Very very good food. Well planned buiding - modern / urban style. Clean rooms and facilities. Applauds to Urban dance show. Small lovely kids club suitable for 4-6 y.o. Staff tries to speak English. Spa procedures are good, but spa itself really needs renovation. Music is very very loud in the evenings, so I would recommend to take mountains view rooms if staying with the kids. Would definitelly recommned for couples. I would come back to this hotel.

I have just returned from a week's holiday at this hotel; and the first point to be seriously considered by anyone planning to go is necessary: ​​80% of the hotel's guests are Russian, and for me it was unbearable to live with their savagery and lack of education, in all areas and times (I emphasize that unfortunately this situation is the same in all Turkey, currently their official resort. Consider this factor seriously if you choose to visit the country!The hotel : despiting the reasonable structure its not a 5 star hotel ( don't believe the reviews written here , were made by people who don't know what a real 5 star hotel is)The hotel employees are divede between excellent ( unfortunately very few ones) and the rest completely disinterested in the guest/work ( the reception staff is by far the worst in the entire hotel and the worst i saw in my life!) The honorable mention to the bartender of the cocktail bar ; Mahsun ; and another young waiter of the restaurant; who unfortunately i don't remenber the name and were not there in our last day! these 2 are without doubt 5 star employees! 🙏🏻The Kemer region doesn't have beautiful beaches or touristical attractions ; so if you choose this area , the city of Antalya is much more interestingThe hotel's food is just average (good taste but not very inventive); the beach is ugly; the cleaning of the rooms is bad; totally out of the standard of a 5 star hotel; the noise at night is deafening; the spa; despite the good structure; It is (again) a stage for the savagery of many guests (expect to be well treated only if you purchase a treatment sold outside the all-inclusive scheme!)I write this review with sadness; because Turkey; A beautiful country with polite and hospitable people has unfortunately ended up as a holiday destination for anyone with the slightest bit of civility! Perhaps it is still possible in big cities like Istanbul or Ankara; but as a beach holiday destination no more!

It's all-inclusive, so it's great to be able to enjoy a variety of food and drinks. The food menu changes every day according to the concept, so it's never boring. I think the quality of the food is good enough. The guest room is also clean. I like that the bedding is soft and fluffy. Kemer Beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy swimming in the clear sea. Although it was a bit chilly in early October, the water temperature was just right for swimming.

Check out scam!!!We had to leave early in the morning so we paid our room service bill (345 liras, 12 euros) the day before. Upon check out they couldn’t find the payment, and told our taxi not to leave with us as we didn’t pay the bill according to them.It gave us a very bad feeling and experience leaving the hotel (or actually not leaving, as they didn’t let us leave). That there is a fault in your system with payments shouldn’t be the problem of the guests. Check your cameras next time instead so you could have seen we’ve paid the day before (which we told you to do).Furthermore:- The music is SUPER loud every night. We live in the city so we’re used to noises, however every night there was a very loud bass making us feel like we were in the middle of a techno party.- Late night snack; not fresh and left overs of the day.- All the beach beds are very close to each other, you can’t move your bed.- Food trucks are very nice.- Staff in the restaurants are really friendly, but are forced to work extremely hard.So no, never for us again.
I highly do NOT recommend this hotel due to a simple reason: having a reservation doesn't mean that you'll be actually accommodated in this hotel.We booked the hotel for September 2023 in May 2022. Price was quite good, 90 euros per night.The day we were heading to the airport I received an email that my booking was canceled. Since our friends were staying at the hotel too and were already there, I asked to know, what was happening.The hotel claimed they had received reservation from Hilton system only that day and since they were overbooked, they couldn't accommodate us. But they could give us a family deluxe room for both families. Staff told us they were doing us a favor.We had to live all in one room - 4 adults and 2 kids - for one week. Personally me and my girlfriend were living in a small room without a window.I studied reviews on Google Maps, Tripadvisor etc. and found out that it's normal practice for this hotel. They sell more rooms than they have and then lie to the clients, for whom they don't have capacity.Hilton support haven't helped at all. They only credited me some points. How those points would help me, if we didn't have a place to live?Also, cleaning lady broke down our mercury thermometer and hasn't warned anyone. Luckily, I quickly noticed that. By the way, the hotel didn't compensate this.Corridors are dark in the hotel. Personnel, except some of them, are impolite or even rude.No one even apologized for all these issues. Disgusting attitude!
