The hotel has a great location, the food is delicious, the evening entertainment is very nice, we liked it very much, thank you to Mr. Orhan and his team.

The hotel is getting a bit old and needs a thorough renovation!We had a family room (under the pool) which was very large but also smelled quite musty. Our two adult children had a double room in one of the main houses. Unfortunately, our sons were put up in a double room in the basement on the first night. Just on the way to this room you could smell the damp, sometimes moldy walls. The room then had a view of a concrete wall. Other guests had dumped their rubbish behind this and it smelled terrible. We then reported this directly to guest relations and were given another room the next day. What I find very, very sad is the fact that such a room is even rented out in a 5-star hotel.The service and kitchen staff definitely have to be rated 5 stars. Everything worked wonderfully here. Very, very friendly people who try to give you a pleasant vacation. The food was very varied and very, very tasty. Unfortunately, the dining room is a bit too small for the number of people.The beach is also a bit too small but otherwise very, very nice. If you don't like it cold, you probably shouldn't go to this hotel, because a small river leads directly from the beach into the sea and so the water is always a little colder.The bazaar right in front of the hotel was very fun and offered a bit of variety. There is also a dolmus (small bus) directly in front of the hotel that goes directly to Side and Manavgat.

The Turkish coffee is very nice, the food is clean and fresh, the Animation Team was very clear with mystery and mir, they were very friendly when we saw us, we were very pleased!

thank you very much for the wonderful holidays, especially the staff, our child had an injury and they took care of us perfectly. The rooms could use a little renovation, but they were clean, cozy, cleaning service every day, great location (very close to the sea and to the center), animation program and the staff is awesome. Food and service were fine. Thank you very much for the time spent at Royal Atlantis, we enjoyed it very much and club song clap clap and choreography for this song is the best for us😊😊😊😊

A nice inexpensive 4* hotel with friendly staff and location directly on the seaside. The rooms and the bathrooms are a bit small, but they are renovated and well-designed. The food is decent, the clientele comes mainly from Germany (including quite some Kazakhstani Germans).The beach is good and the sea is clean. To the right there is a natural dune and behind it a wild peace of seaside ist located - so, you can walk along the sea, if you like.The animation is a bit loud in the evening, so if you are used to good 5* hotels, it might be a bit too much for you.Yours, Olga

A really bad experience at Royal Atlantis.The staff is rude, aggressive and don't speak English only German or Turkish and all the time they expected tips, even if you already payed a lot of money for the holiday.One evening at the restaurant i asked for two glass of water and the waiter brought me two dirty glasses with traces of lipstick on them.All the Entertainment programs even for kids were in German and they did not care that they had also tourists from other places.The bathroom from my room was old and it had a problem with the shower water drain.I went two time to the hotel reception but they weren't capable to solve the issue.At the restaurant Turkish people put their kids and their shoes on the table as you can see below and of course no one from the staff said any word. There other people other people stayed and ate their food.I do not recommend this resort or place for English, American, Romanian or other people that are not from Germany or Turkey.

This is rated as 5 stars ultra all inclusive hotel, but they charge you extra for:- game zone- popcorn- fresh juice.So what is the concept of ultra all inclusive if you change me for this? In my opinion this is false advertising.What i didn’t like:- If you ask for a mojito drink, you can get one only at the loby bar or at the pool bar, but if you dont have money with you for tips, on the second one they will tell you no more mint available and so on.-You wont find included in the “ultra all inclusive “ any international drinks, i am not referring only at the alcohol drinks, they won’t offer you original Coca cola/ Fanta or Sprite. All the drinks are local.- The only non stop bar is in the lobby where they have only 1 bartender and after 22 o’clock they shootout the air conditioner in order to become uncomfortable to stay there and leave in the room.-Some rooms under main pool that have moisture smell….and the air conditioner are very loud.-The pools are not very well maintained and cleaned.-The minibar in the room have only water included, not alcoholic drink or soda juice.-The standard rooms are very small and aged.-The WiFi is very poor and available only at the main pool area and inside the hotel. No wifi at the beach zone at all.- The safebox in the room isn’t for free, basically this is the very first 5 stars hotel where i saw this…- The toilets under the main pool are very dirty and brokenWhat did i like:- beach with sand and the sea water is ok- the variety of the food- entertainment- some of the personnel are nice and struggle to make you feel nice.

Great hotel for families. We loved the animation team. They have all kinds of activities. Whether you like sports or games like dart. And besides that they organize other amazing events like pool/foam party's. It's amazing. Also for children they do an incredible job. They create adventures and make sure the children get the holliday vibe also. The evenings are the same. Children disco followed by a great show.. Thumbs up for the animation. 👍👍👍The only downside we find the waiting lines to get something. Even just a bottle of water. 🤔🤔🤔
