Safir Sharm waterfalls the best hotel in Sharm el sheikh never find any comments to say . The room view and location fabulous. The food and drink testy and varied with high quality , hotel atmosphere. Animations team staff all was amazing. I will recommend Safir to all my friends . Because the value of the money exceeded my expectations with great location this hotel really value for the money

Amazing hotel for the price you pay, staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help you in any situation. Special kudos to front desk crew, it really felt like we are in Europe. Stunning staff, especially Islam 🕌💪 We have been offered very early check in after a long night trip❤️Food was great, seaside is amazing with underwater views better than in Ras-Mohammed trip we had😍 will be back for sure 🤩 Amazing WiFi 🙏

I recently stayed at this hotel with my parents, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food selection was vast and delicious, catering to all tastes. The restaurant manager on the main floor was not only fantastic but also incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring that every dining experience was memorable.What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff; everyone, regardless of department, is extremely hardworking and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The animation team was absolutely fantastic, with the lead animator being perfect for the job. Mina and Karolina were superb, adding to the vibrant atmosphere with their energy and enthusiasm.One unique offering was the daily visit to a club where the animation team acted as security, ensuring guests had a great time without any hassle.Special mention goes to Jordian at reception, who could sort out anything with his exceptional professionalism and dedication.The hotel also offers trips and spa services at very reasonable prices. I had an incredible massage that was both professional and relaxing, highly recommended for anyone needing a bit of pampering.Moreover, the medical team was always on standby and responded within minutes when needed. We had to use their services once and were impressed by their professionalism and friendliness.Overall, it was an incredible holiday with fantastic weather, made even better by the stunning views and the friendliness of the staff. I can't wait to visit again!

The first impression was , "Wow, looks amazing, and the people are so nice." But after we've seen our room, we were a bit disappointed.The food and desserts were delicious.Staff, I could definitely say, was the nicest ever! From receptionist to the man from the beach ⛱️ very humanly good and kind.Ramy and his team are doing a great job.The chefs 👨‍🍳 are very professional and friendly, and their food simply delicious!The entertainment team is good 👍 but I honestly think they need more management support. (More English, more enthusiastic, and vibrant activities to make people feel good and come back for more)Overall, it was a good holiday!
