We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had a very enjoyable holiday. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is no limit to the service. It is a hotel you can choose with peace of mind. The cleanliness of the room and general area is very good. Thanks to the animation shows in the evening, every night was very entertaining. The restaurant is very comprehensive in terms of food variety. I'm sure there is food for every taste. The hotel has a bar service open 24/7 and different delicious cocktails... See you next year 💗

Everything was very nice, we liked it very much. The staff was friendly and attentive. The environment where the hotel is located is perfect, the peace of being in touch with nature, the sound of birds is especially pleasant. The restaurant, snack, bar, animation were all very good, we liked it very much. Having the pool and the sea within the hotel offers you a very nice holiday pleasure. I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, from the end of September to the beginning of October, and my experience was a mixed bag. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons based on my stay:Pros:• Beautiful Setting: The hotel grounds are lovely, with charming houses nestled among trees. It’s great for relaxation, especially with the option to enjoy sun loungers in the shade.• Multiple Pools: The hotel offers several clean swimming pools, which were well-maintained and provided a refreshing way to cool off.• Friendly Staff: One of the highlights was the staff—polite, friendly, and always willing to help.Cons:• Room Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the rooms were in terrible condition. Dust had accumulated in clumps near the bed, right where you sleep. Cobwebs and spiders were present in the room, adding to the discomfort. The bathroom was equally bad, with rust and mold everywhere—on the shower head, the sink, and all over the bathroom tiles.• Negligent Cleaning: Despite leaving a request to have the room cleaned, the housekeeping was minimal at best. They barely wiped the floor, leaving dirt in the corners untouched for what seemed like months.• Old, Worn-Out Linen: While towels and bed linens were changed daily, they were in poor condition—often full of holes and looking extremely old.• Dirty Dishes: The dishes provided in the room were cracked and dirty, adding to the general feeling of neglect. Even the kettle and the bathroom trash can were filthy.• Beach Access Issues: Entering the sea was difficult without special shoes, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand and made the beach experience less enjoyable.• Misleading Restaurant Hours: The restaurant advertised a late dinner service, but when I arrived at midnight after a long trip, there was no food available, despite their claim of late-night dining. This was quite disappointing.• No Assistance Upon Arrival: After checking in at night, I was left to find my own way to my room. There was no assistance provided, and to make things worse, the pathways were poorly lit (if lit at all) and had just been watered for 20 minutes, making the search in the dark even more frustrating after a tiring journey.• Health Concerns: Unfortunately, the worst part of the stay was that my family and I developed severe enteritis. We had to call a doctor, and it was serious enough that we required injections to combat the nausea. This, of course, put a significant damper on the rest of our holiday.Final Verdict:While the hotel has some redeeming qualities like its beautiful setting and pleasant staff, the poor room conditions, hygiene issues, and lack of proper services made my stay uncomfortable and, at times, frustrating. The health issues my family experienced were the final straw, making it hard to recommend this hotel to others. If you value cleanliness and attention to detail, this may not be the best choice for you.

We had a 5-day holiday in Baia Salima, which we found after a long search for our anniversary. The beauties it offers with its perfect atmosphere, intertwined with nature, are countless. We were very pleased. The attention of the staff, the activities, the services offered and everything the hotel had were simply perfect. You can explore the beauties of the hotel without getting bored, not just being tied to one place, but from morning to night. Especially the interest, concern and friendliness of Mr. Bekir from the animation team added joy to our holiday. We offer our thanks to him. And the service provided by Mr. Hadi at the Pool bar and his efforts were extremely superior and admirable. All other staff were also friendly and sincere. Endless thanks to the Baia Salima family for providing us with this beautiful holiday..

First of all, we were surprised that the rooms were small. We were guests on a very small holiday. The presence of foreign tourists and the constant playing of foreign songs by the pool disturbed us. After all, there were many Turkish citizens. The food was okay, there was almost no taste, but it was not nice when they said "reserve" even though there was no reservation sign for the tables we sat at for dinner. We encountered the same situation for 2 evenings, the staff was friendly, but I can't say the same for all of them, the sea was always stony and rocky, would it be preferred again... .

Not a true platinum hotel. Rooms are awful, tiny, not luxurious, holes in sheets and rough towels. Food is good plenty of choice. Good freshly cooked lunches in the pool bar. The Coffee Shop had lovely cakes and pastries but the coffee was not too good. Service in the restaurant was very good. Plenty of bars that have branded drinks. The pools were very good and the beach kept clean. Most guests were Russian, German and Turkish. The staff spoke little or no English. It was ok but I wouldn't go again.

I want to share the experience my parents and children had at the Baia Salima Kemer hotel. Although we were skeptical because of certain reviews and impressions, my parents and children were delighted, first of all, by the friendliness of the staff, who, as they say, are always smiling, helpful and kind. They go on to say that the food was phenomenal, better than in another hotel, and they vacationed in many places all over Turkey and they were all top 5-star hotels. Also, let's not forget to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, which has a special concept for family vacations. Thank you to the hotel staff for making an effort to make my parents and children feel fantastic and spend an unforgettable vacation. We highly recommend

Just returned from 8 days stay with my wife and 5+7year olds. Let me start with issues we faced : Unstable internet, no chance to work. Kids show is not involving kids, just a copy/paste each evening. Overall hotel cleanness is very average, same in rooms, same in public spaces. Staff greets everyone in russian and feels very proud of it. Beach could be cleaner, but thats mainly culture of guests. Same with sunbeds reservation, after long discussion with guest relations - they started to improve and removed towels which they deserves respect. Of course,there are goods things as well - food quality, bartenders work, music near main bar is high quality. Evening events team works good. Id suggest this hotel for families with children 12+, since none of pools are within one safe depth for kids till 10-12yrs. So have to keep eye on them all the time. Hotel for sure is not worth price we paid, since we almost dont drink, on what they put large focus on.Akka and sherwoods are in same price range, but much more attractive for families with kids below 10-12. We wont return.

The room was small and old, but the main issue was about its cleanness. The house keeper did not even bother to change the sheets and the hand towels! Everywhere was full of finger prints when we first got into the room.Also, they kept us for 1.5 hours after the check-in time in the reception and did not give us the room keys for a really long time.The food was really good and had lots of variety but the plates were all so dirty and we couldn’t eat anything for lunch in the snack bar!I would like to add that some of the staff members are not polite and helpful and when we complained about the late check-in time, they said we start from 14:00 you have to wait with a really weird attitude.The sea and the pool was nice and lovely.To conclude, I dont recommend this hotel for not being clean and for its rude staff.

Lovely hotel, for 12 days of stay only positive emotions. Very good staff attitude. Drinks are probably the best I've ever seen. The food is varied and delicious. All in close proximity. Here they are not trying to deceive you, but they want to make the rest attractive. I recommend!
