This is my first time staying at this hotel. I love everything. The food is delicious in all the restaurants, and the Nautilus is open 24 hours. The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery and fits perfectly into the bay. The staff is very friendly. The evening shows are impressive, especially Wonderland.

We are extremely disappointed. The service we received was completely inadequate for the level and price of this hotel. We specifically booked our stay directly through NG Phaselis Bay's reservations department, expecting the appropriate level of service and attention to our guests. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we encountered such a poorly organized process that our first impression of the hotel was extremely negative. Check-in took 1 hour and 45 minutes. For such an expensive hotel, this is completely unacceptable. We had to fill out the guest card manually. After that, serious payment problems arose. The payment terminal wouldn't process the required amount, the staff tried splitting the payments, and tried various options and currencies—TRY, EUR, etc. We wasted a huge amount of time trying to resolve a basic payment issue. Ultimately, we had to use a payment link, and the payment only went through on the eighth attempt. Furthermore, the reception staff failed to offer a proper and prompt solution. I'd especially like to commend the staff's attitude. The check-in staff were unfriendly and completely lacked the customer focus you'd expect at this price point. Our luggage was then delivered about 30 minutes later. But the unpleasant surprises didn't end there. When we finally got to our room, we discovered hair, nails, and dirt. After such a long and stressful check-in, discovering that the room hadn't even been properly prepared for our guests was especially disappointing. In the end, instead of a comfortable arrival experience, we were met with almost two hours of stress at check-in, payment issues, a long wait for our luggage, and a dirty room. The most disappointing thing is that this level of service is completely unworthy of the price we paid for our stay. We deliberately chose this hotel and even booked directly through their reservations department, expecting a high level of service. Unfortunately, from the very first hours, we felt our expectations were significantly higher than reality. We deeply regret choosing NG Phaselis Bay. For such a price, the client has the right to expect a completely different attitude, organization, and quality of service.

We stayed for 9-10 nights in September 2024. However, I have the opportunity to write a comment :) We were extremely pleased. Check-in, reception, special assistants (Mr. Emre and Nezir), friendly staff… The location of the hotel is already very nice, a magnificent bay, the hotel and the rooms are very new and clean. The food in the main restaurant is extremely high quality and delicious, and we never got bored during 10 days because there is a wide variety of dishes. Sushi was especially great. A la cart restaurants charge extra, but since it was our anniversary, we were offered a free trial opportunity and we were very pleased with it. None of your wishes or dreams are turned away and are met immediately. Coffee is very important to us and there was a barista, Mr. Selahattin, who prepared very good coffees, and we would like to thank him from here. Cocktails were delicious. Wine options were of good quality. Snacks and mini bar were of good quality. The general cosmetic materials offered at the hotel were of high quality. There is a restaurant open 24 hours a day and serves delicious food. The bar and restaurant on the beach also served very good food. At the same time, Fast Food is always available on the beach during the day. It is also a quieter and family-friendly hotel, away from excessively noisy, repulsive animations. There is a very small detail that bothers us: there are not enough hangers in the rooms or in the bathroom ;) We were generally very pleased with our holiday and recommended it to everyone. We hope we can come again one day.

Eveything was so good, it was like a dream… i can’t talk enough for karaoke night. Thanks to ilayda and ali from the animation. The hotel is amazing. People who works here they work very well. The bar and waiters are very kind and friendly. Food is so tasty. I played volleyball everyday 2 times a day. I really enjoyed to play volleyball here. I hope we will come back this hotel again thanks for everything to Orkun(the best worker there).

Everything perfect! Wonderful hotel with wonderful crew. Amazing mountain view and clean see is the reason to choose this secret heaven. Shows in the night time very entertaining.All food tasty and rooms clean. I like the band at Infinity. Great meal, great sea, great location. Fantastic nature. Kind and good staff. Specially entertainment staff was very cool. Both daytime and evening shows were amazing. I had a truly great time thanks to ilayda from animation team. She is a very kind and nice girl. But other than that all staff was amazing and professional in doing their job. Summing up, I would surely recommend this hotel for visiting. 5 out of 5, very nice, I liked it.

I had an amazing stay at NG Phaselis Bay! The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding nature.
