I had high hopes for this hotel from the reviews but unfortunately my experience was a little different. The biggest downfall for this hotel is the food. It’s served lukewarm at best, the breakfast is filled with artificial cakes, biscuits and desserts and really lacks anything remotely healthy or fresh. No butter for toast just pots or margarine which was disgusting. No great options for vegans/ vegetarians. The food generally looked like prison food, just slop I was shocked it has been rated so highly. Breakfast ends at 9:30am which doesn’t give you the holiday lie in you may have hoped for. I found I was constantly having to ask the restaurant staff for cutlery, a menu even some water, bearing in mind it was quiet season and not busy. We could be sat for 20 mins in the restaurant and no one had served us. The beach itself is full of litter, broken bottle caps, cigarette butts and other waste. No one in the comments prepared me for the amount of wasps at this beach either! However if you can get past all that, the beach is sandy and the ocean is calm and cool. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. It would be great if the hotel could provide each room with the WiFi password and other useful information like the reception contact etc. Staff at reception were always helpful and friendly. As an overall, this hotel would be considered a 3 star to most and might be more enjoyable to those who just need a quick short stay.

SUPREME HOTEL – A wonderful hospitality experience! A 5-star hotel with excellent service, pampering hospitality and an especially pleasant atmosphere! We were given a spacious and beautiful suite, with a spectacular view of the sea and the pool. The room was very large, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and the huge balcony was simply a delight. In the evening we had hot soup in the hotel restaurant, which was particularly delicious and really warmed the heart. The soup was so good that we asked the chef for the recipe! Breakfast was also very good, varied and satisfying, and there was nothing missing from it. A special compliment to the waitress Ina for her kind, professional and wholehearted service. She helped us choose the dishes, was attentive and pleasant, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you very much, Ina! On October 10, the weather was a bit rainy and cloudy, so we were a little disappointed that the hotel did not have a spa complex that could have completed the pampering experience. Despite this, we really enjoyed sitting by the pool, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, with good music in the background and the soothing sound of the water fountain in the toddler pool. These are the little moments that make a vacation special. In conclusion, a great hotel, luxurious rooms, delicious food and exceptional service. We felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. Thank you to the hotel staff for the warm and professional hospitality! For us, the score is 10 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend and we would be happy to come back again!

A lovely hotel in a very quiet location. The staff, from the parking attendant to the breakfast service, were very friendly. What we didn't like was the constant loud, aggressive music on the beach and the fact that the breakfast room was in the basement.

We were there in June 2023 - the rooms were large and very nice, and the large balcony at the front also did the job. The food was tasty, but tragically monotonous. Meat with sauce every day, no "proper" portion of vegetables, anyone with a selective diet would have a huge problem. Additionally, the very fact that the restaurant/dining room in AL is in the basement is... off-putting (don't worry, there is also a beautifully equipped restaurant on the ground floor with an elaborate menu - for external guests). Don't expect any fancy cocktails in the all-inclusive formula - the bar is simply a lady pouring local moonshine with a selected orangeade into a plastic cup (there is also local gin and vodka). The area... is a completely different topic. Because there is no area. The promenade is maybe 3 km long and ends with a canal on one side and an old military base on the other. It is worth mentioning that the night reception staff cannot speak English at all - the charter bus left early without counting the passengers in advance, and it was impossible to communicate with the receptionist to call the resident or the driver. In general, the entire stay was moderately successful, much of which was compensated by the beautiful room. However, the bitterness was broken by the fact that I left my earrings in the room and when I realized that, I wrote an e-mail to the hotel (so far all the items had been recovered). Of course, no response. It's not their fault that I'm an idiot, but it would be nice to get some kind of answer... I hope at least one of the maids likes them...

We are in Albania for the first time in the best hotel Supreme. The service is fantastic. All the employees are very kind. We were delighted with the fantastic food, which was varied. Kudos to the staff for their hospitality, and the rooms are very large and clean, wonderful. We will surely come to this hotel again. Thank you for everything!

Location is very nice however this hotel was advertised as all inclusive but everything is with extra payment. I do not recommend! Awfull service for the paid amount!

This is a great hotel with great amenities and friendly and supportive staff. We had a great time and it felt really comfortable being there. Good food, good views and serene environment. The only thing missing was a spa but you may not need it after all.

My stay at Supreme hotel, was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!
