The hotel is very good, not 5, but a solid C. The food is excellent, everything is edible and “varied” in Turkish. Fish almost every day, the area is clean and green.I would especially like to highlight the quality of the cuisine - 5/5Change and quality of bed linen, cleaning 5/5Disinfection is constant 5/5, even the bartender at the beach bar, when there was no antiseptic spray on hand, added some alcohol to napkins and wiped the coffee machine and cezves in which Turkish coffee is brewed. For the first time I saw this, how the bar counter and beer taps and everything in the “client-bartender” zone were sprayed.Now at the hotel, we live in a new building - it’s a little noisy from the road, but not critical, the disco of the neighboring hotel is more annoying, it goes on until 23-24. When purchasing vouchers, I asked to note that we needed one of the rooms on the first floor (for elderly parents, one of them is visually disabled) - they gave two rooms next to each other, and with an increase in level, as I understand it (one of the rooms is two-room). For the first time I saw a room intended for the disabled - a handrail in the bathroom, a seat in the shower, no thresholds in the shower. Perhaps not a full house, because... It's already October.There is a children's club, it works, the children went - the mind is standard.The animators at the volleyball are barely alive, but the people there organize themselves and managed to play well. The staff is constantly rustling, whether in bars or in restaurants.Would you like to return to this hotel - definitely yes.The price is a little high, but I took it 2 weeks before departure, not before booking.

For 1 adult and 2 children, we got 2 rooms on the third floor, the room was good.There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Mexican restaurant had wonderful churos and delicious fried ice cream, and the Italian restaurant had tiramisu. Delicious ice cream from morning to eveningEvery evening you can take extra towels, they are very soft and gentle. There are three beaches on the hotel premises, both stone and sand. There is also a field for table tennis and regular tennis, a sports ground with exercise equipment on the street and a fairly comfortable free fitness room. Everyone at the SPA salon was very friendly, they gave me a discount on a massage course, they gave me a therapeutic massage, my daughter just got a classic treatment. On the second day after the massage, I felt that the pain was going away. And every day a clay mask was applied as a gift.Thanks to the staff at the reception, Goga and his SPA salon, and special thanks to the wonderful Leila and Riska, for their sensitivity and golden hands. Had a holiday for 2 weeks in flora with my family. Perfect location, variety of food, plenty of activities to do throughout the day and night. Families with kids as well as young people will find something to do. Animation team looking after guests, sleepwalking multiple languages and always ready to help!Thank you for welcoming us in flora and I’ll definitely recommend it for holidays!

Everything was perfect, we came this year because you liked it last year, I recommend it to everyone. The animation team is very good, we especially liked Ms. Natali's Akua gymnastics stretching and step aerobic activities.

We were very pleased with the hotel and its staff. Also, the animation activities were excellent and the staff was very attentive. We were especially pleased with the animator Mr. Deniz. Ms. Melisa and the other animators were very understanding, we were very pleased with the team, the only thing that was a little sad was that the pool was small, apart from that, the restaurant was delicious, the staff were extremely meticulous, I am surprised at those who commented negatively, this is the first time we were so pleased with a holiday hotel, thank you crystal flora beach 👏

We have been there at the beginning of November 2023.This is a nice and cozy hotel, perfect for families with small children.We enjoyed the location, surrounded by beautiful mountains.The hotel has two private beaches - sandy and rocky.I strongly recommend visiting the SPA center located in the territory of the hotel. There are high-skilled massage professionals who can help recover physically and mentally.

I had a wonderful experience at the Crystal Flora Beach Resort. Every staff member were delightful and eager to help! Mr. George was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Entertainment was very good and i love how relaxing the spa was especially for the therapist, Riska she was good at massage and very beautiful. Thank you so much for the good service!

Had a lovely stay here for 10 nights all family. Everything was excellent. Entertainment was superb & all staff really welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard as was the pool area! Keep up the great work guys! Would definitely recommend!

I've spent 10 nights at Crystal Flora Beach Hotel with my family.The cleaning staff were very attentive and the ladies at the guest relations department were also very helpful and speaking English very well. The food and the serving was delightful, especially at that thematic Octoberfest evening! I loved the programs (the Michael Jackson dance show was just WOW!) and the animator stuff was very enthusiastic and fun. But I liked the beautiful green environment and the cats the most!Unfortunately the administration at the reception was quite difficult, especially the check-in. We also had a problem with one of the room cards late at night (it didn't let my parents into their room), but it was not resolved until the next day, when we reported the problem again. Most of the staff do not really speak English (except guest relations' ladies), which sometimes led to misunderstandings. The service at the à la carte restaurants is quite chaotic, that should be improved significantly. The programs are not advertised sufficiently, so we mostly did not hear about them.But overall we've had a very good time and would recommend the hotel to others.
