FamilyThe holiday we had with my family for 5 nights and 6 days in the first week of June, we have spent holidays in 5-star quality hotels every year until now, but there has never been a hotel where we returned as happy with beautiful memories as at Serenity Queen Hotel. When you first enter the hotel, you realize that the hotel is luxurious and of high quality. We checked in to the hotel early in the morning, the reception staff greeted us with a smile, quickly completed our transactions, and since check-out time was at 14:00, they took us to breakfast. After lunch, they called and arranged our room. The rooms are very clean, they are cleaned every day, the mini closet is renewed every day. The materials used in the hotel were of very high quality. The animation team entertained the guests very well by the pool and throughout the hotel during the day. The evening entertainment was very nice and we had a lot of fun as a family. The sea was very nice, clean and calm in the morning. We went swimming in the morning. As a family, we preferred the pools, the cleanliness was at a high level. Relax vip pool was amazing. Ms. Serpil and all the other friends in guest relations took great care of us, thank you very much. As a gourmet, I have made many criticisms about food and beverages in many hotels. Serenity hotel's meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, were diverse, delicious and to suit everyone's taste. First of all, I would like to thank my Kitchen Chef Gökhan Bey and his teammates Serkan, Ertan, İsa, my A la carte chef Eren and all my chefs whose names I cannot write. They cook amazing food, thank you. All the friends working in the dining hall and bars welcomed us and other Turkish and foreign guests with a smiling face and became a fan around us. First of all, we would like to thank Bilal and the other waiters. My brother Furkan prepared very nice cocktails at the pool bar. The bartenders at all the bars are very attentive and make good cocktails. All the drinks served at the hotel were of high quality, as well as all kinds of beer, we also drank it from the bottle. The street food section was superb, the doner kebab was amazing, the pancake was delicious. Starbucks, detox section and ice cream sections were very good. The à la carte Snack section was very good, I recommend the hamburger, it was amazing. I would like to thank Jolytur staff member Nazlı, she took great care of us. As far as I can see in the comments, some guests who came to the hotel found the hotel's food inadequate. Every day we ate all kinds of meat (beef, lamb, chicken, turkey) and they were very delicious and well cooked. There was a lot of cheese at breakfast and they were fresh. All kinds of products were cooked with high quality and care. We ate different meals for 6 days, all of them were amazing, including seafood. If we go on holiday to Alanya again, Serenity hotel will be our second home. I recommend you to go without hesitation. Thank you very much to Serenity Family. We are glad we chose Serenity Hotel.
