Ehitatud 2006. a., üldpindala 20 000 m². Viimane renoveerimine toimus 2018.a.

Hotell koosneb ühest 6-korruselisest peahoonest:

221 standard room (max 3 in., 25 m²);

Economy room (max. 2 in., 18 m²);

57 kahetoalist family rooms (vaheuks, max. 4 in., 32 m²).

16 kahetasandilist Dublex room (mõlemal korrusel magamistuba, ilma usteta, max. 5 in., 45 m²).

Asukoht

65 km Antalya lennujaamast, 3 km Side linnast, Kumköy külakeses, 500 m hotelli oma rannast.

I spent 7 nights at this hotel with my family.The rooms are big enough for a family with a child, comfortable beds, linen changed once during the stay, towels changed daily. The food was good and plentiful, diverse.. no matter how demanding someone is, it is impossible not to find something to his liking.The staff is friendly and polite. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but there is also a minibus that provides the transfer of tourists to the beach between 9-12 and 13-18. The frequency is also 15 minutes..During the day various activities are organized for tourists, in the evening usually a DJ takes care of the good mood of the tourists.The pools are clean, the slides are sufficient.The hotel's beach is clean, enough sunbeds. Drinks and snacks can be served on the beach as well.The entrance to the sea is smooth and the beach has fine sand.Initially, after seeing the reviews, we were reluctant about this hotel, but after the first night spent here, we calmed down, we even received a little attention from the reception, it being my husband's birthday, a sign that this hotel really cares about its customers.All in all, I recommend this hotel. For us it was a successful vacation

I can only advise everyone not to vacation here.The hotel is in need of renovation and the pools are old and not maintained.The concept of the hotel is strongly oriented towards profits such as WiFi.You have to pay an extra 3 euros a day to have WiFi for the entire hotel or reduced WiFi only in the lobby.Food is bad and resembles cheap canteen food. The pool bar also offers bad snacks and hamburgers to top yourself with poor quality meat.The children's entertainment is also a disaster.The rooms are so old and the furniture is so jumbled together that the children don't feel comfortable thereEverything is charged extra.Trampoline 5 euros!!!!!Painting bags and T-shirts is what they do afterwards because they charge 10 euros for it!!!All in all one of the worst hotels I've vacationed in.Absolutely not recommended.

Really not a bad hotel with great value for money, better than expected. I only booked it through a friend of the gang and I was pleasantly surprised because the reviews were not as good as the hotel, buffet better than expected, pools like almost everywhere too cold and unheated at the end of April, otherwise well-kept area, TV unfortunately very small in every room, air conditioning poor in the family room, cocktails at the bar unfortunately poor, that could be much better, large beach area about 1 km away

Were there for a week and found it really nice, unfortunately the rooms weren't always that clean. But the food was delicious and the waiters were super friendly. We will come back in any case!!!

The hotel is only recommended.The food was fresh and varied every day.There was a different evening program every dayThe entertainers Batin and Can are world class. Had a lot of fun with the other hotel guests tooI would go back at any time.

Unfortunately, cleanliness is not a priority, hygiene measures should be taken more seriously!Not a child-friendly hotel...Our son (2 years old) was asked to play more quietly at breakfast because other guests might feel disturbed.Animation team super nice and friendly!!!

We enjoyed 10 wonderful days at the Hotel Serenis in October.The various pools are suitable for children and adults to relax or play. The children particularly enjoyed the water slides and the pool foam party. The food is varied, varied and very tasty - you have to discipline yourself not to eat too much, it's simply a pleasure! No matter what your concern or question is, the staff is happy to help in a very friendly manner, always with a smile on their faces. Unfortunately, in the family room there is an open connection between the ceiling and the partition wall - suitable if children are small, otherwise no privacy for parents. Optimization of hygiene in the room and in the restaurant is necessary for a 5 star restaurant. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes by shuttle. On your own beach location you can enjoy the sea directly in the sun or in the shade. In the evening, we recommend a leisurely walk of around 15 minutes to the hotel. The evening can end comfortably with entertainment in the hotel or a walk and shopping in the nearby shops. All in all very good value for money and recommended.

Absolute disaster!!!!There were 5 of us who arrived at 1am..Our "midnight soup" consisted of rock-hard rolls and 3 slices of sausage. (Thanks for that)Our family room:Completely cracked floor,Door stop with screw lay behind the door,Drawers from the "dressing tables" were hanging halfway down,There wasn't a single wall lamp that hung firmly and straight, even the small reading lamps all had loose contact,Mold on the air conditioning (we have a child with asthma)The surfaces of the tables were completely stuck together,Toilet seat was speckled upon arrival + hair in the toilet bowl... I didn't have clean bed linen on a single day, either yellow stains on the sheets or black-brown stains in the pillowcases (probably make-up)The food was the same every day...The cake poorly prepared.. like rubber.. children's toy..Almost all of the waiters had the impression that they didn't want to...When we asked someone if he could please clear our plates because we wanted to get some fruit but there was no room, he pointed to an empty table and said we should just sit there!!What also absolutely didn't work were the dirty dish carts with trash bags hanging on the front for the leftover food. While you're eating, they push the carts past you and preferably stop next to you to clear tables. Never experienced anything like this...There was also only one mini disco, although it was available every evening.The shuttle to the beach puts you in a good mood, thanks to the driver

The hotel is old, but not too bad .May be 3*-4* stars max . Not 5* . The reception team don't speak english language. When we arrive (14:30 ) our room wasn't ready and me ,my wife and my little girl have to wait until 17:15 for room on reception tired . Nobody's give as info what happen and doesn't ask as do we need something. I am here fo 7 night and on my offer say free ala'card dinner, BUT ... When I ask to make reservation I been told I can't do it now .We Have to make reservation on my first day here( not on offer info). Now don't have any tabels for next 4 day, until I'm here. I spoke with the hotel menager (again vely bad english ) .She was very rough with me . She lold me 800guest ,only 25 sits for ala'card, what I want. Incredible!so... Never ever visit this hotel . Hotel menager is rough , nobody speaks Englih ,just some words. Rooms are never set up properly, always missing something . Only restaurant staff is friendly and food is good. All atrction works a few hours a day ( some only 15 min) . Not enough for 800 guest I think!

In the hotel there was about 1000 peoples and about 80% of the people was sick probably covid. The food is pretty good but very dirty everywhere, there are no cleaning in the rooms, for 600 rooms there was only 3elevetaros. For the restaurant you should go first else should wait long time. For the bars also should wait.
