We partially enjoyed the bar section of the hotel, the alcohol content was low, other than that, the massage was nice, the weather was cold, although we could not use the outdoor pool much, the animation team welcomed us very well and entertained us, thank you :)

We were very pleased with the hotel, we came on holiday with my mother from abroad. The STAFF welcomed us nicely, took us to our room immediately, it was clean at the entrance. The alcohol of the hotel is very high quality and different, we liked it very much, the service was very excellent, the waiters are very attentive, a waiter named Bilal served us very well, he decorated our table for dinner, thank you very much, there is also a Turkish bath on the ground floor, we went there too, we got a massage. Everything was very nice, we also thank the owner of the hotel

We stayed at the hotel between 1-5 April, and I would like to state that we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Both hygiene, taste, services provided and the smiling face of the employees enabled us to have an unforgettable holiday. I would like to thank Mr. İbrahim in the restaurant section, Ms. Tuğba and Ms. Rojin working in the terrace section, the friendly friends working in the nursery section, and the friends in the organization team for all their smiling faces and efforts. The food and drinks were extremely delicious and of high quality in terms of presentation and taste. It was a holiday where we felt at home, had a lot of rest and were never bored. It is a hotel we will choose again before the season ends. We thank you for everything

My family and I stayed in this beautiful, luxurious hotel for a week, we had a great time, everything was wonderful, tasty, the service was great, I would especially like to thank the waiter named Volkan, very professional, hard-working, helpful, smiling, we thank him very much. We will definitely come back here

Beautiful area for the entire family! Amazing and clean hotel and pools! Very entertaining evening shows, each evening! Plenty of areas inside compound to walk and enjoy a nice drink is your choice! BIG plus for the Starbucks coffee shop inside the premises!

Our last night here, and review time has come.The service provided by the waiters and bar staff is extremely good 👍The property is very nice and clean with great facilities spread over a medium size resort area.They serve branded liquor and good bottled beers from international brands, although sometimes the liquor in the bottle is not genuine. For us this happened four times, once in the main bar and thrice in the bar to the left of the lobby.BTW the Aberlour was genuine every time.When it comes to food, AVOID this resort if you have flavours and variety expectations. The same bland food is served almost every day. Not at all 5 star quality. Having a stayed at Arum Barut previously, Serenity queeen’s food is like a 1 star compared to Arum Barut. Also stayed in Pegasus in Kemer which had better food.Tried the A La Csrte, and my food was nice. While for my wife we asked for vegetarian upon booking, and she was served steak. After complaining she got rice mixed with sweet and sour souce from lunch. We were highly disappointed as this was for her birthday.Adult pool is brilliant, thanks to the service provided by Baki 🙏🏼Rooms:The rooms are nice, and clean after complaining, with a good working AC. BUT upon arriving in our room the bedsheets and stretch was not clean and with lots of hair. Had to get in touch with guest relations after mignight to get it sorted.This hotel can do sooo much better if they sort out the kitchen, hospitality department and stop serving fake liquor here and there. The liquor was served from sealed bottles opened for me, and must be a suppliers issue.I am going to give them 5 stars because of the service. There staff is very helpful & polite. Customer service is brilliant. The only people they need to work on is there Chefs. They need to be more creative & bold keeping in mind that guests are coming from all parts of world. It’s all about the taste buds. Specially for the main dining

An unforgettable holiday! A new, special hotel with many facilities. Very helpful staff. Excellent and very varied food, daily grills with beef, lamb and chicken, Starbucks coffee included, bubble ice cream, many terraces with special food, bars in several places with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including international. Every evening there were excellent performances in the specially designed area with stage. Many quality and very well maintained pools.Daily beach towels included. Beach (100 m of hotel) with sunbeds and umbrellas included. We will definitely come back with pleasure next year!
