, the connection would be lost a couple of times per day and there is no guest access before check in. The entertainment shows were not of the highest level but in general they were okay. The restaurants, the room, pools, bars and staff were AMAZING !
