We chose it as a vegan family and Chi restaurant made us very happy. Thank you very much for the service speed, quality and friendly welcome. We were treated very well upon arrival at the hotel and our assistants answered all our questions completely. We also used the gym. Quite successful. We used the heated pool filled with sea water. We had a very nice Sunday trip with the Moonlight boat. We had brunch and lunch at the restaurant inside. Everyone, even the most competent personnel, was very attentive and friendly. I can easily say that we found ourselves in a warm family environment. It is a very satisfying and peaceful option for either a short or long holiday. I definitely recommend it. I would like to thank all hotel officials.

The hotel is amazing. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The food is outstanding. Various and very tasty. There are rich options in terms of meat and grill varieties as well as world cuisine. Apart from these, all kinds of food are available in many a la carte restaurants.The hotel has a long Blue Flag beach. You can swim from the pier or from the beach if you want. The color of the water is a magnificent turquoise.The hotel has many pools and also a large aquapark. There are mostly Russian families in the hotel. I can say. Turkish guests are also in the minority.The room I stayed in was very spacious and useful.Speaking of activities, the fun never ends in this hotel. During the day, group classes and children's clubs come to do sports, and in the evenings, groups with live orchestras, singers and dance teams come to multiple venues. You know, if you go to some hotels, there will be ridiculous children's entertainment in the evenings, and you will get bored. This place is never like that. There are quality artists and dancers coming that I would want to buy tickets for. They live up to the name Dolce Vita. I wish I had a few more days.There are guest relations personnel assigned specifically to you, who support you in every aspect from the welcome, and convey the hotel's entertainment programs. You feel special and valuable. The entire hotel team tries to please you in every environment.First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Başak and Mr. Talha, who supported me and took care of me kindly in welcoming and personal matters. The Open Garden bar team is caring and friendly, and I would like to thank Mr. Rüzgar for his kindness, who solved the problem I had without even mentioning it. The staff at the Havana bar are friendly, just as it should be. I appreciated the attention of the security guard in the beach section.

The hotel is very big and beautiful.Azure sea, stunning scenery. Friendly staff, top notch food, good quality and large selection. But there are a couple of disadvantages for which I don’t see the point of overpaying and coming here more.The first thing that catches your eye after other hotels is that it is very boring here. Incredibly boring. There is no animation or presenters who will interest you in anything or lure you into any games. When I was in another hotel, when I left in the morning or at lunchtime, everyone was having fun, there was a foam party, there were games, entertainment, making noise and dancing. There's just emptiness here.Evening shows, just none. If in other hotels there is no place to sit, then here everything is empty. Because everyone knows that it won’t be interesting.The second big minus was the cleaning, if everywhere was cleaned after we returned from breakfast at 11 o’clock. THEN they clean here after lunch, towards evening. And sometimes they don’t clean it up at all. Poor table cleaning, you have to try hard to find a clean table.The third minus is the pillows. They are somehow inflatable inside, it is impossible to sleep on them. The whole family sleeps without them.It’s also very expensive to ride a jet ski here, prices start at 150 euros.What is the result: why, having such a territory, such beauty, it is impossible to correct those small and significant disadvantages. I won’t come here a second time, although I would like to.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Last year we vacationed in your other hotel Nirvana Mediterenian. The best choice is where everything is concentrated: a variety of drinks and food, entertainment, comfort.

Lots of good views. Waterpark is really fun. Pools are clean. The lounge is gorgeous, and the music is amazing. I've had a lot of fun here and I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best location and services I’ve experienced! amazing spa by loccitane , very helpful administrator Julia and all the way from Bali massage therapist Erna and amazing Rita. ( if you have any pain, stress : it’s an amazing opportunity to relax and fully enjoy your vacation).Absolutely gorgeous sea , clean room and very polite employees. I’ve really enjoyed my staying . Thanks to Nirvana hospitality. Recommended ❤️

My family and our friends go every summer for 14 years to Turkish hotels and we have never received such service (in a bad way).The most important thing in a hotel is service and attitude. In nirvana, I did not meet a responsive service. 95% of employees do not know English even at level A, and they know only a few words in Russian. Often the waiter makes a mistake in your order or forgets the order. In addition, we had to argue with the waiters in the restaurant at the reception because of the problem with the air conditioner, we wanted to sit inside because it was very stuffy outside (the air conditioner broke down). It took us 30 minutes to be allowed to sit insideAlso, My brother and I had a problem with the air conditioner (we live in different rooms). I had to spend a night without cold and fresh air, which was terrible, and spend half the next day to stay with the workers. I think they don't want to spend extra money on a new system … I think you're lucky if you've had a Nirvana Dolce Vita holiday with no air conditioning issues.I must admit that the animators, even if they do not speak English well, are energetic and interesting. I recommend visiting sub surf. But there are a lot of stones in volleyball, and I cut my legs several times.All in all, I do not recommend this hotel. Also, my guess is that they have too many high ratings for a service they don't have. I don't think most of them meet expectations. kind regards.

Six years ago we were in this Hotel(Amara Dolce Vita)and it was better in my opinion!Our room was in a main building and it is much better than a Club Room!Club Rooms are not 5 star.Barely 4 star.Old furniture,carpets,bad smell from refrigerator..but most annoying thing is sound isolation!You literally can hear everything from room next to yours!They need serious renovation!Strange thing is also that almost everyone from staff workers will not say hello when they are passing by you!In other words 80% of staff doesn't know word on English!Probably that s the issue! :)Hotel activities and fun for kids are really good !Plenty of drinks,snacks...food on a correct level(avarage).Beach is good,pools are nice..Aqua Park also nice for kids.Overall Conclusion:Hotel is good but should be cheaper!Price is to High for a old Club Room and almost 2000 more for a room in a main building which is really overpriced!
