We vacationed in September 2023! I don’t recommend this hotel! They gave me a room with air conditioning that dripped like it was not normal! For a whole week I had to wring out a rag as many as 10 times a day! They refused to change the room because everything was occupied, which I highly doubt, they were waiting for money from above Most likely! The repairman went to fix the air conditioner for a week and didn’t come! I met a COCKROACH in the room! This already says a lot! Dirty hotel! The dishes are dirty! The cleaning ladies are generally arrogant women! Check-out is at 12 and they kick you out of your room in the morning, it’s a total mess !Food, you won’t die of hunger, but nothing special! Before this hotel, we were in the top three, much better than this four!

Hello all,I read a lot of comments before our holiday here and was stressed, on arrival at the hotel it turned out that nothing I read here was true. We got a sea view room, wide and spacious 1322 number. The staff was very kind, for a minimal tip from our side, the room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed constantly. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. In addition, a large part of the comments here are written out of malice and by people who are unlucky in their lives. I will stay at this hotel again

We are currently here now and this place is terrible, the food is the same everyday they don't cater for the English or for kids at all we ate here on the first night, we have been here 7 days already and had to eatout everyday money we didn't have. The air conditioning has made everyone bad sore throats bad chest runny nose. We haven't seen anyone clean the pool since we have been here, the staff are rude and not helpful at all every person we have spoke to have complained. one little boy got taken into hospital he was ill. No entertainment on bar is open until 11 and if you are sat outside after 11 they shut all the lights off whilst we were playing cards.Whoever writes good reviews about this place either work here or get paid to write them. Please do not stay here and waste your money.

The worst holiday we’ve ever had. The hotel is dirty, the staff are always clearing the tables but in the 9 days we were there I didn’t see them clean the tables, no mopping, no spraying, just dirty.We all had food poisoning, none of the food had labels describing what it was, we had no idea what we were eating. Awful place.

We came here on one week, And We expected much more, please dont go here it doesnt worth it, We had room with couple Bed And they gave Us 2 separate beds and they didn’t want to change our room, AC only in rooms not anywhere else. Worst thing is the food here FOR SURE. They didn’t change to food maybe just little changes but almost every single day its the same. Bar is closing at 11pm and we paid all inclusive and its not worth it, it is 4 stars hotel but it should be 2/3 stars hotel. Wi-Fi its not free, its only free in lobby where are a lot of people and its slow here. You have to buy Wi-Fi to have access on room. Deck chairs and umbrella are also for money it’s not free. One positive thing about this hotel is location, its so close to the beach and sea which was Nice.

Absolutely excellent hotel to spend your holidays, room in good condition to stay overnight, partly sea view from balcony, bed and mattress in good condition and if you do not forget every morning to leave a tips (1€) on the bed you will get better cleaning service and maybe some ❤️ surprise on it (thanks for our housekeeper)!!!Dining area is very clean and sanitised, very big choice of food (thanks for kitchen Cheef) our table serviced by very kind and hard working lady we call her a bee 🐝 because she flayed around all tables to service them!!!Reception meet us very kindly they're clearly explained all rools and conditions, they can do better job if they will have air-conditioning ir them work area.So we have good time in this hotel and hopefully we will be back on next holidays! Thanks a million for everyone who made such great service!!!Pay attention: tips in action so don't be a pus sy don't break your holidays!!!
