Super hotel! We rested with our family, the children were delighted. The food is delicious and varied, the chefs are friendly and helpful! This was our first holiday in this hotel, now we will be here every summer! I would especially like to thank the guys from “working with guests”; they are very nice and responsive guys.

Holidays September 2024The hotel completely lacks service, they refuse to solve problems (when checking into a standard room, where, according to information from the official website, there should be 2 single beds and 1 double - in fact it turned out to be a broken couch, which is absolutely not suitable for sleeping a 2 and 3 year old child)Staff at all levels (and guest relation Natalya and everyone she called, and at the reception) refused to solve the problem in any way, saying that there would be no mattress, no improvement, no replacement for this “bed” (photos attached to the review)The child had to sleep with usAlso in the evenings, hotel employees (who found out about our situation) wrote in work chats about our problem and messages even from them were ignored there (and the representative of the tour operator answered me - “well, it’s an old hotel, what did you want” - quote)There is practically no animation for adults or children, children in the mini club are left to their own devices - but every evening after dinner, animators approach the guests and ask them to leave a good review here in front of themAll evening programs are guest artists or shows; hotel animation is not visible during the day (except for a young animator who invites you to play darts)At a mini disco, 1 animator (less often 2) does not have children (half sits, watches and leaves)The rooms are very tiredGood ORIGINAL alcohol is poured only in the lobby bar (in the rest it’s local) - bottles of good alcohol are hidden in cabinets so as not to be put on public display and will only be poured upon specific requestAt breakfast, lunch and dinner - there are practically no waiters - there simply is not enough staff for such a number of visitorsThere are almost always huge queues at the bar and there is only one waiter who simply does not have time to serve (although they try very hard)Entering the sea is painful due to the large number of stones - therefore it is better to buy special shoes, especially for children + it is very deep at once and not suitable for small childrenThere are not enough sunbeds, since from the very morning everything at the sea and at the pools is occupied by towels (and in normal hotels this is prohibited)The food is ordinary, you can find something to eat, except for breakfast - there is nothing to eat here except omelet and porridge, basically the same thing every day(We saw that the children had packaged milkshakes, went to ask the reception about them, they said that they would bring them to the room, they brought 4 of them once, then they said that they had run out and that they had to pay)Among the advantages: the presence of a water park for children, a carousel in the evenings, a clean mini club area and the fact that a child cannot just leave there - an employee is watching at the entrance, and the doors are blocked, + there is a separate room for babies, the area is convenient - everything is close, very The bartenders try their best for both children and adults, good internet,That's probably all, the hotel is not worth the money and 5 starsThe management does not care about their guests, they try to save on everything they can, even on staff, we will not return to the hotel - we were very sorry and upset that this time the choice fell on this chain

All liked it! Lots of free alcohol, friendly hotel staff make a pleasant impression, top-level service, delicious food that surprises with its variety!!! I really enjoyed my holiday and would love to come again!

Kids club was great! Nice shows! Disco a little repetitive but still nice! Nice staff, always helpful, even in the lobby, nice rooms in kids club with nice activities.

The hotel was great. The staff, the views all around were amazing. The food was delicious. There were a lot of activities throughout the day that are pretty enjoyable and fun. Also to add more, the part at the villas was so quiet and peaceful (also beautiful). The beaches were amazing and the water was crystal clear. I recommend this hotel. 10/10 experience!

Pros: I recommend this hotel for families with little children. The kindergarten and the services were good. Also, the Sea Food Restaurant is very nice.Cons: Horrible location, nothing to see around and nearest civilised location is too far away. Also, it's very annoying to have all merchants and agents bother every day to offer services or shopping transfers.

The hotel is ok, but only ok, not wow! Renovating a hotel does not mean just pasting wallpaper in the rooms. The doors and the entire interior of the rooms are very old. The air conditioner hardly worked, it was also old. As for the contents of the hotel itself, everything is great. Food is good, service ok. A big complaint is that there was a cat in the main restaurant, I think it is unacceptable that a cat stays in a restaurant where people eat!!! What is commendable is that Selectum, as the new owner, is trying to reach the level of a 5-star hotel through all other segments!
