Dear people, if you read this comment, please don't do it to yourself, read all the reviews when we got here they wanted to offer us a room in the neighboring building, although there was never any mention of that when we booked, then they suddenly said we had to get better rooms Pay another €300 more for 2 rooms.The reviews also played around 100% of the people who give the hotel a 5 star rating have probably never seen a real 5 star hotel. You also have a shot as if you were coming here again!Pansionlar sizin hotel den daha güzel be!

I stayed here for 7 nights was the worst hotel I stayed at the room smelt like damp toilet had leak very rude staff wen u tell them to do something they act dumb and don’t know English at all food everyday is the same nuggets and chips I had for 7 days me and my family have upset stomach after that I do not recommend this hotel at all cost entertainment team like the firlt with girls and persuade them to come club and there nothing to do during the day only shows in the nights which only last a hour and is very boring if you want a good enjoyable holiday don’t come here at all this is no way 5 star more like 3 star avoid !!!!!!! Ruined my holiday !!!!😡😡😡

Rude staff, managers dont have customer relation skills. I go turkey every year enjoy everytime. But this hotel and its management let me down big time this year.Language barrier !Almost same food everyday!Supposed to 5 star but services like 3 star hotel.Indoor pool freezing cold 🥶 requested couple of times to put heating on but we been ignored.Only thing i like in this hotel is shower and beach. 🚿

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT STAY HERE. RUBBISH HOTEL WITH RUDE RACIST STAFF. APPALLING HOTEL.I honestly believe most of the reviews are fake. I don’t understand how people genuinely had a good stay at Xoria.I stayed here for 8 nights with a family of 10including three Children, a toddler and a baby. From the moment we checked-in the rude receptionist tried to stick us in 3 rooms even though we had paid for 4 rooms! It was written on our hotel booking voucher but the receptionist was adamant he can only give us 3 rooms. After standing our ground they finally gave us 4 rooms that WE PAID FOR.The air conditioning was not working in two of the rooms during the whole eight days. We informed staff several times to come fix it but, they never did . In the end we gave up. There was also a leak in one ld the bathrooms. The bathrooms smelt very damp and have foul odours coming from the drains. The balcony’s are never cleaned and is filthy.Staff are very rude and dismissive. When they don’t want to help you, they start acting dumb and act like they can no longer speak English. We are people of colour and it was very clear staff treated non-coloured people differently. We were ignored during our whole time at hotel. Do not stay at Xoria if you are anything other than white. We met some black guests staying at the hotel and they also felt dismissed by staff.They do not provide kettles in the rooms like most hotels. What 5 star hotel does not provide basic equipment? You won’t be able to sterilise baby bottles or prepare formula for your baby. It is not a family friendly hotel. Also they do not provide something basic as, an iron in the room. If you want an iron you have to pay extra. They sell you a dream about the “side sea view rooms”, don't even bother paying extra for it. You basically pay to see the busy main road, the back of peoples houses and a couple of meters of the sea.House- keeping just about change the bins. They don’t sweep the floors or wipe any counter tops down. They don't clean the toilet or sinks. They will leave the rubbish on the floor. Also won’t collect any dirty dishes or cutlery from the room. They leave dust and dirt on the floor.The food is disgusting. They serve the same food every day for every meal. Tasteless, bland and cold. There is a microwave in the main canteen however they unplug it from the main outlet during non-food service hours. We had to argue with staff every time we wanted to heat our babies milk and food pouches/jars. Also to access boiling water for formula you have to beg staff to allow you to take it from the canteen. This means you have to travel down to the lower ground floor to use the microwave and access boiling water. The microwave was never cleaned.The staff lack common sense and have no manners. Staff with purposely ignore you and won’t answer any general questions. Management is just as bad. They walk around with their heads stuck in their arses oblivious of anything. No smiles or greeting. Just strange unwanted looksThe pools are ok however, small compared to other hotels. They are definitely a 2 star hotel. There is nothing 5 star about the hotel. The Hotel is in the middle of no where. No local shops, restaurants or bazaars nearby. Cabs are €7 to go down to town centre one way.I DO NOT RECOMMEND XORIA HOTEL OR HAVE ANYTHING PLEASANT TO SAY ABOUT MY STAY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH A GOOD REPUTATION.

