Very greedy owner, there are always no cups. Beer on the beach is also rare. The sea is good.

Reception has no pens. You need to bring your own.Alcohol tastes like engine coolant.On the beach you literally have no peace (every now and then someone comes and bothers you).If you think of resting here, forget it before midnight. Especially if you are in the north wing. There is extremely loud beach party. Yes everyday. I mean, at least of all days I was in this place.Food is average, even for the Egipt itself.If - for some reason - your travel office decides on White Valley (I can’t name it hotel, I really can’t do it) as your transfer pit stop, then fight. Reclaim. Do something. Do it for your own good. It’s 22.51 and I still hear “it’s my life” as loud as my grandmas TV ( and she is literally deaf). With window closed. Walls of my room tremble. At least I have some time for this review. Peace out. I won’t have any tonight. At least for another hour…

Very bad experience we will never repeat it again1-Our room it has to be in garden views but it is not true and we asked to change it they said it is not available another rooms (check the room view in the pic ).2-no shampoo , conditioner or soap we asked for that they said buy from outside we don't offer that , only soap dispenser which is make problem to our hair and skin . ( check the photo )3- Aqua Park is nice but too much crowded many hotels in one Aqua park and to go you have to wait shuttle bus every 15 min and it is very small only for 13 persons and all run after it and no place andthe guests are fighting together every time and security said not my responsibility and no one manage this problem at all it is like public transportation .4- only 2 lamps in the room and one of them not working we asked many times to repair they said we don't have now .5-the room's corridor is too much noisy children are playing outside and we can't rest .Good things1-Beach very near to the reception sandy and clean2-food is delicious3-animation very nice and they did too much effort morning and night also

We stayed from 17 to 21 July. The hotel is wonderful in everything, starting from arrival and reception, Mr. Hani, Mr. Abdel Hamid, the hotel manager, and Mr. Yahya, in reservations and accommodation.Everyone was helpful; smiling and provided facilities for a special case (a child with Down syndrome) they took care of her safety and offered a farewell present and lunchbox upon departure. The room is equipped and clean with a pool view and side sea view; the room service arranges it daily and provides bottles of water. The restaurant is clean and organized; the food is varied with a good taste, hot and cold drinks and the chefs are very respectful especially the dinner chefThe hotel has many swimming pools With constant attention of guards the location is great, with access to a nice clean sandy beach with warm water and the possibility of snorkeling, we had once a foam party. There is a beach bar offering drinks around the day Additional trips are available with extra charge; we had a nice submarine trip. The hotel is close to a big Aqua Park - there is a bus every 15 minutes available, andThe animation team presents events and interesting shows, Ruvan is so cute and friendly.

It was a very nice and enjoyable experience of the year for me. Everything was perfect The five swimming pools were all clean and had a good height and space. The sea was sandy. The beach was almost the best sea I had ever seen. There were activities on it, songs and atmosphere. The waves were not high and very safe. The water on the beach was very pure.Its color is crystal, its sand is soft, and there are no fish to bother you when swimming. The staff were very kind, smiling and doing everything to make you happy.It was a nice experience, my next vacation will be in White Valley.💙🌊

Great hotel with a variety of facilities. Staff are very, very friendly trying their best to ensure that u r enjoying to the max ( like Mr. tarek from the lobby bar and chef macarius who makes the best pasta in hurghada, and I hope they see this review and remember me).●If a crystal clear sandy beach is one of ur priorities, this must be ur ultimate choice. Beach is one of the top 10 beaches on the Red Sea, I see. This type of clarity won't be seen unless u r planning to visit the north coast.●About 5 swimming pools are all clean and can accommodate large numbers.●Rooms were clean and tidy may be a little bit old materials but it won't affect any thing and all of them r doing ok, room view was one of the best I have ever seen and this is my seventh time in hurghada!●Food, oh god. Extremely delicious traditional Egyptian food where u can experience the true amazing taste of Egyptian meals, also some Russian and western plates were made.●Entertainment and animation team r very talented and friendly, and their smile r just contagious ❤️ ( don't miss their foam party and brazilian show).___Important note: I was very anxious and may be terrified to book in this hotel due to multiple bad reviews, so why am I saying that ? To let you all know that at the moment I'm speaking now, all of these negative things no longer exist. I spoke to the receptionist once we arrived and he told me that they re-opened the hotel in January 24 at this point, no thing was ready and construction workers were very annoying in every step of the hotel. Staff members weren't that trained. That's the reason you will find negative comments, but all of that is gone for good. [Doooooon't hesitate]
