We were at the Limra Hotel 3 days ago, we had a 1 week holiday in this hotel. Our second visit to this hotel was fun and pleasant, the food was very nice and the staff were very attentive, I would like to thank especially Beren Tekdala, who made us feel at home with his smiling face and warmth. Mr. Dinçer, the general manager of the hotel, and Ms. Şenay, the cleaning officer. Thank you for your interest and interest.

The staff is very attentive. We were pleased with our meals. Thank you to the chefs. The mini club was very successful. Animation was adequate. The beach and pools were cleaned regularly and were above average. Room cleaning was not done even though we requested it to be done every day.

We are staying at this hotel, it is a nice hotel in appearance, the room looks good but there are also many unpleasant aspects: the air conditioner in the room makes a lot of noise, you cannot sleepThe food is tasty but you don't really have much to do in terms of meat, especially at lunch, the food is repeated at least once every 2 daysWe didn't get any seafood on any of the days, they are limited to foodThe beach is beautiful but full of stones at the entrance to the waterYou only get ice cream from 1 p.m. and by 4 or 5 p.m. the stock already runs outIn the evening there is a program for children from 8 to 9 p.m., then at 9 p.m. some show for adults,From 10 p.m. there is a terrace where a disco is organized with live music or a DJ, but they can only sing to you in Russian and it ruined your evening, and all the fun lasts until 11:30 p.m.Then you can stay at other terraces, although in other nearby hotels the parties last much longer,The drinks and especially the cocktails are from Turkish drinks, you get the original drinks only at the bar near the reception, I don't think something like that is normal...I will leave this hotel disappointed and will not return 🙁

The staff really make this place , bring euro not Lira ! Nobody really uses it , stay away from the scalpers in the lobby trying to sell expensive trips ! We got ripped off but please remember they are not associated with the hotel or work with the hotel , or room was cold and leaked when it rained , onto our sons bed and the internet wasn’t great at all , children’s entertainment team are fantastic they was amazing with our children we never left them there but they face painted , play games done kids discos it was brilliant . We would like to go again but have learnt a few lessons that’s for sure , the Chinese restaurant was to die for ! Was the only one open for us that week at the time so can’t comment on the others , they made an amazing effort in the restaurant for my daughter’s birthday so thank you for that . Unfortunately we asked if possibly if the hotel could do something in our room for our daughter like they had for another but we unfortunately forgotten. Not a massive upset but she was excited . All inclusive food was varied and diverse with a good range to try . Only thing I feel a bit weird about is there are cats everywhere inside the restaurant doesn’t feel very hygienic as there street cats , we had hair on the tables etc a few times . Outside I understand and it’s sweet there friendly etc and they raise money to care for them but I was just uncomfortable with them being where you eat . So plenty of good but also some bad that could have been tweeked, especially the leaky room ! That was just fixed with padding towels instead of another room being offered

We came to Limak Limra Hotel for a holiday and we were very pleased. The hygienic and friendly staff, the restaurant and bar staff helped us throughout our holiday. I would especially like to thank the bartender Erhana working at the lobby bar for her beautiful and delicious cocktails.

We came to relax in Limak Limbra and really liked the service. The sea is very close, the view from the room is gorgeous. The bartender Erhan makes delicious cocktails 🍸

It's an excellent hotel, well worth spent holiday. Kind staff. Plenty food. Some spicy food would have been an added value for spicy food lovers. Overall top class.

We had a such a lovely experience. We went 1 year ago and decided to return a year later because it was so good. The staff(specifically the front desk) were very helpful. One of my family members banged there head and within minutes the doctor was there to check on her. Then the front desk moved our room to by he first building the next day. There are a few entertainment events and they are all very good( especially the shooting guy).

There is absolutely no way that this resort can be ranked as a 5*, I would give it 3* and that is at the higher end. The rooms were so basic, tiny, the beds were shameful, with absolutely no comfort at all, the cleanliness of the rooms was just average.From the reception check-in lobby, there are tell tell signs there, the check in process was quite tedious and things moved so slow and somehow chaotic, it also lacks the wow factor which one normally finds at a 5* lobby. On their website they state that they have parking space, and the whole week of our stay we were told all the time that there was no parking and we had to go outside the resort and seek our own spaces to park. We were put into the family rooms that are not in the main building, our initial room was so bad, bathroom was filthy and with hairs visible around, they ended up changing our room and were were given a similar one that was cleaner than our initial one.In the rooms somehow there are no tea/ coffee making facilities, when we needed a hot drink in our rooms we had to call the reception and the service came at a charge, there are no ironing facilities.Restaurant service was under par, on our 1st meal, there was not even any staff member to show us around and there was a few staff who never approached people to ask if they needed anything or to show us where to get anything. On one night we asked for milk for our little one and we were told that milk was finished and there was none left.Upon taking things with one of the senior staff, she made an attempt to defend by stating that our experience or room was not at 5* standard because we chose the wrong room upon booking and the main hotel rooms were nicer than were we were placed, this sounded like the most lame excuse of all, because when a resort promises to deliver a 5*, that should be expected throughout the resort.The positives that are worth mentioning are their swimming facilities, there is a massive swimming area of different pools around the resorts, the grounds are pretty well maintained, the indoor pool, sauna was pretty good. On a nice sunny day, the beach is a just a short distance away and well maintained, loads of sitting areas.

If no stars were possible I’d giveGot to hotel overall lobby lovely, got given room key and went to room had 2 single beds with a child’s tv a double bed that was nice and functional for adults. Went back to reception to see if they could swap our rooms as there was 4 adults which they knew from booking. And got told that there was none available given the fact that the hotel is empty. Reception staff awfully rude. So I rang on the beach and the man on the other end was awfully rude and very unhelpful and doesn’t care about us or what we were trying to say. They told us that 4 adults that had 2 children single beds wasn’t an acceptable reason to change rooms or have a little refund. And wanted us to pay extra money for a hotel at our on cost. Overall the service and level of care wouldn’t never bring us back to this hotel and certainly wouldn’t book with on the beach and book this hotel againBAD POINTS- cold food- hotel shops very expensive €119 for a tracksuit that wasn’t even good quality and fake- terrible staff- rude staff- rooms very cold even with the heating on- cleaners don’t clean the rooms- safe locked our stuff in took 2 hours to open. A day before we leave the hotel. Took 2 hours which meant we missed breakfast and had to go out for something to eat even though we payed all inclusive- not much choice of food and it’s the same every night- cold INDOOR pool- no entertainment- small roomsRooms outdated. Not modern as the hotel. Photos only show good parts of the hotelPhotos on website don’t show how the rooms are- asked about a laundrette and had to pay between €3-€9 per item- took 6 days for them to moved the beds and change TV and still no signs of it

The resort is fantastic, our room is aways cleaned to the highest standard, the house keepers are so polite and kind. The food is impeccable, their Turkish beer is the best beer that I have ever tasted and I usually prefer wine, the entertainment team is absolutely incredible. Dani is the BEST!!! He is kind, professional, hilarious and adorable. We wish we could stay for longer. Dani is an incredible asset to the resort. Love him!!
