Many thanks to the waiters who do a lot to ensure that we guests have a lovely holiday experience, and it was now our second time at the hotel, and we will definitely come again.The only point of criticism must be our fellow guests, who do not always interpret an "Adult" hotel in the same way as we do, and they certainly do not know how to behave as adults and respectfully towards others, but everything is relative and it is our view.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have visited and the cleaning is top 10 stars. The guy Romany that cleaned our room 1337 is very professional in his work and very respectful. He made towel arrangements with flowers and every morning you get greetings. The food and the service has been excellent and very delicious. I would 100% come back and also recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have an amazing time, feel very loved and welcomed by the staff and the people at the hotel. The view from the hotel is also a breathtaking experience.

The hotel is very great we had so much fun, we stayed for 8 days everything was so nice and clean. The receptionists are very helpful and nice.The cleaning staff is so polite and helpful and cleans very well.The entertainment team is good and always funny and friendly have alot of good things shows every day, we really had a great time with them thanks for everything.

The hotel was great. Everyone is so friendly, nice and very helpful. I came with my family and we stayed for eight days and we didn’t want to leave.Everything is so clean they really care about keeping the rooms, lobby, bar hygienic and spotless. The entertainment team is so fun and full of life and they do so much fun activities.I highly recommend staying at this hotel it worth every penny.

Great all-round experience. Food is excellent and available all the time(seafood also included). Good night-shows. Very friendly and hard working staff all around the hotel. Beach is clean, plenty of corals and sea fauna in public beach. Generally great value for money.

We stayed in this lovely resort for 6 nights. It was very clean, the service was great, the staff were very friendly, attentive and on top of everything. The buffet was very nice and had great variety for each meal. We would like to say a particular thank you to Ahmed who cleaned our room and always left extra touches in addition to his cleaning that always put a smile on our faces. Also, a special thank you to Mahmoud who worked behind the bar in the main restaurant area. He was always full of energy, smiles and a great sense of humour. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely stay there if we visit Sharm El Sheikh again.
