Even though we had a holiday in another place that we have been to for 5 years in a row, I would definitely recommend this place as a place where we escape for a week's holiday and it is a really friendly and beautiful place. However, I hope you will take this warning into consideration. Even though we warned you twice for the mini bar and room change the last time we stayed, I would definitely recommend it. It was done late.

I will tell you about my time as a teenager. The hotel is great, the slides are great, I just find it a shame that for 2 slides you need buoys and that I haven't seen anywhere where it says that you need one, it gives a little but that jostle for the buoys. I also had a massage at the hotel but I advise against it as young people the masseur stayed on his phone instead of massaging me, they came 10 minutes late and instead of 30 minutes of massage he gave me 25 including 5 minutes on his phone. At the beach the waiter at the bar wearing glasses gave all the adults glasses (for drinks) and when I went to ask for one he gave me a cup which is not normal and when I asked him for a glass he laughed and never gave me a glass in 1 week, the others yes but him no. I did parasailing at the beach it was cool but... we ask if the photos and videos are included in the price so 150€ they say yes of course after the activity we will take the photos and videos it says that it is paid and it is very expensive for photos which are not worth at all 2 photos of course 30 and the videos are good. Here the hotel is great but just need to change service.

On the way to the hotel, I read the comments and wondered if we should go, but I'm glad we came, everything is very good, no one goes hungry in terms of food, there is always a snack time except for breakfast, lunch and dinner, pizza, hamburger, chicken doner, whatever you want, the mini bar is full every day, I agree with what was written about cleanliness, there are deficiencies in the cleanliness of the general places, the pool. There is a smell in the bar that I don't understand. The room was cleaned very well when we arrived. I even saw the cleaner cleaning a room and was wiping it all the way to the window. Apart from the animators, the other employees seem to be really forcing their jobs. This is the first time I've seen employees like this. I've stayed there again. Yes, I will come to this hotel. Their pool and sea are beautiful.

Service catastrophic. Too few staff.Unfortunately, the food is always the same.The food has no taste.You have to queue for 20 minutes to get drinks.It's a shame that I spent so much money and I'm really very disappointed

Hello, I am writing this for those who are going. The rooms are not very good in terms of cleanliness, there are diapers with feces next to the elevator, the food is always the same, only sushi is served on Wednesdays, it is quite full, the floors near the pool are very dirty. The pool toilet is very dirty. The bar in the lobby is very nice. There are too many queues, there is no decent entertainment at night, there are not many activities, the elevators are too full, there is a lot of sand on the floor of the pool. When you open the location on Maps, it takes you to the greenhouses and your car is extremely dirty and they do not clean it. There are almost no Turks, most are Russians or Europeans. Don't waste your money.

The problem is not with the hotel, but with some of the guests vacationing here. They do not suit such places with their uncivilized behavior. The hotel has no shortcomings, how you treat the employees is how you get back. We are very pleased.

Came back yesterday, the hotel was nothing wrong with it, it was quite nice, just terrible staff during the meal, there was almost nothing to do, but everything was too much for them, when you ordered something they were grumpy and chatting about you in front of you because you understand them Nope! Animation also bad, the same children's disco every day and some music, the same songs every day, no animation during the day for the little kids, everything was closed, some things such as a bar for fruit cocktails was closed when I asked, they said yes, it is not busy enough for that it costs too much money very monotonous food often cold! Quite a lot of the dining areas were not used some even closed for me once and not again!

It's our first day at the hotel, I read the comments here before arriving and even considered canceling my reservation. I'm glad I didn't cancel. I really don't understand what people expect, the hotel is spotless, the staff is very attentive, the pools are spotless, the food is very diverse. Meat, fish and chicken varieties are available at the same time. I loved the hotel's location, interior landscaping, trees, flowers, the road to the sea, the bridge, everything is wonderful, there is greenery everywhere. You can come with peace of mind.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There is almost no room to carry items on the balcony. It is very bad that children are not allowed into the activities. The director has strict instructions and a statement is made that children will not be allowed into the events. People come here to have fun. This is a troublesome situation for families with children. Other than that, it was a very nice holiday. The animation team is great. Many thanks to Ali, Sofia and Merve. The hotel is more fun with you.

very good staff, especially the man who helped me change the room., and also he gave me the program list in my language (very respectful) . the food was also top. the only thing I didn't like was the cold water where the children bathed, maybe because of the trees, the sun didn't penetrate at all, and there was no place for kids to play , but it's still worth taking a break here with children. I read a lot of criticism here in the review, only critic from me is the room cleaned only one day for my 7 days staying. And also the caffe was very bad .

Read me file!For guests: the hotel is 5 star. The hotel is in a perfect location on the side is nothing.If u like to find problems U will!!!! so don't look for them.The room was clean every day. It's small and compact I actually like that way..... actually all hotel is like that so u don't waisted time walking.The poll is perfect 1.4m. The beach is nice and clear. The staff was perfect.....U have to understand that sometimes everybody can have a bad day at work.....The aquapark Is super.There is a starting location of the bus to mavangard.....Consider shoes for water.For hotel:The speakers at the poll are on the limit ..... remove the triples and add bass.

Our stay at Sunmelia was very good. The pool and beach area are perfect (biggest pool i have seen), the restaurants and bars are divers and more than enough. The people that work here are awesome! They are hard working and like to have fun. Special thanks to the skater guy that rolls around serving you at the pool a.firat. Very nice guy and excellent service!

I was here one month ago, August 2023. I‘ll try to write it short and easy to understand:When I arrived, the ladies in the reception were very unfriendly because they couldn‘t find my reservation which was their fault. Not even a sorry after that. Almost none of them speak English which makes the conversation very very difficult. The quality of food and drinks is like 3rd class. The rooms are not clean, my bed was dirty when I arrived, it was red if wine or something else, I don‘t know. The beach is huge but not really nice. The guests of the hotel behave like the employees are their slaves which is really disgusting. There is a Bazar near to the hotel but it didn‘t really look like a place I would like to spend my time at. All in all, bad quality of food, very bad service, very unfriendly service, far away from everything. I read a lots of the recensions before I went to the hotel but I don‘t know why I didn‘t trust the bad ones. I should have.

Spend you money somewhere else. My biggest shock was that there was extremely loud music almost all day. Want to take a nap at noon? No, you can’t because there is banging music. What to sleep earlier because you couldn’t have rest during the day? Nope, still cannot sleep till 1:00 o’clock because there is disco night every single evening. I didn’t had one day where I could say that I had a nice rest.The rooms. My sheets were not changed for the whole 7 day period I was there…I could hear everything that was happening in the neighbours room, and my friends cream face was used very generously by the cleaning ladies.The food. Got food poisoning, two times. In the restaurant there is always sooo many people you have to wait in line to just see what it is offered. Very noisy as well. I didn’t like that some people were let in the restaurant with their swimsuit, showing their butts or walking barefoot.The only thing that I liked was the beach area and the desserts. But totally not worth the money I gave just to came back sick and tired, from what was supposed to be a vacation.Absolutely not happy with my stay.
