My partner and I spent a week at the hotel at the end of July 2024.When we arrived, we were amazed at how beautiful the hotel was. The environment is very nice and tidy. But when we got our room, we had the first disappointment and unfortunately it was not the last. The room was very neglected. A creaking, humped floor, a broken bathroom mirror, a thick layer of limescale on the sanitary ware, the shower cubicle was out of place and could not be closed. They came to clean every day, but apart from sweeping, they didn't do anything else. The minibar was never filled, we always had to get drinking water in the room ourselves, which was often not easy because the water ran out. Our room was right next to the main road, all the noise of which could be heard in the room. The night traffic did not allow for rest. No soundproofing. Every little noise could be heard from the other room. The first two days there was no wifi in the room. When we informed the reception, and later our tour guide also informed us, the answer was that they are not obliged to provide internet in the rooms and they are full anyway, you can't change rooms, but that won't solve it either, because there is no Wi-Fi in several places. Not all this in a hospitable style. The next disappointment was the variety of dishes. They are very monotonous, lunch and dinner are almost exactly the same every day. It's terribly hot in the dining room. This is not good for the food on display. The plates were often dirty. We had stomachaches several times, and at the last dinner I also had an upset stomach, which made the next day's trip home a nightmare.The staff at the reception are not helpful at all, but the style is very condescending. The other staff were nice, but often not on top of the situation. The environment is really beautiful. The pool, the garden, the sea, the walking areas are organized and maintained.Overall, the hotel was a disappointment. It is certain that we will not spend our vacation here next time.

Location, service, accommodation, everything is very good. It is a hotel with excellent price performance and a perfectly spacious area. We were very pleased with the hotel. We were welcomed very warmly. At the reception, Mr. Ir, Ms. Vef, guest relations Mr. Kerem and Ms. Alvina took great care of us.

It was a holiday that I was completely satisfied with. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Emir and Kerem, were very helpful. The beach and pool were very nice. You don't even have to walk five minutes to the sea. There are also many options for food. I would definitely go again.

Some of staff wasn't nice the bed wasn't changed all week some of staff didn't like black the food wasn't name so you never know what it was they also turn light of when we was still eating food was cold but best thing was the massage was good they was very helpful and if u in pain they will know ask if u want them to stop they was the best part the building was finished were they show pictures on website showing what it's like when u get there it wasn't

the glasses were dirty, the staff was very irritated, the air conditioning did not work, the hotel was full of mosquitoes, the room door did not close properly, causing our children to become locked up, there was regularly no milk for cappuccino and the cutlery was dirty. Even though we have reported these complaints, no action has been taken to date to resolve these problems. Our holiday has been completely ruined and we feel that we have not been taken seriously.

Pros : great bartenders, gym, food selection, all inclusive program, beach and location.Cons: service, alcohol/food quality , exorbant prices for everything extra.Overall I cannot recommend still this place because of the worst manager that works here, and the old unmaintained facilities (that often don't work at the promised hours).They 5 stars rating is unjustified. The facilities quality can barely push for 4 stars, but they advertise it as a luxurious experience.But the worst part is the reception/management part of the hotel.Here's the story:The management moved my parents into a room with a faulty wiring , when the door didn't close. After waiting for 5 hours at this place for them to fix the lock , they just neverminded the request. Finally , someone came to change the batteries in our door handle by taking the remote batteries out and replacing the door batteries instead (of course the entire hotel has no batteries in it).The door worked for 3 days, and then it stopped again...The manager never minded our request to change the room for a straight week (with 5 separate requests).Then after five days , there were two days of pouring rain, and the electricity in the room completely stopped working at around 10 pm on each one of the days.After the manager neverminded two more of our requests to change the rooms , leaving my parents without electricity for 2 nights, I finally had enough and confronted him.He was very rude and heated at me from the beginning , almost trying to push into me after I expressed my anger at the whole situation. He also threatened me to use security and police to "throw me out" of the hotel for being angry (for wanting to change a room that doesn't work for my parents who are too shy of a confrontation).This guy is an apogee of everything that's wrong with the Turkish service industry and just a plain c*nt.If not for the most terrible manager on the planet earth , this could have been a decent experience overall, so here's an honest review:Rooms are kind of nice (when they work), but the service is not great - only a few people try to actually help you, and the aforementioned manager is the last one to do it.Some of the workers would even blatantly tell you that you are cheap just because you don't want to buy their overpriced , low-quality services from the hotel directly. One of them legit mentioned to me : "Give me your money, you are on a vacation. What's $50 for a massage for you? ".On the positive side - Food selection is decent , but dishes are sometimes dirty and the meals do not rotate as much in their variety which is normal for most resorts. Coffee is disgusting and hard to get, and this place has hands down the WORST ALCOHOL quality. Laundry services cost $3 PER ITEM, which is ridiculous - literally cheaper to just buy new clothes across the street or drive to the nearest laundry (which is about 5x cheaper)NEVER BUY TOURS FROM THIS HOTEL - they are crooks and literally across the street from the hotel, you can find the same tours for half the price of what they offer here.They also lie to you about the all-inclusive hours - they are much shorter than what's stated on the hotel page. Moreover, the two on-site a-la-carte restaurants do not actually work (even though they advertise them as a "luxury" extra included in the program)Shout-out to bartenders who are trying to make your stay nice, but you can't do much with a bootleg alcohol served here.The facilities were not build to sustain that many people, and coped with slow service it can bug you. Even though we travelled out of the season, the lines were a bit long for everything (coffee/food/drinks).All in all - I found it quite enjoyable to stay and relax here if not for the worst management experience.Most guests are above 40 so keep that in mind. This is a "no-frills" all-inclusive with a great location and you pretty much get what you paid for, but nothing too exciting. Great location right next to the sea trumps the terrible experience that we had.
Loxia never again!We were overwhelmed with troubles since the beginning of our stay. We booked a room with a sea view and we were accommodated in the side part of the hotel with view to the rooftops and the highway which was extremely noisy! After numerous emails to our travel agency on the 3rd we were accommodated in another quieter room, but again not in the front part of the hotel where the rooms with the sea view actually were. There was NO HOT WATER all the time. Two times the water stopped at all. The personnel STEALED from the minibar my boyfriend’s cigars! Very disappointing! The personnel barely spoke English and Russian.I was mislead by the good reviews, though the reviews and the photos have nothing in common with the reality :(Our holiday was ruined. Don’t ruin your holiday, avoid Loxia “comfort” club side!

I paid for double bed sea view room, but they gave me room with three single beds. After I aksed for change they tried to trick me two days and offered me two another rooms which were on the side looking on walls of their houses. I really enjoyed the food, the sea, the pool etc, room was cleaned every day, but I am dissapointed with very rude and inpolite guest relations manager, and she lied to my agency that they offered me 5 rooms which eas not the case. They really need to work on reservation system because we are not only people having same problem. Also menager of the hotel was very inpolite. Other than that I just have to say that guys from SPA told me in my face that they not like people from Bosnia because we do not bring money like people from Russia which was very bad experience. Such a beatiful hotel with poor organization and people managing it.

The hotel is generally very good and cozy. Sea is beautiful. Food is tasty. The staff are doing an excellent job when it comes to catering and customer relations. I would especially like to commend the lead Chef and waiter Mehmet at the main restaurant. They are very hard working. Wish them every success. Room cleaning is regular, but a little superficial. Overall, a nice place in terms of price/quality ratio.
