A very nice hotel, but without a car, a bit far away from everything if you don't just want to have a hotel vacation, there is a bus in front of the door...just going to the door to shop is not possible...We were there for 17 days, but the rooms are a little small for 2 people, unfortunately there is little storage space and unfortunately there are no cloakrooms in the room so you have to leave everything lying around. Very good for shorter stays, the staff always tried to fulfill all requests (many thanks to Fatih for his effort)...except for the maid...always took the tip and unfortunately forgot to clean. The taste of the food was actually good, especially the Simit, Acma and Lahmacun, a big compliment to the baker.We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve. I would have liked something Christmassy to eat or a bit of a Christmas program, unfortunately that wasn't the case. On New Year's Eve there was a 4-course menu so I would have preferred the buffet (in terms of taste). All in all I would come back but not for so long (unfortunately no variety in the food)

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view. Rooms are big enough for 3 people. The food was very nice, large selection and colorful variety. The only thing you can complain about is the cakes but that's not a big factor.

The rooms are very well set up, drinks are included and not charged extra. The room is cleaned every day to ensure cleanliness. The service is unparalleled, the staff is polite and super chatty, so your stay can't be boring. The location offers great views of nature, the beach is 5 minutes away and offers opportunities for picnicking, swimming and more. It only takes a few minutes to get to Manavgat by taxi or bus. The hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel was very nice in general, we only went to the beach because it was a sandy beach, but it was quite heavy with pebbles, and the entertainment ends very early. Music plays for 1 hour, but it doesn't play. Apart from these, it was a very nice holiday.

The hotel is extremely small and the staff are very relaxed (no abusive language, etc.). It is called ultra all inclusive, but there is not even a cookie, the food is very little and bad. Also, there are a lot of rooms, but the pool is very small, it is not as it can be seen in the photos, I do not recommend it at all. If you come here, fill in an inflatable pool at home, you will have better fun.

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff! They only speak Turkish, little English or German, but that seems very normal everywhere here. You'll be fine here with all your hands and feet.Eating is a bit difficult for fussy eaters, especially Turkish dishes, nothing Western. It really takes some time to find something they like.Swimming pool very nice! Would definitely recommend the hotel.

On the whole we weren't very satisfied with the food, which was a disaster, the same little meat selection every day, the hotel wasn't typically Turkish, no Turkish specialties, the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous. A very big compliment to the photographer Alex His job is perfect and responds to all wishes. The staff is very child-friendly. The spa is highly recommended. Very good massages. ATTENTION AT THE MINIMARKET PLEASE EXPECT THE MAN IS A BANDIT WHO ALWAYS CHARGES MORE THAN WHAT IT REALLY COSTS BE CAREFUL!!!! The other shops are again very correctThe location is moderately remote, but opposite the hotel there is a very nice man from whom you can borrow cars, scooters at a fair price

I'll start with very important and significant disadvantages.1. There are bed bugs in the rooms. Now the daughter is in the hospital with a delayed allergic reaction to the bites. At first there were a few small pimples, but now the whole body is covered in blisters. Attaching photo.The number was changed after the complaint, but this no longer helped us.2. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there were stains on the bed sheets. The water in the shower drains about 15 minutes after a shower, you wash up to your ankles in water, the shower doors are full of soured rollers and soap residue. There were cigarette butts on the balcony.3. Unsanitary conditions in the restaurant. A bunch of cats with ticks, fleas and lichen climb around the restaurant, sleep on chairs, eat near the tables. Dishes are often dirty with lipstick residue on the cups.4. The animation is weak, morning exercises and water aerobics are just a circus, but these are small things in comparison ⬆️5. No excursions were offered. We ourselves found a trip on a yacht at a nearby hotel and were surprised at the cost; on the beach, the prices for water attractions and the same trip were 2 times higher than their neighbors.6. The feeling that there is no manager in the hotel and everything goes as it goes.7. Private beach, 10 min walk. The restaurant and toilet are dirty and rundown. Half of the sheds have no awnings, just rusty frames.Now about the positives.1. Transfer to the airport2. Sun and sea3. There were delicious dishes in the restaurant, if you don’t pay attention to the dirt.

Great stay. Often in Turkey, the food in hotels is bland. It was well seasoned here, kudos to the kitchen. There were grilled trout fish, sea bream, tuna steak and grilled shrimps. Lamb skewers, slow-roasted beef and chicken. Not to mention algida and scoop ice cream. Local alcohols, but also black Johnny Walker, Ballentais and a few other original ones. Great massages, service and cleanliness. Only nature around, no shops, which is a plus for me. By dolmus for 1 EUR to the city and noise 20 min. The worst animations. But when you meet nice people, you'll have a great time. Fantastic service. Especially the bartender from the pool bar and his waitress wife.

Good rooms but poor wi-fi connection, only on balcony it's okay.There was an unpleasant incident with an early check-out. I went to the reception in the evening before early check-out and asked for an early breakfast or at least a lunch box to take with me since we had to leave at 6:30 in the morning, I was told that the night kitchen would still be open at this time. Guess what? At 6:30 it certainly didn’t work; on the door it was written that it works from 10 pm to 5 am. The receptionist blatantly lied to me.

Location is not near anything but you do have buses to manavgat and side every 20mins from outside the hotel. It's a nice hotel we had no issues and enjoyed the stay BUT the food was the same every day. No Meat(lamb/beef) it was either liver or chicken, the biggest let down was the food, for an all inclusive 5 star you should and MUST serve different food daily. Also they have a restaurant which is open throughout the day serving pizza and burgers, again it gets boring to eat pizza and burger every day. I wouldn't return purely based on the food menu as we ended up spending to eat out.

I was served by the lovely ceylan and umut throughout my holiday if I there was an option I would give 5 stars to them. They were both very attentive asked me when I needed something and overall nice. Although the hotel is nearby to a nice beach and has a good view , The food really needs improving.

What a lovely place, the language (English)not so good but they are making the effort, as per cleaning top quality. From the top down wanted to do their best .Team work. The food 😋 very good. All in all very good quality 👌

I don't think this hotel deserves 5 stars. It looks clean and decent overall, but the overall quality of service and the clashing style of furnishing kind of make it a 3-4 star hotel. The room hallways are poorly designed and you will hear a lot of noise in the nights because guests are forced to walk right next to your doors. Room walls let through a lot of sound. Food and drinks are great though, could use more meat though
