Good eveningI am part of a group staying at this hotel at the end of September. The hotel was a nice one, I think, when it was maintained. It is located close to the beach and surrounded by mountains. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was an utter disappointment. The group arrived at the hotel after 9 p.m. Obviously, we didn't have time to have dinner, the only alternative offered by the hotel for us was a "late soup" starting at 11 p.m., in the restaurant, in the dark.At the accommodation, the night receptionist did not speak English, German, French or any other international language except Russian. The distribution of the rooms took more than 30 minutes. By the time we got to the rooms we were already horrified by the dirt in the hallways and the rooms did not surprise us, rooms made to the norm, with a musty smell.Breakfast, every morning unchanged, was a problem because it was served in the same restaurant, which I saw better in daylight. Mops, brooms and dirty cloths abandoned everywhere, with a specific smell, unkempt and dirty waiters, first hour, and tables cleaned with the same dirty cloths.I went to the beach and discovered that the private beach is not equipped enough to receive all the hotel's guests, the places being insufficient, and to get a place you had to "reserve" your place at sunrise, if not even the day before. The beach was unclean, it was enough to look left, right, at the other parts of the beach, arranged by other hotels, to see the difference. The beach bar was close, and one of the bartenders there made us think that maybe it's not so bad. On the beach we met Sedat, from the hotel's entertainment team, who went to great lengths to change our minds. Bravo Sedat!!!Lunch and dinner did not bring anything new to the restaurant side. Same food every day, served unsanitary.I found with sadness that 90% of the staff do not know any other language than Russian, the first thought being that the hotel should not receive guests from other countries, but only from Russian-speaking countries, if it cannot offer the services of a 5-star hotel promised. The entertainment shows were held in Russian and all the staff responded to us in Russian, because we couldn't even talk about being greeted, if it wasn't too much trouble for them to answer our greeting. There were exceptions, one of the waiters, whom I only saw in one of the evenings, Sedat and Iacov from the entertainment team, and two of the bartenders. The cleaning in the rooms is not done, in our room the linen was changed only once in 7 days, and the towels as well. In the other rooms of the group, not even that much, as well as the part with the hygiene products, although the guests left the sign on the door with the request to clean the room. All in all we left Turkey with a bitter taste, regretting that we did not fully enjoy the beauties of the place, being preoccupied with finding restaurants to eat outside the hotel, and places to explore away from the hotel.