Absolutely amazing, all the staff are so friendly and happy to help, from bar staff to reception staff, chefs are brilliant great selection of meals, fresh ingredients cater for everyone. Security staff are brilliant and ensure everyone is safe. A huge thank you to all staff. Rooms are immaculate all areas of hotel are beautifully kept. Pool area is stunning, beach bar and staff are brilliant and lifeguards are great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to everyone at the Xoria. Will definitely revisit.

Do not stay here! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely rude. The rooms were dirty when we got there. A lot of hairs, dirt and glass on the floors. I stood on a bit of glass the first night we arrived in our room. Bedding wasn’t changed once when we stayed there. They did not clean our room at all. The smell of sewage from the bathrooms was horrendous. The cocktails were watered down and just tasted of pure sugar. When booking the room we requested a sea view. We weren’t even given a room in the main hotel and our balcony was on the bottom floor that looked onto the front of the hotel which meant everyone could see into our room. They put us in a separate building across from the main hotel. When asked to move they wanted to charge us £100 which we did not pay therefor they didn’t move our rooms. Bar staff in the evening were very cheeky and did not speak any english. Cats were all around the hotel in the lobby and dinning area. When we went for dinner or breakfast it was a free for all. No service was provided we had to get our own cutlery and the food was the same 3 times a day. Very bad location. 25 minutes away from Alanya were most of the night life was. Had to walk 10 minutes to one corner shop and then a further 20 minutes to a shopping mall and restaurant. Will never be back. P.s. do not book any activities with the reps and we were charged an extortionate amount of money. You can book online for the same places at a much cheaper price. Unfortunately we did not know that until after we had book and paid the money. Do not know how the hotel is rated 5 stars as I have stayed in better 3 star hotels.

Went on a 5 night trip with a group of friends who stayed for 7nights. The staff here are rude and laugh in your face when asking for help to get into the city or ordering food. Please note if you stay here you’ll come back slimmer as the food is barely edible. It’s the same for lunch and dinner most days and people have their kids licking and touching things then putting it back at the buffet bar. You then have to queue to get your own drink for ages so by the time you sit down to eat the food ( chips as that’s the only edible enjoyable thing) was stone cold. The cups are also filthy always drink with a straw. I asked for a cocktail and was given a glass with a fresh lipstick stain on it yuck! The pool is a nice size and the ice cream is nice that’s the only things that were enjoyable. The rooms were average size but beware some bed linen has stains and the toilet seat has old stains and dust all gathered at the back.

My partner and I came back from xoria 2 days ago and we had a really good time.The rooms were exactly like the pictures, nice and clean, only criticism was there were only Turkish channels on the tv and the blankets were not very comfy but this was a minor problem.The hotel has lots of entertainment day and night, my partner and I also took part in the couples show and had a great time!All of the entertainment staff were amazing and friendly especially one in particular, I can’t remember his name but he was the only ginger staff member to narrow it down. He was so much fun and made a great atmosphere, he made so much effort with my partner and I and we were very sad to leave he is definitely a compliment to the resort and we will miss him!There was a variety of food and the location was fine, it was quite a walk to shops etc but it was a short taxi ride and they are cheap.Overall we had a great time!

We stayed here for the week. All inclusive. The hotel decor is fitting with a 5 star hotel. We paid for the basic family of four (kids aged 10 & 14) package. Four people sharing one room designed for three. Should have paid for two rooms.The buffet is as other reviews describe. You will never be hungry, If you like beige food there is plenty of it. As well as Chips with everything. Beach is small and dusty. The hotel is isolated and has nothing around the area to speak of. Taxi to Alanya is £20. Anything bought in the hotel is four times the price your would normally pay in Turkey. I'm sure lots of people love this hotel, I'm not a fan. Staff are very accommodating and do there job well.Pool area is a 24hr disco which blocks the noise of the motorway in front of the hotel.
