Worst hotel since I've been on vacation in Turkey and that's been almost 30 years!Staff dirty rude and incompetent!When you complained to the tour guide, they said, well, you have to read what you book for 735 euros for 5 nights, you can't expect more with national category 3 on the internet but rated with 5 starsI arrived early at 6:30 a.m. and had to wait 7 hours to check in or you pay an extra 20 eurosWiFi per day 3 eurosHousekeeping 1 x empty trash can in 4 daysThe bathroom smelled of manure and was then cleaned once moreEverything was self-service and something was mixed together at the bar in front of the customer, tried with a straw and then decided it didn't taste good and and and andWhat was good was the hammam and the massages!Always eat the same thingBeach and grounds are OK so faras well as the transfer and excursions were very well timed and on timeNever again so always read reviews beforehand

I arrived yesterday... The hotel rooms were a disaster! Breakfast - small selection and questionable freshness. Dirty. Little choice. The restaurant smells of burnt oil. I advise against it!

They hosted us with my family for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the hotel, it is very good in terms of food and drink, you will not go hungry, we ate everything until we were hungry, thank God. 🤣There were also snacks, but it wasn't time for the snacks, so to be honest, we weren't that interested. We had a wonderful holiday with their friendly staff. The price is also very affordable. It is also perfect to be right by the sea. Full price performance hotel. 👍

Great location, food, beautiful sea, sand, pebbles, mixed staff, helpful animators, helpful children, lifeguard at the pool, very kind-hearted reception, bartenders are experts, everything is very nice, I recommend it.have a nice holiday

In one word: Terrible!!!!Unfit for human accommodation! The "hotel" advertises itself as a 5-star "ultra all inclusive". A half-star motel at most! Mold everywhere, the cleaners give two or three clean towels and take away the trash as much as possible. If you don't provide wine (Tip), they won't refill the mini bar in the room, which is included in the price by the way! You can get diarrhea and vomiting from the food, the wifi is paid for, 3 euros/day. Almost money is stolen from your pocket! Mold everywhere, bad feeling, the bar staff are rude and don't want to serve you. They promise amateur, money-stealing place and false illusions.NO ONE GO HERE!!!!

We were on vacation for 2 weeks and felt very good.Staff is always very friendly and helpful.Our rooms and bathroom have been kept very clean. Cleaning would be done every day and fresh bed linen and towels would be provided.The food was very varied and clean. The beach and complex are very clean and recommended.Wellness area is nicely decorated.I can highly recommend massage. ❤️It was done very professionally with a lot of love for the craft. ❤️Before going to the beach, the hammam, Turkish bath with peeling is recommended.In other words we are very happy with our vacation!

Terrible, don't come here...dirt, the hotel looks like it's about to be demolished, no manager to run the hotel properly. Wifi €3 per day, but for one phone and it still doesn't work...I go to Tutec regularly, but really not this. Waste of money...

HORRIBLE!!! terrible food with my husband we lost weight in 4 days, no hot water or air conditioning, swimming pool there is mold everywhere. Makes you pay 10 euros if you lose the room card, especially the little blue-eyed guy at reception who likes to rip you off too much!! to avoid if you want to have a nice vacation

Rroms dont have a head light, it smelled bad in the night, bathroom looked awful, the shower almost no warm water to wash yourself. Renovation is needed!🫣🫡😵‍💫

On the beach front next to beach and nice view very supportive reception (Thafir and others) as well the Sayran and Tulay the kitchen and Bar hosts they are amazing and serving very quickly and good..The WIFI is not good at the rooms and pools and beach you have to pay extra...Only available on the Loby.....The meals were good ( breakfast,lunch and dinner) and snacks ,bar and cocktails

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. This place's star rating was probably done in the 70's. The only reason it has so many stars is because of its blue flag status.In my first week there I had to complain to managers about rudeness of their servers, for example whenever I asked for ice, it felt like a fight. The mini fridge in the room was absolutely pathetic, so ice was a must for me. I was most possibly the only english speaking guest there. It was all inclusive so I assumed if I asked for something it should not be a problem, but ice was such an effort, if there is no ice in the bucket then go get some right?In the next week I had to deal with the food servers, for example the meals were buffet, so that means all you can eat right? So I was really surprised when I was refused 5 pancakes, instead of the 4 that was given. I asked for one more and this server refused me in Turkish. So I pushed and got what I wanted, but why the fight?The managers did their best though, but this place is disgusting. The rooms are small and mouldy. The only thing that was consistent was the food, it was consistently bad. I mean we paid for all inclusive and still went to restaurants in the surrounding area.If you don't speak Turkish or Russian, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!
