I recently stayed here with my partner in Sep 2024 and it was absolutely amazing. I had stayed here two years prior and had always intended to revisit. I booked the hotel and had some miscommunication (due to third party booking agent) saying same sex couples was not allowed at the property, after hearing this I was so disheartened and wanted to cancel the trip until the BEST hotel manager I have ever come across (Hi Bilge!) messaged me on WhatsApp and reassured my booking is absolutely fine. Bilge and all the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my trip the most seamless, hassle-free trip and they exceeded my expectations, nothing was a big ask to them at all. The mini bar was stocked everyday with refreshments - all free of charge. The food was delicious, not to mention the a-la carte restaurants. THE BEDS AT THE POOL! They are the true star of the show, they are the most thick, luxurious, teddy mattresses and are probably the comfiest things I have ever laid on. The desserts every night after dinner was absolutely delicious. There is not one single thing I would change about the hotel or the staff. Keep up the good work guys, hopefully I will be back soon ❤️

The ambiance of the hotel, service, sea, food and comfort were very nice. Even though we went during the holiday period and the hotel was full, we did not experience any problems. The minuses are some service staff who do not speak Turkish, too much international cuisine, entertainment and music geared towards foreigners.

The best hotel we have ever been too - modern, clean, beautiful architecture. You always felt taken care of. Nothing was a problem.Amazing ultra all inclusive (meals, drinks, coffee etc.)Very attentive staff

Our experience at Liu resorts was definetly a five star. The food was great and of great variety, the choice of beverages was more than satisfactory, the aquaparks, pool and beach were clean and very nice. The evening porgrams were very entertaining, adding quality to the overall experience.

Very good service, friendly staff, a good food, international drinks. Rooms nice and clean! sandy beach!Needs improvement in evening performances. It was a few nice performances and rest just so, so. For evening performance too much russian music, not the best choose for international hotel.

I liked the hotel, but I prefer not to leave valuable things in the room, because on the last day before the trip, I did not find the gold chain in my purse, which was kept in the room for a whole week. The hotel assumes no responsibility. The answer - the cleaners didn't take anything. I have no evidence there are no cameras in the room. I do not recommend this hotel due to safety.

Pros:Very good hotel.Super clean and well-kept.Service at the highest level.Having a very large selection of dishes that were delicious!Very good/professional bartender at the Aquapark.I had the impression that the pool area was cleaned 24 hours a dayMinuses:90% of the people staying in the hotel were Russians, luckily it wasn't a Russian wilderness.A little bit of typical strength equipment at the gym.It stinks very much next to the elevator on the ground floor.And the biggest minus is that we bought a room with a sea view and got a room with a view of the water park.Room no. 4414.
