The hotel is ok, I wasn't however expecting it to be composed of several separate buildings, I'd describe it as a 3* with all inclusive. Nice main building, the main hallway is beautifully decorated, but a bit tacky with those colorful pillows on the couches, the rooms are nice, nice pool, nice personnel, accomodating, the food was excellent, many turkish dishes, it was varied, all you could eat, the drinks, at the bar, sometimes they missed an ingredient, like in the Pina Colada, but overall, pleasant experience! The beach, however, crowded and stony, but the view of the entire shore, made it worth while, beautiful landscapes, sea and mountain!I looved the hotel orange tomcat, he was awesome!♥️I mostly enjoyed the monday evening show, the belly dancer, she was awesome, loved her, it was the peak of the whole experience for me, a piece of Turkiye!!!♥️Otherwise, If I wanted to hear Russian music, I would have visited Russia. We are in Turkiye, after all, I'd like to enjoy the local music. I understand russians make up the majority of tourists, but I went to Turkiye, I'd like to enjoy turkish culture, not other people's culture

Stayed here between 22nd-29th of August 2023. Took the hotel as a part of an agency offer. Paid around 1k for 1 week, flights + transfers+ all inclusive. Did not have high expectations as for 2 people traveling in August we got a very good deal, but to be honest I was amazed. Even if we would paid 300 euro more it would have been worth it.Rooms: we paid extra 50 euro for pool view and the room was insanely clean, the cleaning lady would clean it every day and make up the bed, there was a green card that you’d need to leave on the bed if you wanted the sheets to be changed, we only used it once. One bottle of water per room per dayPool: if you wake up at 6 to take some good seats in the shadow you could stay there for the whole day; there were also upstairs sun loungers that were mainly empty; pool is also insanely cleanPool bar: great variety of drinks: cocktails: cosmopolitan, sex on the beach, blue lagoon, mojito, pina colada (mentioning this as I never saw a review saying that they do cocktails), NOT WATERED down beer, very good tuborg drafts, wine; the only problem is that one of the bartenders pretends he knows English but in fact he doesn’t, and messes up the drinks and requests everytime; the other bartender is a sweetheart, always smilingFood: great variety; soups, pasta, traditional pizza, fish, LOTS of salads, pancakes that are very tasty for breakfast; only minus is that they do not let you take watermelon in the room :(Staff: loads of staff, even if they do not know loads of English they try the best to help youBeach: we woke up at 6 to get the best seats and in this case, even if they are narrow, you get to choose a corner seatAlso, loads of Russians so they would play loads of russian songs at the pool, but tbh I started enjoying them at some point.Overall: great hotel, great experience, we are not a kind of couple that visits a place twice but for not so fussy people that want a beautiful place to relax just 4 min away from city centre and 2 min away from beach with good money, this is well worth it and I recommend it from all of my heart!

The staff is very rude and doesn't speak English. They are constantly frowning. The rooms are ostensibly cleaned, without changing the bed linen, which is changed only when there is a change of guests. The beach is narrow. There are not enough sunbeds for all the guests and they are lined up on top of each other. Although it is all inclusive there is no free wi fi. Nothing is better than a hotel with fewer stars and it definitely does not justify the price you pay to spend your summer there. The overall impression is very bad and for that money it is better to spend your vacation somewhere where you will not be looked down upon at all times.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.I've been to various places and I often stay at different hotels, but this is my first all-inclusive experience and I hope it's my last.I booked it myself, not through a travel agency. When we arrived, the first thing we encountered was a porter who practically wrestled our suitcases away and wouldn't let us enter the hotel building with them. That was the first odd thing about this place.Unfortunately, we got a Russian-speaking administrator. I haven't been spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully in a long time. He and his colleague openly and with obvious curiosity examined my friend's passport. After paying, he asked me several times why my credit card doesn't have a PIN code. What do you care? That's how credit cards are in the US!Then he handed us back to that porter who struggled to carry our two suitcases, even though he once again didn't allow us to take them ourselves. While we were walking to the room he was making comments to me about changing my suitcase, he found the weels not spinning well enough. Why say that to a customer?!The room. It was under the roof, and when we entered, it was at least 30 degrees and had a strong tobacco smell. The porter was totally unfazed and avoided my questions about the air quality in the room by pretending he's not good at speaking English. To maintain a reasonable temperature in the room, we had to trick the system to keep the air conditioning running without the room key card.Later we found other people's hairs on the bed, scraps under the bed, and other trash. We put out the "Do not disturb" sign as we don't like when somebody messes with our things while we are out. This has always worked in all the other hotels! Not here, though. Every day, the housekeeper came into the room and "cleaned" it. Again, we didn't want room service until we ask for it. Because they don't care about what the customer wants, we had to lock up anything valuable every morning.Housekeeper leaved an envelope for tips on the bed. We ignored it, just as she constantly ignored the "Do not disturb" sign. On the third day, they gave us a sheet with holes and a towel with holes! Nice. 4 stars? Seriously? We had to tip her after that, even though it was an obvious racket. The hotel apparently expanded and built another building across the road to accommodate guests, but the restaurant didn't grow with it. It's always crowded, and guests often have to search for a table! I wasn't expecting much from the food, just simple and tasteless. The most tasteless fruits in my life was in this restaurant. The bar is pointless, there's nothing there. There aren't enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone, once again - the hotel has 3 buildings, but the infrastructure can barely handle two. There is Wi-Fi, speed was good, but only 500MB are free, after that you have to pay for more data. There is a safe box in the room, but you need to rent a chip for it. 2 euro a day.To conclude I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. They simply don't care about their guests. We couldn't handle it any longer and checked out early. Rest of the time before departure from the country we spent at a 3-star hotel in Antalya. It was a much more pleasant experience than at Ambasador Plaza.

Pros: the rooms were clean, comfy. The cleaning ladies were nice. The food was really good.Cons: only gave us 1 key card and i think it would be more useful if we had atleast 2. You only get 500mb of free wifi and then you have to pay extra. The bathrooms at the beach and in the lobby are dirty. The drinks at the bar and buffet were watered down. The situation at the beach is a mess. The sun beds are about 3cm appart from each other. People leave their towels there at 6am or even overnight and rarely ever come to the beach which leaves no room for the other guests. Some people take 2 spots - 1 on the sun and 1 in the shade. Also they smoke right next to you. The umbrellas bearly cover the sun and there is only 1 row of sun beds that are fully in the shade. If you can't find a seat at the beach you can pay 30 euros to lay on the deck but the umbrellas there don't cover the sun at all. A big plus for the cute cats tho. There was this orange cat who was always around during lunch and dinner and there were more around the hotel. Honestly i don't think i would ever come back to this hotel.
